I think its fine. My character bought an RP item of a dark mage list with a linked google doc in the desc because she was on it. She's now trying to find out who wrote that list, so it at least gives me something to do. Cant speak for anyone else tho. I do, however, agree that its just laziness and borderline metagaming for people to outright link skins from namemc. The website has an option to turn the skins to black and white, but players don't even bother to do that. Rly wish LT or mods or whoever would look into this.

It would be fine if people actually brought the missives rather than looking for the link and posting it in Discord for the entire Nation or group to see who is a Dark Mage.

Yeah, could’ve had been a Roleplay book where only people that have the book can have an access to it. Thus, it becomes harder to metagame since you can’t link anything and there’s a cost to spreading this information. This kind of stuff would be much better if it was only on books

1. I’d listen to SandK1ng. I don’t know him well, but he has dank memes and seems to be one of the more intelligent people on the server.

2. I feel as though telling people not to purchase the same elf that’s been sold 5 times this week from the bandits that have been killed 7 times this week is not quite metagaming. Metagaming is when a bandit stops you on the road, and then the Two bandits ask you for your minas, so you give all Four bandits your gear, and then the Nine of them call PvP on you. Or when Metasquad 6 comes flying over your walls and mercs you.

i dont think pk should be enforced by slavery itself unless its the slaves choice obviously. in all honesty I think the selling of slaves is unfortunately too common. Though i feel it usually comes to this choice because otherwise you might be putting the slave to some kind of work or labor, but most people when captured would rather just die and be resurrected by Monks than step outside of their comfort zone. It’s worthless to pay for anything other than a noble or king though of course there are will always be instances of selling a common-tier slave regardless.

In their latest updates they did indeed say they’re shooting for mid 2021 as they want time to perfect their product due to the immense hype.

Launching later and being a fully functional game is better than having a half-finished product earlier tbh. I think they’re doing the right thing by giving themselves so much time to work on Hytale.
