Felsen currently is about 200x200, so 500x500 is actually crazy. I hope that a part of the capitals is atleast prebuilt, or that they get walls built with creative. Also how in the world did the library get a guild plot when it's the most sensible thing to have within a city. Otherwise very nice, except I missed what the red plots are again?

With farm lands not needing to be included, 500x500 and 250x250 are extremelly big. That's my only comment.

It's like the feedback the playerbase gives is thrown out the window. We say A and you guys do B, we don't need 500x500 plots we need to keep RP closer together and get rid of grinding plugins. This is minecraft ROLEPLAY not minecraft factions mcmmo grinding.

Sheesh all of this complaining... >_>   I dont see the problem with the big plots, no one is forcing you to use all the space within the plot so if ya want it smaller then make the city smaller within the boundaries of the plot. 500x500 might be big but it can support a lot of creativity.
