A Trial: Defender Default

As a strictly RP-based player, this is fantastic. Now the defender isn't shafted by some wannabe-pvp faction player.

 

As also a voice of reason. This'll take a bit of time, those that hate it, leave or deal with it. Trials are temporary.

i hate people who say leave or deal with it. this server is made for us players to have fun, if a player base isn't enjoying something they should have a say in changing that thing. this isnt a business m8

Honestly, all of y'all are acting like Defender default is the Jesus Christ of LoTC and will somehow write all wrongs caused by the DEVIL ITSELF, PvP default.

Since it's defender default, people won't be able to just stop someone on the road and PvP default someone for no reason. Hence the trolling.

 

People are just excited to not have to worry about being attacked for no reason and having to start over. Try to calm down.

It's not trolling. Just because you get beat by somebody with better armour and a weapon does not mean they're trolling you with the intention of making u salty xd xd xd.

Ask anyone who's constantly targeted or have their RP interupted because someone wants to kill you with as little RP as possible simply because they dislike you. I guarantee you, they'll consider it trolling. "xd xd xd".

Screenshot them targetting you and killing you with poor RP and send it to a GM. Don't complain about the system if you're attacked with deplorable rp, do nothing to rectify that, and go complain on the forums "pvp default is the devil abloo abloo abloo!!!!" Blacklists exist so that they can stop people who provide poor rp.

Funfact; Banditry is a valid roleplay reason for attacking somebody.

Albiet valid, it is horribly RP'd by a wide spectrum of people. An outstanding portion of banditry roleplay is dissatisfying with the current system.
