Anthos was my favourite map by far, very well sized so travel from Kal'Azgoth to Abresi probably took around 10 minutes. Whilst there was still enough land for players to have different holds, guilds, cities etc. Even bringing back the Wilds would be awesome for new players as it honestly did more good then harm. Very spacious yet close to everywhere. Perfect size in my opinion. Athera whilst also being a good map was a tad too small which meant nations tended to be at eachothers throats too often, I could walk from Kal'Karaad to Felsen (I think the human capital was called) in like 5 minutes or less which I believe was too little and didn't allow nations to grow.

Hello everyone, for anyone interested I am looking for someone to play a Golem to serve my character, the Grand King of the dwarves. This golem will be on my character's personal Kingsguard and will most likely be made by one of the Golemancers within Arcadia. It'd be requested that you play this character actively enough if possible. Please PM me if interested and I will divert you onto one of our golemancers.

"Muy bien" says the Grand King

Deep within the bowels of the dwarven capital of Kal’Omith, the Grand King, Bastion of Clan Ireheart stood before an amassing of his most loyal subjects. Many had returned home from war, injured, bloodied and broken as they flocked back to their mountain home, amidst the chill of a cold winter’s wind. As he beckoned for quiet among the crowd, all fell silent while the young ruler prepared himself to speak. “Brothers born from rock and hearth, I make this address to you, not without some sense of remorse for what ills we have let transpire in what bitter lives we have led. From the heroes lost in the field of battle, to the families torn asunder, never again to be reunited with their fallen brothers, chaos has engulfed us all. For what this war has proven is that when we allow tyranny to thrive, all manner of ills can be permitted to befall us. Evils, beyond what we deemed imaginable, even in our darkest hours. And so, let these words be heard to all corners of these islands, from the highest peaks of Tahn and the gentle forests of Ceru, to the desert flatlands of Asul. The Empire of Oren is defeated, its last remnants driven to the edges of the known world, its delusion of conquest resigned to the annals of history. In place of what was once a thriving heart of humanity’s potential, ashen wastes lay bare the sins of an Emperor’s dream, doomed to the inferno of his own creation. A fitting casket for a man of most impious intent. Albeit be warned, its semblance may uphold but the remnants of this infernal empire will long seek to slink its way out of every crevice and nook it can still wield stature. Mankind must not repeat the same mistakes of its former empire. In the wake of its fall, arrives the dawn of a new age for us all – An age in which no descendent may stand idle as tyranny is permitted to thrive. Let not the fruits of our endeavours bear futile ends; sew the seed of goodness into the hearts of men and forever remember what became of its nefarious deeds. That when all was lost, the Emperor himself could not face judgement before the gods’ righteous fury. Sons of Urguan, you have acted in the name of our All-father creator, and restored equity to these sacred lands. Yemekar’s will is served, and in his righteousness, we must follow the path he has laid out for us. Return to your mountain homes, bathe your wounds and rest for the long days ahead, knowing that you have served your people well. Lay to rest your fallen kin, consecrate their tombs and pray that Dungrimm grants their souls safe passage into the halls of the afterlife. For now, we slumber. The world’s ills are not ours to undo by divine right, for the gods’ will often works in strange and mysterious ways. Unprecedented heroism is often found in the most unlikely of places, while evil may shroud itself before our very eyes. Alas, to our mountain homes we must retreat until the time is right to emerge once more. Here we stand, ready and waiting for what the future may pose; whether unto that fray we march or may the light of dawn’s new day be better than the last, let us pray that peace may endure. For the toils of Urguan’s sons, and in the memories of your fallen ancestors, long live the Grand Kingdom and to the tide of the apocalypse, may it reign!”

