Human's with all their % ****, are currently better smiths than Dwarves...

And their combat boost for every 4 humans, means they can 1 shot people, if there is enough of them.

 

 

It's capped rather than exponentially increasing with the number of humans. You won't get people being oneshotted, I know that for sure.

Keep in mind you have to add buffs that revolve around the human population. Tech was right to be careful, because the humans are fully capable of holding their own in wars against the rest of the server, and have done so in the past. That was without gimmicky buffs. Imagine implementing careless buffs on them. It'd be ridiculous.

Was this ever answered? Like, for those playing magical constructs, creatures, nonconformist races, etc., will GMs be able to set a custom name to mask over a race’s buffs/debuffs? So, for example, a Shade can still list themselves as such in their bio whilst also having access to their elven racial perks.

 

Yes, I believe they can do that. For my Troll charactor, I set my race to Olog and had a GM change my race to Troll. I still had the Olog perks.

Lol, sure. You do realise Oren gets pocket-gm's to spawn in Flame Aspect/Sharpness V swords, right?

I can't quite tell if you're being serious or joking about the times the assorted deep front pocket dwarf GM crew did that.

Was just joking, but in all honesty, I've seen both sides of this war having many fire aspect/sharpness swords. Can't Gm's or whatever just not spawn them in? It's very ridiculous.

Only that relates on that to actual use is sharp one and unbreaking. And hell I dont think any dwarf had that before the humans lol

@Robo: I have an Oren character and two Alrasian characters so I'm neutral in these things. Both sides have their "pocket gms" but I have not seen anything too bad on either sides. I had a sword with Fire aspect and knockback 2 but the fire and one knockback lvl got removed. Both sides have their op swords and gms :p

It's because we aren't trying to make a huge splash like the Snow Elves and are regrouping for 4.0. There is a clan/family currently in Alras and I know TapeSauce and a few others have clans roaming about.

 

We are making a huge splash? I thought we were being quiet ;(

 

I think the current buffs and debuffs are quite balanced and adhere as closely to lore as is possible without being ridiculously op

Same, and you're correct. The server should get rid of these pocket gm's.
