Confederate States of America

 

Brazil's final stronghold has fallen, and with it their resistance. CPNA troops filled the cities to the brim, making sure no one got too ahead of themselves. In the country side mobile infantry set up patrol routes to keep outlying districts safe. The other side of the patrols coin was to remind the Brazilians who was in power now. The jungles were still hotly contested for, but the rebels fought more for green then nation now. It would take time, but the CPNA would root them out. Brightsword is thanked for their service in Brazil, and sent a secret dossier for their next job. The jungles destroyed in the war are being healed, but it would take time. Oil however was not in a short supply as CSA companies move in. Primarily off-shore, they would help increase CSA oil production. With the U.S shattered, they had no oil deals outside of T.R.A.C. Seeking to change that, north and south american countries are offered trade pacts. As a sign of further good will to the american nations as a whole, the Panama canal's exceedingly high tax is lowered for all American nations trading with a fellow American. Argentina is called to the table with CSA, wishing for friendship. They offer full trade, open borders, and a defensive alliance. Oil deals are also offered to the Imperium Britannia, but are asked to keep the oil for their own use, not that of the Germans or any other European.

 

In North America, war had descended on the continent. A half hearted Russian cause remained, but not one without teeth. The rumored Sons of Liberty in Ohio filtered to the CSA, but for now they considered themselves the ones to deal with it. Troops mustering on the border for some time move out now, supply routes having been established. Primarily on the east coast, they crossed into U.S land peacefully. Most army units greeted their CSA comrades warmly, and joined them or sent them on their way. The Russian-American heart of corruption however was Washington D.C. They had actual loyal army units there, along with fanatics crowding the streets. The going got tough as the CPNA got closer, Russian-American's dogging their paths and striking out at weak links. Actual army regiments engaged them shortly after, and the CSA generals lived up to their tactic minds.

 

The CPNA army would halt well away from D.C, slowly liberating the land from the Russian-Americans. As the army moved on them, a force of ten thousand mobile infantry is sent to engage them. Keeping constantly moving, trying to bend around advances and take strategic points they would be a thorn in the enemies side. As the Russian-American army became bogged down with the mobile infantry, the air force would screech in, trying to clear the area. Paratroopers newly outfitted with Dominion jetpacks would deploy and follow the same strategy as the mobile infantry. Accurate shelling would hit advanced Russo-American columns, advanced drones locating them for the crews. 

 

After all this harassing and skirmishing, the CPNA's main army would swoop in like a hammer. The advance unites had halted any clear lines of advance, muddling the whole fight. Now the CPNA army would come in with their full force, having the advantage of being well formed and prepared. Rail-gun tanks with their attendant companies supported by CPNA rangers would hit the thickest fighting on main roads. The rest of the army would focus on taking towns and slowly pushing the Russo-American army back. As the advance continued to D.C, the fighting grew much worse...

 

In the mid-west, a particularly obsolete area to the Russo-Americans, the CSA would try to break through. If their advance of some one hundred thousand men advanced well north to Canada, they would snip the U.S in two. Resistance was less intense, and Mobile Infantry mainly comprised of the army. They would make good time to Canada, with supply outfits following behind them. The CSA navy would try to dominate the east coast, not really needing any large elements. 

 

In the Pacific however, a large CSA fleet has been gathering at Panama for some time. A iron fist of heavy rail-gun frigates, accompanied by frigates, advanced destroyers, carriers, and a pack of submarines. They would sail clear of Hawaii, but close enough to be noticed on their way north. Besides blocking Russian supplies and troops to America, the CSA would aggressively patrol their waters. Resupplying in the Dominion, they kept their presence constant. The navy would be a reminder to all the nations warring on Russian-America, a clear reminder there are true and powerful Americans on the continent.

The Tang Dynasty

China

 

The Russians had sued for peace, to which the Chinese were quick to accept. Not that they had lost the will to fight, but they had gained all that they wanted from the war, and wanted to make a hasty peace before casualties ticked too high. On the front, the losses on both sides were surprisingly minor - no more than 30,000 board, and the majority of those were due to the Russian Neutron shells, or the Chinese and Indian air force. The Chinese had won the war against a way bigger threat, for some actual gains with far less casualties compared to the Vietnamese attempt. This war had paid off for China (who now held roughly the same territory as the Qing Dynasty) and for Tak-Yo, who became a renowned hero for defending the Chinese culture.

