As one would approach to view it closer, they would find that it reads as follows. “By order of Grand King Wulfgar Grandaxe, The citizens of The Grand Kingdom of Urguan are hereby commanded to gather their possessions from their homes and make way to the new lands known as ‘The Fringe.’ Upon taking the portal that is located within the ruins of the Old Cloud Temple, they are to follow the signs along the road towards the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, to begin assisting in the construction of the city of Kal’Arkon, 'the City of Memory.' He mutters to himself, "Su lung Kal'ithrun.... ah well mess ye..". *Belrim Stormhammer pull a cookie out of his beard and leaves it in the middle of the city for some odd reason and starts to head back to Kal'Arkon. Please note that this is an RP evacuation order and does not give anyone the immediate right to take the city over without a warclaim.
