Victor squints his eyes then says as Mattias leave "Seek Jonathan, that sly fellow could probably help you, the Captain is drunk anyway its not like he'll figure out you're a smuggler anytime soon." And with that Victor turns on his side and closes his eye, getting some shut eye until an other person wakes him up.

Hugh chuckled lightly at the comment as if contemplating what to do next when he heard Rickard's booming voice asking him to play a song. He grinned as the man went into song and whispered Ellessa "Seems a friend of ours wishes for a song."  With that he carefully lifts her off him and slides from the wall, his eyes searching for his violin. Finding it, he picks it up, tucks it under his chin and lifts the bow. Giving a broad stroke of the bow across each string to check the remain in tune before he curtly nods.

All black and brown and covered in hair!

From that lyric he remembers the music he must play and joins in laughing lightly as the song progresses. The wind causing his hair whip backwards. However his mind can't help but notice the tension on the boat. The same tension that made him feel the need to carry around a sword. Either someone wasn't to be trusted or truly the sellswords expected the worst...

Mattias shut the wooden door behind them, hands pressed behind their back as they looked left and right down the dimly lit corridor. They didn't hear any approaching footsteps, so they remained trying to decide which way would lead them to this "Jonathan". After a second, Mattias decided on heading left. If nothing turned up there, they could just come back and try the other direction. It seemed from the conversation that with all these other people on board, it would be hard for the Captain to notice another among them. But what would happen if one of those others like 'Jonathan' or someone else decided to rat them out?

Shaking their head, Mattias took a deep breath and continued along the corridor.

Jonathan opens the captains door, and the sight of the dead captain laying on the floor greeted him. Cursing silently, Jonathan goes up to the captain, and checks for sign of life. Finding none, he notices the vomit all over the captain, and the spilled wine. Rising, Jonathan emerges from the captains cabin and shouts.

"The captain is dead, sailors, round up my men and bring them above deck. We're getting to the bottom of this."

Sailors would comb through the decks, telling the men under Jonathan to go above deck.

As the men slowly emerge and file in front of Jonathan, the Pink Maiden continued her voyage. The sailors were scared, being so close to the step stones. With the Redwyne navy on the other side of Westeros, and the iron fleet infesting this area, an attack was probable.

Hugh is suddenly shunted towards the centre of the top-deck. An ugly accusing scowl sits on the sailor's face and Hugh quickly decides that making a jest would only worsen the situation. Slowly he glances towards Ellessa giving a curt nod before hastily making his way to the centre of the deck. He glances at Jonathan and states "If you don't mind me asking, why are we all here?"

Mattias spotted a sailor walking towards them at a brisk pace, face set in a scowl. Panic set in, and Mattias' head swung around in an attempt to find someplace to run and hide, thinking Victor had told after all and the sailor was going to take her to the captain. The sailor however didn't seem mad. Before they could bolt, the sailor grabbed their arm.

"Hey, you. Jonathan said for all his men to head above deck..."

Mattias didn't hear anything else-- missing the part about the Captain dying-- as their ears picked up Jonathan's name. He was above deck? After the sailor had finished talking, Mattias a bit hastily wrenched his arm out of his grasp and stumbled to get on the deck. Clambering not too gracefully up the ladder to above-deck, Mattias' eyes darted around nervously in an attempt to find the group. As they spotted a few others gathering around the one Mattias took to be Jonathan, they slunk up to the group and waited near the back to hear what was to be said.

Seeing that no one would think that a man would be asleep in the storage compartment of the ship, Victor happily snoozes in his bed, waiting to arrive at his destination. Not even knowing that he could be in serious trouble if Iron Men attacked.

Chad was busy doing nothing when he's approached by a stern-looking sailor, pulling him out of the hammock he had chosen and pointing towards the staircase to the top deck with a grunt, the sailor got Chad to move up to the top deck. He emerges clutching his crossbow, something was definitely wrong... Blending in with the rest assembling, he awaits an explanation from Johnathan, his face showing a mixture of annoyance and confusion.

Rossen Hofer, a man who stood most of his time at the back of the ship with his sword in his hand, some would seen the man walking around the ship. He thought back on how this journey began. He met this fellow Jonathan Flowers. Rossen listened, nods and he took his pay of three Golden dragons. He has made his way out of the inn towards his journey to the Pink Maiden.

It was peaceful in his side of thought waiting for his arrival to proper start the journey, until he noticed Jonathan wishes for all his men again. Rossen properly should see what is going on, might be something important this time.
A sailor was about to approach Rossen only to remember this man is not friendly, the sailor stood there in shock seeing Rossen moving towards the front of the ship for this meeting.

He stood with the others awaiting for some answers from Jonathan.

Rickard stopped singing as soon as he saw Jonathan slam open the cabin doors and announce the Captain was dead. He cursed and ran to the front of the ship, grabbing his sword on the way. Then he heard one of the men talking about the Ironborn, and cursed. He hated those foul sons of *******, especially Victarion. He took a quick look around the ship and sighed. Most of these men had never stepped foot, nevermind fought on a ship before (excusing the sailors). If they were attacked by the Ironborn, they would be royally f*cked.

"How's the captain dead?" He said. "No ones spoke to him... Have they?"

Jonathan looks to all the confused and concerned men, before turning to Rickard.

"I found him dead on the floor, with spilt wine and vomit everywhere. He seemed fine if a bit drunk, but now he's dead. I talked to the sailors, and the last man to speak to the captain was Ramyr. Find him, and bring him to me. We'll get to the bottom of this right now. The captain's son has informed me he will aid me in any actions, we have the sip on our side."

Two sailors emerge from the captain's cabin, carrying the dead man between them. Wine, vomit and blood stain his tunic.

"He has been poisoned, and I have a damned good idea who's behind this."

Ramyr is brought to Jonathan. "I heard of the captain's death, how horrible! Apparently I was the last person to see him before his untimely demise. If there is anything at all I can do to help with this situation, I will. I wonder if there was something in my wine... The Dornish man that sold the cask had an odd look in his eyes."

Noach stands on deck, observing the commotion. "If the wine was poisoned, why didn't the man who spoke with the captain die? Probably because he didn't drink the wine. And why not? Probably because he knew the wine was poisoned. This man is most likely guilty!"

Jonathan raised his hand for silence, before unsheathing his sword. Pointing it at Ramyr he says;

"You will tell the sailors where all your wine is, and they shall go get it. From there, you will sample each one, to prove it's not poisoned and prove your innocence."

The sailors who were outraged at their captains death inched closer, fingering their weapons. They clearly wished for blood, and only Jonathan held them back from attacking Ramyr.