 

 

The 4 million and something troops pull back from the frontline, disassembling equipment and hauling back supplies by the truckload. The Russians and the Chinese had signed a ((30 page)) non-aggression pact, in which time it is hoped that relations could be restored. Factories go back to producing peace-time items for the whole world, once again increasing the economy back to it's glorious standards. The budget for the military is dropped by a few billion, which is instead invested to greatly improve the stability of the various regions within China, most notably Tibet and, Mongolia and the newly claimed Vladivostok region, now named Chinese Siberia. Roads and super highways span the land, whilst jobs are creating in the mining and production industry.

 

Emperor Tang declares a Peace Summit to be held in Beijing, in order to bring a stop to the war in Russia. Failure to attend will mean a large insult to the Chinese, and lead to trade embargoes by the massive nation. At this summit, all nations will speak their demands, which will then be overseen by the now-neutrality of China, in order to make a better world for Russia and their neighbors.

 

Tang also eyes the CSA pacific fleet carefully, having China's own patrol the Pacific from above Sakhalin, and around Japan, even to the empty swathes of ocean beyond. Submarines scout the waters all around, keeping a constant but quiet presence. Pearl Harbor hadn't been taken for nothing from the Japanese and the Australians. If the CSA thought they could effectively hold their grasp on the Pacific without a midway naval base, they'd be sorely mistaken.

 

Air purifiers now become a common sight on every Chinese building, vehicle and even person, as a new law passed which made it mandatory to wear bracelet sized air purifiers for at least 14 hours a day. Fuel based cars begin the slow descent into extinction as electric cars roam the streets, although more efficient Hydrogen-based cars begin development ((3 pages)). Nuclear energy is predicted to be the primary source of power soon, though the worlds second largest Solar fields are proposed in the Gobi and Xinjang deserts, rivaled only by the Islamic Caliphate's own. Water pollution starts to be sucked up by carbon aerogels (which is seven times lighter than air), which is then ringed out or buried in desolate regions of Mongolia, deep underground. Within 5 years, it is hoped that these (and more) changes will hugely clean up China's air and water, to the standards of the Eastern USA or central Germany.

 

Project Mantis and Project Eclipse near completion. The country's, even the world's, first land-orbit or orbit-land capable fighter and bomber also begins final production stages. It's lightweight, but heavily armed and well fueled, capable of travelling at Mach 1.4 - fast for a plane whose main purpose is to send down high accuracy, well placed bombs and missiles from low-mid orbit.

The Federative Empire of Russia

 

The loss of territory to the Chinese was minor, Vladivostok and its respective surroundings were never repaired after the Japanese invasion several decades back. As the 4 million troops disembark from their positions, they march through the innovated roads and tracks to the last front; The West.

 

The Western Front was troubling, as both sides was reaching a stalemate in reality. The artillery stopped most mobilizations towards them, the airspace was both closed by German and Russian AA, both economies suffered greatly and the casualties increased.  The Russian Government however was willing to go all the way, the fascists would go in the history books with regrets.

 

 

Dmitry Medvedev and his delegation are the first to attend the summit as optimism begins to rise among the bureaucratic circles of Russia. China was once a dependent ally of Russia, they were not bad to them. As the Prime-minister during these times, Dmitry knew that very well. The Russian Delegation would be keen on hosting a remembrance of those times with various Chinese diplomats.

 

 

Within the Western Hemisphere, influenced media outlets portray the Russian army as heroic and undefeated imperialists. The proper response according to prestigious papers like The Economist or The Sun would be a subtle withdrawal of UEDI forces. This would add pressure to the UEDI delegations to the summit and 'frighten' future military levies. Although the Western Front wasn't as dominated by Russia as it portrays, a continued offense is expected to bring heavy casualties on both sides.

