no, you got yourself in trouble this time.

  2. NOTE: After some discussion amongst the LT, it has been decided that whilst Yeu Rthulu is an accepted Aengul, they are not a valid source for Clerical Magic. Clerics may claim and think in RP that they are drawing from Yeu Rthulu, however this is not the actual case. Added to OP.

  4. Accepted! Technology's pretty advanced, with things like railguns and lasers (though lasers are rendered null by a material called starlite) in military use. There are also a couple of colonies on other planets and moons like the Moon, Mars, Europa, and Titan. In terms of wars, pretty much everyone is at war with Russia, who also controls Canada, Estonia, Belarus, and the Union States (which have had the CSA and Californian Dominion secede from them). Current alliances are the UEDI (consisting of Germany (who owns France, Belgium, Luxemburg, Austria, the Netherlands), the Nordic-Baltic Confederation (who consists of Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Latvia, Lithuania, and Iceland), Italy-Hellene (consisting of Greece and all the Balkans, and Italy), and the Imperium Britannia (who own the UK, Ireland, and the northern half of Iberia)). Also the Eastern Bloc (consisting of China, India (who owns India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan), and Japan (who own Japan, Indonesia, the Phillipines, and pretty much the rest of the nations in that area). There's also the TRAC, consisting of Australasian Federation (who own Australia, New Zealand, and pretty much all the pacific islands), the Californian Dominion (who own California and a couple other surrounding states, and Mexico, and maybe some other Central American states), and the CSA (who own all the traditional CSA territories, as well as Colombia, Venezuela, and Brazil, and a couple of Caribbean Islands). That's about it.
  5. https://www.lordofthecraft.net/topic/125601-playable-race-wip-lycanthropy/ There's so much more there than Swgr's it's unreal, for example, not to say that Swgr didn't put any effort into his lore. Either way, effort does not a good lore make. And sorry if I offended you, was just a joke friend. My point was mostly just that if almost every descendant can know about Aeldin than it doesn't make sense that a Drakaar couldn't too.
  6. Iceland is currently not independent. The current independent countries are few, but they're there, like North Korea or the Indochinese Union (composed of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia).
  7. If it was such a difficult path that a Drakaar would be put off from walking it, then why would people be using it whenever they wanted to? Also it's pretty obvious to any old Descendant when a mass exodus occurs to somewhere, never mind a creature that descends from those that are kings of knowledge. Why can all the Descendants manage to know about Aeldin and how to get there, and yet a Drakaar can not? The reason the Schism lore was denied was because of the premise of it, at least that's the reason why I was against it. It was an inter-dimensional portal-type thing that could be travelled through whenever you felt like the hike on a large scale, purely for the sake of allowing a few characters to be able to have a neat backstory or a place to claim their characters go when they're off the server for a while. Other people's lore has been denied for quite a bit less than that, and just because you're a good writer doesn't mean that your lore is better. Whether the LT says that getting to Aeldin is impossible in OOC or not, you can still claim you went to wherever the hell you want in RP, and no-one can claim to be omniscient in RP. Your backstories aren't null because most of your characters are Anthosian-era, your RP isn't affected because what we say in OOC has no effect on what you can say in RP. No need to emulate Baltimore, chill out.
  8. Buubztik smiles, glad to see that Phaedrus had taken the spirits into his heart. "Bluud fur duh Bluud-Zpirit!"
  9. The LT knows that you guys weren't actually claiming Horen went there and that that was just Gunner's mistake, we put that clause there just in case anyone still thought that was being claimed to have happened.
