As someone who has constructs, I agree. It's kinda busted that theoretically 4 necros can go around "banditting" with two constructs each.

Should count if you enter into combat with presummoned independant companions. Otherwise a single conjurationist could be considered a 11 person raid or a Naztherak/Mystic could turn a conflict into a raid part way in.