 

The puppet state of Canada was also mobilized as a diplomatic asset. The Chairman of the nation, Stephen Harper, was secretly on the payroll of Dmitry and the Russian government. The will of the Kremlin, was his. The Canadian Nation was. in secret, simply Russia. But the complex facade made it seem independent. The Canadian Delegation would speak to the UEDI

 

 

 

"--The Canadian State was overthrown by the Russo-American Empire, but it stands proud as an independent nation today.  We have dismissed and deported all Russian officials and re-established a government that is meant to represent the Canadian people. We wish to politely request that our British brothers in arms peacefully remove themselves from our soil and allow the biggest victim of this war, Canada, to represent the Commonwealth in her future talks with our Russian counterparts.

 

War cannot be justified, the consequences do not discriminate.  It is within the interests of the new Canadian state dissolve the iron chains from Russia and the Commonwealth. Our first interests should be rebuilding, re-establishing our social structure and guiding the people through the ashes of the war. Instead of fighting it. I call all delegations attending the Beijing Summit to end this war at once. Let us not look where to expand our borders, but where to decrease them."

 

A loud applause from the Canadian delegation, fabricated sour expressions to the Russians. Dmitry enjoyed the theater. But before he could benefit from his Canadian vassal, the war must end.

THE IMPERIUM BRITANNIA

 

 

Britannia does not want to offend the Chinese, so they accept the invitation to the peace summit. However, they state that they will not stop fighting until the Russian occupied nations in America  have been liberated. Period. ((Skype PMs conference for the summit?))

 

Meanwhile, the British Spy in the Union, who had gained a high-ranking military position in recent years, now decides to make his move.

 

He joins in the rebellion. Assuming he has a field command with his military position, he would attempt to direct his army to march on Washington DC, joining the Confederate attempt to overthrow the Pro-Russian government.

 

If he had an office position, then he would attempt to get in secret contact with the Sons of Liberty and the CSA to ask how he can assist them, and would do everything in his power to help both organizations without being caught by the Pro-Russian government.

 

Of course, he wouldn't blow his cover as a British spy; he would continue to play the role of an American nationalist. In the event he were caught, he would die screaming that he was a Russian double agent, not a British MI-6 operative. ((Editing to Come After Clarification of Spy's exact Military Position))

With the Empress still at her husband's bedside, it was the duty of the Prime Minister to... well... do what he'd been doing for the past three terms of office. By now he had a full head of grey hair, and had since lost his mustache.

 

The situation in Canada was strange indeed... Such a turn-around. Something was fishy in the country, but there was no evidence as to what was.

 

Prime Minister George Lancaster orders MI-6 to begin a secret investigation in Canada, telling them to examine the profiles of every incumbent politician in the nation. One could never tell if one was telling the truth when Russia was involved.

 

He issues a response to the Canadian government:

"It is good to hear that you have dealt with your own problems; I admire the Canadian people's resiliency, and your ability to overthrow your Russian oppressors. However, you must remember that you are first and fore-mostly a realm of the British Commonwealth, and that your Head of State is our Head of State as well.

 

Your country's leadership betrayed the Empress by becoming a puppet of Russia, and this is a serious crime indeed to the Commonwealth. The Imperium Britannia demands that all pro-Russian politicians in Canada be turned over for trial and execution in the United Kingdom. Australia will support the United Kingdom in our request, if need be, as they too swear allegiance to our Monarch, the liege of their own Monarch.

 

There is also much trouble to clear up in Canada, and I hope that you'll forgive me when I say that we cannot and will not leave your country until we are sure that the corruption has been purged. This includes the Australians, and the Anglo-Iberian task force sent to Canada. We also wish to station troops in the realm so that we might protect Canada from future aggression from it's neighbors, and provide protection for the country.

 

We hope that you forgive us, but in such times of crisis, precautions must be taken. We and the Australians will work with the Canadian Armed Forces for the moment and engage in further talks at the conference in Beijing. God save the Empress."

Plans are set in motion to establish a Jewish State on the Island of Cyprus.

 

Many Turkish and Greek Cyproits decide that they wish to return to their father nations after the invasion, and many leave their homes on Cyprus to do so. However, many also stay on the island, declaring that it's their home, and they will stay there no matter what. Others believe that British rule would be good for them, even if it is under the banner of the new Jewish State.

 

 

The island republic shall be known as Jewish Cyprus, and it shall be modeled after the old Israeli form of government. All religions shall be permitted on the island, and Cyprus will most likely retain it's strong, Greek heritage.