  10. Nordic-Baltic Confederation The Nordic-Baltic troops quickly move in to and re-seize Karelia and Murmansk, facilitated by German support and the fact that the NBC had been promoting Karelian nationalism and anti-russian sentiment for some time now. They once again move down south and begin to siege St. Petersburg, in stark similarity to the previous war. The Nordic-Baltic navy moves into the Gulf of Finland, and begins shelling military installations and encampments within the city. They also shell any remaining Russian military elements in Estonia, although there are most likely very few considering Russia had been using radioactive weaponry on it. The Russian rocket artillery are highly ineffective against Latvian and Lithuanian NBC, due to the Great Wall's extensive AA systems. However, such systems were unable to stop the neutron shelling, which proves rather devastating to civilians in the regions. As such, wide-scale evacuation programs begin within the two countries, and are shipped to Greenland to compliment industry there, with promises of being returned home once the war is over and it is safe. HASMAT teams move in in between shellings and use the radiotrophic fungi to minimize the spread and effects of radioactive material contained within the Russian shells. The TSAR Lasers also prove ineffective against the Starlite-equipped vehicles and infantry. Cheap weapons are sent to multiple resistance groups around the group, namely the Sons of Liberty and any other groups within the US and Canada, as well as ones in Karelia and Estonia, the latter of which gaining wide support due to the Russian's use of neutron shells on them. Meanwhile, the expedition to Titan finally touches down on the eastern side of the Throat of Kraken, on the coast of the Kraken Mare after a great deal of time and preparation. The 2- or so skilled passengers look outside, and find their breath taken away by their first glimpse of an alien world. The crew, learning from mistakes of the initial British expedition to Europa, bring crops, in addition to plants that would be used for oxygen farms, such as soy beans for vital protein, but also things like kelp, which serve not only as oxygen supplies but nutritious and plentiful food, and also mushrooms, among others which would help ensure a fulfilled diet. The colony is set up after a couple of weeks, and work begins on the first of many pumps in the Kraken Mare, which would transport the valuable gas to the colony, which for now would be used solely for power generation by the colony. At the same time, a few exploration crews are sent out across the surface of Titan, and into the Kraken Mare itself, in a search for any lifeforms, hoping and scouring for anything from megafauna to micro-organisms. ((MOD PLS)) The entirety of the planet of Titan is claimed for the glory of the NBC, with notification of such being sent to all sovereign nations, and request they respect the claim and ask for permission to conduct any mission to Titan from the NBC. An agreement has already been reached with the Australian Federation, and they are given wishes of good luck in their own mission. Work on the mass driver continues, with the spaceport itself now completed, and the NBC graciously accepts the Dominion's offer of a military guard on the project, consisting of: 20,000 Men, including Death Korps, DART Squads, and Jetpack Units 100 REX Mechs 50 EMU Mechs Work begins on constructing a AA defense system along the future length of the mass driver, so as to protect against foreign airstrikes or missiles. 11. There we go, nice and available. This thread has been locked as the issue has been resolved.
  12. Also note that half-breeds take all the weaker attributes of both races, not all the strongest. A half-orc, half-elf will be infertile and unstable, but will have the build of an elf and the brutishness and mortality of an Orc.
