"This plot of land that has recently come into my owning is not quite worth the upkeep to myself. So I am auctioning the fort formerly know as "Polaris" to the highest bidder. The region seems to be fairly large and has a few homes built in the area, a well made tunnel, and a small farm. This area although so large only requires five able bodied people to tend to the place. The bidding may commence with the lowest bid starting at 1,000 minas. Happy bidding and good luck!"