 

 

However, it is expected that millions of Jewish immigrants from the former state of Israel in the Caliphate and other parts of the world will come to the island, and the Greeks and ​Turks may soon be largely outnumbered by the influx of new citizens.

 

The new government will be a protectorate and possibly a vassal of the Imperium Britannia, but it will be allowed to manage it's own affairs and maintain a strong defense force. ((IF ANYONE WANTS TO PLAY JEWISH CYPRUS, JUST APPLY AS IT!!!))

 

More organization of Cyprus shall follow, and a military government will be instituted until elections are held on the island. ((Future Postings, or decidable by a player if they choose to play as Jewish Cyprus))

The city of Porto is given to the Order of St. George as an independent citystate-princedom for the time being.

 

A new type of body armor also begins being designed for the order of St. George, and jetpack propulsion, lighter armor plating, and other features will be included in the new armor. It will also be adopted, most likely, by the Imperial Knights Regiment upon completion. ((Mod Please))

The last of the destroyers, produced to bolster the Royal Navy, have finally been completed. They are some of the first ships in the Royal Navy to have LION weaponry natively incorporated into their systems.

 

Plans are made to retrofit the older ships of the Royal Navy into a state-of-the-art fighting force, restoring the lesser assets of the fleet gained from Portugal and Spain, and installing new technology in them to make them on-par with other naval powers such as the Japanese and the CSA. ((Mod Please for Time))

The oil deal extended by the CSA is accepted heartily; one can never have too many oil suppliers, and Britannia was putting a lot of strain on the NBC due to their new provinces and territories.

 

They agree not to give any other European nations access to this oil; it shall be kept within the British Imperium.

The Honorable Princedom of Porto and the Pious Order of Saint George

 

 

The people cheered as the saviour of Porto was about to be crowned. He rode on an unarmoured vehicule waving and receving flours but hundreds of Order Men defended their Grandmaster and Prince in the rooftops and in the ground. The car drove to Porto's cathedral were Patriarch Cardinal of all of Iberia stood, the Prince entered the cathedral and the choir sang. 

 

 

He entered the old Gothic Cathedral, he kneeled infront of the altar before siting in the throne. The Cardinal set the crown above his head and said.

"We stand here today to honour our prince, defender of the faithful and saviour of Porto. We stand here to thank God for this man and the Order. We stand here to coronate his Princehood, Prince Rodrigo o Primeiro da Casa de São Mateus."

The priest placed the crown on the prince's head.

"DEUS SALVE O PRÍNCIPE! DEUS SALVE O PRÍNCIPE!"

The crowd entered in a frenzy screaming "DEUS SALVE O PRÍNCIPE!"

 

After the shouting was over Prince Rodrigo, first Grandmaster of the Order kneeled infront of the statue of Mary said.

"Holy mother be my witness. I will defend christianity and our Lord and Saviour, I will defend Europe and I will retake the Holy Land. Mother of our Saviour give us strength."

The City state of Porto is in a good location both geographicly and Demographicly. It has a high number of young citizens and also a big number of industries. Although not enough to make it a big "power". The Prince attempts to atract many business men to set up their Head Quarters in Porto as he places low taxes on the business owners. He also attempts to atract bankers and make a sort of "little switzerland". ((Mod tell me how this goes.))

 

Order of Saint George

 

The agents in Jerusalem fled the city packing their belongings and moving north, to antioch. There they hope to find the spear that pierced Christ's heart ((Mod Pls)).

 

The Order had seen their missionary work failed, but they did not give up. They continue working hard with the message off: "The immaculate heart shall triumph." They send more missionaries attemping to break through the though walls, giving charity and other necessities be that medical or educational necessities, all in the name of God ofcourse. They attempt to set up Parishes in the areas (India, Myanmar, Indochina etc). In Vietnam they attempt to reach out to the catholic minority already there so that they may expand catholic reach through the asian continent. ((Mod pls))

 

The Order also sends about 20.000 men under the command of a french born captain, Jean-Baptiste "The Whip" Côté. He impliments marshal law on france and takes in any suspected nationalists. Many people are also presured (not forced) to go to church as they spread propaganda with religious messages.