  13. Nordic-Baltic Confederation With the research for the greater efficiency radiotrophic fungi completed, new filters are installed on all estuaries, water treatment plants, reservoirs, and in farmland. HASMAT teams move into areas of high contamination to perform clean up and install filters. Fungicides are prepared just in case they are necessary later on. The radiotrophic filters and fungi designs and materials are sent to the German Reich and the Slavic Condederation. After hearing of the Caliphate's own space elevator, and with the NBC's desires to have a greater space-borne presence, the NBC begins drafting up plans for a mass driver project that would be used to launch cargo craft into orbit, based in Greenland. Named Project StarTram, the mass driver would be powered by advanced MagLev launch, and the use of the Californian Dominion's own rail gun technology to help facilitate that. A spaceport would be built in South-West Greenland, from which a low-pressure tunnel would extend diagonally for about 100 kilometres up towards the Gunnbjorn Fjeld, ending at roughly 4km above sea level, using the mountain to provide a large support base. A cargo shuttle weighing 5 tons, with a max. payload of 35 tons would launch from the spaceport, and accelerate through this tunnel via MagLev at roughly 30G, and leave the tunnel to then coast through the atmosphere into orbit at high speed, using rocket burns to counter aerodynamic deceleration. Overall, the mass driver would reduce the cost of putting cargo into orbit into a mere $43/kg, less than 1/5 the minimum $kg of the Caliphate's space elevator, and a whopping 1/232 the lowest $kg of the early 21st century. The NCR and Australasian Federation are invited to partake in the project and would be allowed full use of the mass driver upon its completion. ((20 pages - see here: https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&pid=sites&srcid=ZGVmYXVsdGRvbWFpbnxzdGFydHJhbXByb2plY3R8Z3g6NDI1YjVjZmMwZmRjY2VlMg)) Meanwhile, the NBC announces its own attendance to the British Olympics, sending athletes in handball, and all track and field sports. Sport and athleticism in the NBC had become a lot more prominent and popular, due to the National Socialist encouragement of such activities through propaganda and schemes, and so many eyes in the NBC will be on the Olympics. Work begins on outfitting all military vehicles, infantry, and the Great Walls with Japanese-provided starlite, so as to be able to resist the laser technology which is quite prevalent in the current era. ((4 pages)) The preparation for the mission to Titan nears completion, and will be launched in ((3 pages)).

  15. Writing stuff on the wiki =/= submitting lore to the LT.
  16. In terms of conflicts, war had just been finish between Russia, and the German Empire, the Slavic Confederation, and the Nordic-Baltic Confederation, though things are heating up again. The Slavic Confederation consists of Poland, the Czech and Slovak Republics, and Western Ukraine. Russia currently consists of Russia, Belarus, Estonia, and Eastern Ukraine, and the Caucasian states like Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan.
  17. Nordic-Baltic Confederation The news of the Russians accusations at Germany was almost not surprising to the Nordic-Baltic government. They stand by their German allies, and ask that Russia first do actual investigation into the matter, and demands they stop mobilising on NBC and Slavic Confederation borders, especially for the sake of an assassination of a war criminal that might not even have happened. In response to said mobilisation, the majority of the army moves east to prepare for possible Russian invasion. The rest is used to assist in keeping order throughout the NBC, though there is strict instruction for non-violence and just as strict penalties in any cases. The SAM turrets on the Great Walls begin updating to utilise the German AA system. ((2 pages)) A missive is sent to the Australasian Federation, suggesting for a collaborative project on a 2nd Generation REX Mech. The delay of the Titan expedition is very irritating to the NBC, however progress resumes and is expected to be done in a couple of years. ((6 more pages)) An acceptance of the Reclaimers' offer for payment for the lease for their Svalbard is accepted, on the condition that they take no harmful action against the NBC or any of its citizens. A missive is sent to the Californian Dominion, and accepts their offer of closer ties. An offer of military alliance is returned to them, as well as trade and such. The Union States are told they will not be allowed to claim any of the Arctic oil, however the NBC would be more than willing to accept a trade agreement for it. 18. It's presence as a continent isn't detrimental, it being accessible from both Athera and Anthos is, and incorporating events, characters, and lore that "happened there" is. And also there's no lore for it at all. Don't forget that the existence of Aeldin in LoTC stems from the Exodus, which was basically just a bunch of people leaving for another server. The whole Aeldin thing was just something to say their characters were doing when they came back from a failed server. The staff aren't obligated to give two shits about roleplay that happened on another, failed server.
  19. People have already been claiming to go to Aeldin without having it as canon, and have claimed that they are from Aeldin. Ultimately you're trying to make a continent interdimensional just so a few of you can have a neat backstory. Sounds a bit like the special snowflakes you abhor. There has been no lore submitted to review. This is just the explanation for how people could go there from both Aegis/Athera and Asulon/Anthos even though nothing has been submitted about Aeldin itself.
  20. Aeldin is a non-canon continent, the lack of legitimate means of accessibility is just another reason why.
