Upon it, printed in bold blank ink, reads the following words. “By order of Wulfgar Grandaxe, Grand King of Urguan, the Legion is to be mobilized to the borders of the Holy Kingdom of Oren immediately. This order has been issued in response to an attack upon Kal'Arkon by men sworn to the banner of House Carrion. Though they were defeated and driven back to their own holdings, there shall be no mercy upon those who have committed such heinous acts. In breaking the truce that has stood between the Holy Kingdom of Oren and the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, the Legion is hereby ordered to assist the Order of St. Lucien and the Decterum in hunting down the last remnant of those loyal to House Carrion. May our fight be one of justice and retribution.” The parchment bears the seal of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, as well as the Grand King's own written signature.