Cameras from all the paparazzi and journalist nearly blinded him. His name was unimportant, merely his cause. Walking down a corridor in a sleek George Armani suit, with sunglasses on. Venetian, he was the chosen spokesmen for the rebels holed up in the Alps. Alongside him walking and talking quietly was the Italian Republic People's Front, the influential political organization. They came to meet on even terms in Rome, to discuss things with the Italian King.

 

"You have led us to a shameful defeat.... " .. "my king" the rebel leader added as an afterthought . "Your blunder in Iberia lost us useful lands, and even on the peninsula our people are not safe. I may want to kill you, hell even your family... but my political friend here politely slaps my wrist and says 'bad'."

 

Clearing his throat and stepping in, the politician smoothes things over; "My king, the Italian people see you as a vain and greedy man. But more importantly and less known to Italians, a coward. We see what you are, not wanting to face the Islamic Caliphate. Yet right after their shameful defeat, you gleefully throw an army into a foreign war alongside a fellow pack of Europeans. All these nations yammering, staying safe in a pack. Well if you really must insist on this pack, at least make our great nation Alpha."

 

Making a point, the rebel points in

 

"Not without our own terms of course. Surrender the country to the people, and we will relent. Do not give power to our politicians, or their currently rebel army, but to the people. They wish to be heard in a senate, and lead from there. You sadly must leave, but maybe one day a child of yours could become the president. Your so called rebels will take the Italian army and reshape it into a tool, one of utter conviction."

 

Trailing off, the two waited for the King's reply as his nation erupted into shock over the announcements on national television.

The Order of St. George makes some headway in the Indochinese Union conversion. The Union is perhaps a bit more friendly, a bit more christian. What they presented was a toe-hold, maybe even less so, to meddle in Asia.

 

Even though French people were supposedly part of the German Empire, which in it's greater part the Imperium, they could still resent foreign troops. Yes they needed protection from the FLA and other radicals, but no one liked a foreign solider on their land. Martial Law being declared in areas also gave them reason to grow scared. This showed their government was openly saying what a threat the FLA could be. They would not openly fight, most didn't even secretly. But they began to grow scared, maybe now more prone to help the FLA then harm. Who knew what a cornered frenchmen would do.

The Imperium Britannia believes that St. George may have misunderstood their request...

They ask that they withdraw to British France only, until they can confer with the Germans on how to handle the situation in France.

 

Even then, they ask that they assist the British soldiers in British France in keeping order, not enacting martial law; the Governor of Normandy was still in power at the moment, and they were yet to see which cities needed martial law to be enacted upon them.

 

Right now, they were just attempting to assist the NPF in keeping the peace in France; however, action may be needed to be taken, as they are doing, very, very shortly.

As the puissant leaders of the formidable nations of the day awake, they find on their desks the daily report of the going on's of the world. Rummaging through, they find in perhaps the third or fourth file something of import. The header might read, "ICC (IndoChinese Confederation) Undergo's Massive Political Coup". Some of the commander in chiefs who display more ignorance and contempt for the smaller of nations might pass the document by, disregarding a nation this small as being of any particular magnitude in the scheme of global and galactic operations. However, these leaders will find that the takeover was more than something of mere interest, but of global importance. 

 

The ICC was formed under the idea of necessity to consolidate power in order to survive in a world where resources were scarce, while their economy was individually inadequate for competing and succeeding among the other space faring nations. This worked thus far, but a serious setback in the fact that they have rather limited space and therefor, could support only a smaller population. 

The new party sought to return to these ideals, from which the past government was straying to a militant, war focused power. The first action of the newly appointed leader, a Miyamoto Musashi, an immigrant of Japanese heritage, was to begin the improvement on his country.

 

Musashi did this in a number of ways. The budget plan was revised and funding was reverted mainly to improving the education, the sciences/technology, economic power, as well as social reform and management. A plan was put in place to completely redevelop how education was dealt with in the country. (1 page?) In order to boost the economy of the ICC, Musashi knew that he required two things. Valuable commodity's, and trading partners. The main resources that have fueled the economy in the past have been the rich deposits of natural resources and REE (Rare earth elements) as well as timber, and offshore oil. However, over exploitation of timber has cut the forests low, and under exploitation caused by the lack of searching for more minerals and oil, has caused it to be largely unused. Edicts are set to begin reforestation, as well as using the oil and mineral deposits of the nation to the maximum. Yet still, the ICC required partners. Envoys are sent to the nations of China, Japan, India, CSA, Dominion, British, and the Germans. These government officials will attempt to initiate trade, and set about the new mantra of the ICC. A nation wishing to avoid war and the degradation of the planet. 

