During court, Lord Barbanov has informed the commonfolk of three titles to be hand out. "In order to manage the lands of the North, Lord Barbanov has created three titles to distribute the duties crucial to the North's well being, they a listed below." Castellan Responsible for keeping the keep and the court organized and well kept. Their duties include, hiring maids, servants, and organizing courts. Master of the Hunt Responsible for organizing hunts and keeping fresh meat within the castle. He is to advise on any natural threats to the land, mythical or otherwise. Surveyor Responsible for making sure the land of the north keeps it’s beauty, they are to report any land scars or bad architecture to the Lord.

A Forced Demilitarization Letters are sent to all settlements within the north, it is also posted on a board within Siegrad. If read it would say: To ensure the natural beauty of the north, Lord Barbanov has called for a demilitarization of the areas north of the Ebunad. All citadels, keeps, castles, forts, or similar structures are to be approved by his lordship, any current structures will be dealt with on a case to case basis. If you have any concerns, report to Siegrad to speak with Lord Barbanov.

Lord Karl Barbanov has noticed with the influx of people to the city of Siegrad, business and economy did not follow.
