After the war with Iblees ended three hundred years ago, mages began to feel tremors in the void. Many speculated as to the origins of these tremors, but none of us were prepared for what emerged from the Atheran ocean. Giant monsters, the likes of which had never been seen, began emerging from a voidal portal at the bottom of the sea floor.

 

Cerulin was the first to fall as one such monster emerged from the shore. After the destruction of Fiandria, the world leaders convened and established the Archgolem program. Giant war machines piloted by powerful telekinetics were created and dispatched to protect the remaining cities of the world.

 

But as stronger creatures emerge from the void, and fewer archgolems remain in action, something big is about to happen.