The envoy sent to Japan however, carries a special message. "The ICC is under new management. We wish to establish a power capable of surviving in today's turbulent environment, and would be pleased to remain at peace and on friendly terms with a great nation such as yours. Therefor, we extend our hand in co-operation in any and all situations, and offer a trade pact, and a defensive as well as mutually economically and technologically beneficial alliance. The ICC and its people wish the great nation of Japan peace and well being"

However, Musashi makes vast reforms in other areas to. The past government had done little to stabilize, increase, and properly secure the nations safety. As such, Thailand is contacted and presented with a comprehensive list of reasons as to why they should join the ICC. Largely based on the same ideals as what it was once formed upon, it is hoped that the people of Thailand will realize the benefit of the Confederation, and will be willing to join. Failing this, the ICC is prepared to begin propaganda campaigns throughout the nation, cripple their economy through a naval blockade, and infiltrate the political system. (Mod please)

 

Income of the nation now reverted in the majority to education, economy, and technology, it is hoped that the ICC will be able to become a nation on par with the education of the world. Technology is Musashi's other large concern. The scientists of the nation are called upon to focus on three subjects. The first, Initiative Mechanization. This is so named as it is the effort to produce new robotic technology's to completely control, maintain, and produce more of themselves. These near self controlled robots will only be influenced by humans through a control structure similar to the military in which the they are each separated into divisions of a thousand, each with a small team of managers. However, they will not be militant in any form. The initiative, at this point in time, is to completely replace human effort in the economic and production fields. Robots are planned to be placed in all manual labor divisions, and with time replace humans in the less complex of intellectual fields. (3 pages)

Secondly, the outdated military is to be re-imagined. The squints will be directed to do essentially the same as they are with the labor divisions. Existing technology of the ICC military is not on par with that of larger nations. Most importantly, automation of the military and attempts to remove human involvement from the war efforts are expected. New robotic counterparts to the military are to be developed, such as recon, artillery, amphibian, sea, etc. (5 pages) 

 

Finally, research for social reform is imperative. The ICC will attempt to research psychology, philosophy, and environmental sciences. The effort will be continual throughout the existence of the ICC. The real goal, is the betterment of humanity as a whole, and the preservation of the earth in its most natural and sustainable form. Research will be attempting to find non violent forms of bringing humanity together, ways to solve our issues through diplomacy and words, not guns and screams. The other effort of the research, is the stabilization of the earth. Research is focusing mostly on how the earth works in cycles, how the the resources we exploit are used in a system which produces more of them, just not fast enough. Exploitation and improvement of these natural cycles will of great importance. (Never really stops, its an ongoing effort.)

 

As his last action, Musashi himself responds to the the Chinese convention by boarding a plane immediately, sending word that he will be arriving in person shortly, bringing no forms of protection as a statement of peace and trust to other nations. (Please let me know if I've any issues such as length of projects or otherwise, this is one of the few of these types of things I've done.)

The Islamic Caliphate

 

 

The Caliphate had until now stood on the sidelines of the great war to the north, and for the most part, it would continue to do so. But the Islamic beast was unpredictable, and prone to lashing out with sharp claws when it felt like it. The IAF was this claw.

 

The Russians, busily fending off the German offensive and expecting the Muslim focus to continue to be domestic, are caught off guard as the Caliphate reveals the full strength of its air force to the world. With the Reclaimer Corporation driven out of the Mediterranean, there is no more need to hide the vast number of new planes that have been built, and 1500 fully-armed, Starlite-treated TAI-TFX fighters take off from Turkey, supported by hundreds more standard fighters and bombers. It is without question the largest display of air power ever assembled, and it crashes upon Russian Ukraine like a hurricane. What AA remains in the country is completely inadequate to oppose the sudden attack, and is quickly eliminated in any case. Russian forces in the south soon find their supply lines devastated and their positions under brutal attacks from the air with no means of defense. No cluster bombing takes place here as it did in Iberia, but the sheer volume of airstrikes allows for a great amount of damage to be inflicted anyway with more precision.