The Senate of Hammers Objectives of the Senate of Hammers The Senate aims for a direct exposure of the issues of Urguan to the Grand King, allowing all opinions to be voiced for a balanced reign. The Senate is an advanced form that requires two parties to collaborate with the Grand Kingdom; The Government and The Dwarves. Both are stipulated to aid each other. We promote equality and believe in the opinions of all Dwarves, and we, henceforth, rest in vigilance in the knowledge of our Grand King. The Grand King The Grand King functions as the regulator and outputs the final decision from the Senate’s discussion. The Grand King’s functions in the senate are absolute and his word is final. The Grand King may voice his opinion on the topics of discussion but the voting excludes the Grand King’s vote, as he will voice his own vote in the final resolution. The Grand King is expected to behave neutrally unbiased, and to perform his duties as the representant of the Dwarves, and not acting under his own whims. The Grand King has full rights over the Kingdom and its relations, both internally and externally. The Senate of Hammers The Senate is organized by clans, every clan with more than four recognized and officialized Dwarven Citizens may have a seat in the Senate. If a clan can prove, legally and formally that it possesses more than eight Dwarves, will be able to possess two seats within the Senate. If a clan can prove that they possess more than twelve active Dwarves, they will be able to possess three seats within the Senate. The function of Senate is to formally debate and discuss and solvent problematics of the Grand Kingdom, ending in a voting for the resolution most agreed upon. Up to 2 resolutions may be put to voting, if more than two resolution projects are passed for voting, the debate will continue until either one of the projects is put down, or the King discards it. This is to promote unanimous opinion throughout the people of Urguan. The Senate is expected to be comprised of wise and calm Dwarves. Entering The Senate of Hammers To enter the Senate, you must file the documentation proving that your clan has four or more active-in-duties Dwarves in which the clan shall receive one seat.. After this process, the Clan can file yet another document proving more than eight active-in-duties clan members to obtain two members within the Senate. Finally, a clan may file final documentation proving they have more than twelve active-in-duties clan members to obtain three seats upon the Senate. The Grand King & Succession The Grand King is subject at all times in regards of permanence to the Senate. If a large majority (80%) of the Senate choose to vote against the current Grand King, a election will be held for the position of Grand King. The election shall be overseen by a Regent, voted in by the Senate, who will remain in place until the end of the election in order to ensure order in the Grand Kingdom until a new Grand King is elected. The Regent is not allowed to edit, bypass or introduce new articles or laws without a large majority of the Senate’s vote. Notes: Activity checks will be held every 2 stone weeks to ensure a clan’s activity, loss of activity will result in the removal of a Senate seat. Only dwarves may hold a seat upon the Senate of Hammers. If a Senate member may not attend a Senate meeting, they can send a dwarf in their place to represent their seat, so long as they are within the same clan. Senate meetings must be held at least once every stone month. If a clan does not have enough members to hold a seat, their seat shall be vacant until their clan has increased their numbers with active dwarves. The following list shows the official members of the Senate of Hammers. Grand King: Bastion Ireheart Frostbeard: Kerwyr Frostbeard Grandaxe: Fimlin Grandaxe Grilthram Grandaxe Ireheart: Gror Ireheart Irongut: Kilgrim Irongut Dimlin Irongut Goldhand: (To be announced) Starbreaker: Mafraedon Starbreaker Doomforged: Agamm Doomforged Irongrinder: Zahrer Irongrinder Clans must inform the Grand King of the amount of active dwarves within their clan, and their chosen Senators. “Victory will follow those with just cause, ill be the day that tyranny is blessed with the fortune of our gods.” - Grand King Thorin Grandaxe, prior to his conquest of the Holy Orenian Empire As a new day dawns, a great congregation of dwarves from all walks of life amass within the beating heart of their mountain home of Kal’Omith. High above them, great streams of molten magma seep down deep into the vast underbelly of the city. There, amidst the crowd of dwedmar, the newly elected monarch, Bastion Ireheart, takes to the seat of the obsidian throne, signalling for silence within the assembly below. “Sons of Urguan, It is with great regret that I bring before you the news that our exalted father, Grand King Algoda Frostbeard, has fallen to the forces of evil that persist in their undying quest to bring this nation to ruin. Devoid of any hope that they can win this war on the battlefield, the dishonoured sycophants have murdered our liege in cold blood. Alas, his soul now rests at peace within the halls of Khaz’A’Dentrumm, beneath the eternal patronage of the gods. Although Algoda may no longer walk this plane, what he has achieved will not be forgotten. Beneath his leadership, our brethren have succeeded to push back the tide of Horenite aggression from our kingdom’s borders. In doing so, he has restored hope to the common citizenry of Axios, who will stand no longer beneath the heel of this infernal empire. His martyrdom will prove to be their undoing. The Horens, who have long basked in their opulent palaces while good men have died for their ignoble pursuits are now powerless as they see their empire fall to ruin. They deem themselves dragons, albeit a dragon does not cower, while others fight its battles for it. They will rue the day they saw fit to see themselves as god-emperors over the denizens of Axios. Sons of Urguan, now is the hour to fight. We who have stood for an age beneath the enlightenment of the gods, while humanity has strived time after time to shatter the will of our people. Not now, not ever have they proved successful. To the citizens of Axios, we shall expound the ideals of sovereignty, law and justice. Never again shall an empire thrive while we dwedmar stand upon the sacred earth that the Worldforger and Allfather, Yemekar, laid out for us. We seek not the spoils of war, nor power over the peoples of humanity. No, for it is not within our right to determine who should possess dominion over their realms. Like the dwarves of old Aegis, every drop of blood we spill shall be for the honour of our ancestors and the promise of a better world. To strike a name from the Book of Grudges and ensure our Lord’s will is fulfilled. My kin, we march forth from our mountain halls and into the mouth of the beast. Like the beating of fire on ice, avenge your fallen brothers and show this so called ‘Emperor,’ what it means to incur the wrath of Urguan’s sons."