Since the elevator began running, a year has passed, and the Caliphate has wasted no time. It takes a few days to make a trip to orbit and back, but due to the size of the climber itself, vast quantities of material can be transported at once, and the unlimited solar energy in Arabia is able to accomplish this feat at essentially zero cost. Medina Base is a manned and functional station, and already a second station has been established at geosynchronous orbit: Mecca Base. Mecca base is far larger and is still expanding, and will serve as the primary port and jump off point for spacecraft. It was easily constructed, as large prefabricated portions could easily be lifted up and pieced together. Shuttles run regularly to and from the Japanese moon base, where the Islamic State now has a strong presence.

 

Both they and the Chinese have contracts by which their supplies are now carried up the elevator for prices which, while high, still cut their space transportation costs by more than half. For the Caliphate however, the transport of materials to orbit is virtually without cost. The shuttles used around Earth so far have been simply constructed at home and lifted up, and at least one larger ship is already being pieced together for a longer voyage: the British shared designs for their motherships with the Muslims, and the concepts needed to build large spacefaring craft are already being put to good use. The Russian Reaction

 

Outraged by the sudden act of the Caliph, Dmitry stood powerless against the offensive in the Baltic. The 400,000 present there were simply slaughtered with multiple brigades of artillery. Russia now only had its former Southern troops, but the Baltics were simply deemed lost. The TSAR lasers and other AA devices were ready to defend itself from a second air offensive, into Russia.

 

With both the UEDI and the Caliphate focused on fighting Russia, there was no active military presence in the beating heart of their economies. Oil. The Caliphate would find itself infiltrated through various bordering nations like Armenia, Pakistan and Afrika. With the obtained intelligence from the US and Canadian agencies, they understood the oil infrastructure in the Caliphate really well.

 

 

The undefended oil refineries go up in flames as there isn't much of a guarding presence behind the borders of former conflict. In a timed manner, the refineries and their underground oil supply are simply burned. However, atleast 60% of the KGB operatives are unnable to safely reach the border due to the alarming aftermath nation-wide.

 

 

The artic was an easier operation. Many former Soviet Bases stood there untouched, the cold being a crippling factor for most transport and defensive affairs. In the wake of a war against Russia , which did not have any navy according to everyone's intel, they would never have expected that the couple of remaining submarines in Siberia would be the catalyst in the operation. The Australasian Federation 

 

In the Federation

 

The Federal Defense Force High Command ceases its advances in Siberia, pulling back with the Chinese forces, the Prime Minister, King of Australia and several aides prepare for a trip to Beijing for the Chinese Peace Conference. The nation on the whole holds no ill will against Russians, just their foreign policy.

 

In North America

 

The Federations forces having landed in Vancouver earlier are prepared to cooperate with the Canadian Chairman, however Federation troops were there to stay along with the British forces in Toronto. In Alaska the Federation decides to broadcast the execution of Russian Collaborators, treason would be punished and they would show any pro-Russian politicians that they will be found by either the British or the Federation. Every high profile member of the Canadian government was under watch, the Canadian Military cooperating with the Federation and British Military rather than their own command, their trust shaken.

 

To the South the CSA is sweeping across the Union States, the Federation Command decides the Union can be dealt with by the CSA and Californian Dominion. A message is sent to the CSA that the British and Australasian Forces will occupy Canada until all Pro-Russian Influence is stamped out and hopes that the two forces can cooperate as The Australasian Federation is a member of TRAC alongside the CSA.

 

In Alaska the State is finally secured, with a new administration set up to control the territory, it is donned the Specially Administrated Region of Alaska as most conquered territories of the Federation are usually named. For now it is going to have to accept that it is a member state of the Federation for the time being.

 

Sydney Station Construction 

 

The Sydney Station Construction goes well, with sections being built on Earth then being rocketed up to Orbit monthly, still with current progress it will take a while before it is completed (( Page 62 ))

 

Titan Colony 

 

The Colonies construction is finally complete, more workers will be shipped to the Colony when it is convenient however it may be time for The Federation to construct its own Cargo Ships and Transport Vessels.
