Mukar smiles at his escape. Perhaps if he was trapped or surrounded he can pretend hes not awake and not respond to anything or not get harmed by attacks for three hours in hopes they will leave him alone. If the 'Duke's plan worked, so will this one. :)

A Coalition footman would note that the Archduke is still imprisoned.

"These things aren't generally written the very same day they're published" says someone with somewhat less of a connection to king arthur

Don` sweat about it. Kova-***** are generally dumb like that. Klementim remarks again, cracking a chuckle.

An Orenian footman would wonder how it is possible that he can produce a declaration whilst held within an Orenian cell.

A Coalition footman would note that he already answered this question.

A general of the rebellion hugs his archduke as he arrives home safely.

Lothar Soldier #2 continues to wonder how much of a scum you have to be to have the skygods teleport a man who is asleep.

Tyrras answers, saying you have to be near death, agonizing as your little empire crumbles around you, and the walls unveil the eternal pit of snakes you built.

Viktor would note the Archduke didn't just break an oath to House Horen but broke a treaty of trust and friendship with the Kingdom of Haense who not long ago made a pact with Lorraine that was broken by this rebellion.

John Macdonough would note notes in hopes of others responding to his note with their notes in order to disparage other notes and emphasize his note as greater than the others.

The people of Lorraine would actually think the reverse- the Haensetians are the ones who broke the treaty in their refusal to defend House d'Amaury from Ser Otto 'the Mad's coup.

"Throwback to when Lorraine would mock my father for joining the earlier rebellion." Cecilia Lepida would state.

"The Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska holds their loyalty and ties to the Empire above those of another vassal. While an alliance was made between the two states- Haense and Lorraine respectively-, this bond was implied to counteract and assist against other vassal-states within the Empire and those abroad. Taking up arms for Lorraine would henceforth be breaking its own, more substantial agreement with the Imperial State (which if Haense did break it, it would be called treason) as well as breaking the enforced Imperial Law, which Haense abides to accordingly."

"Which is interesting because Archduke John didn't join the rebellion until after the coup."

"But the coup was supported by the Imperial State itself. If Haense did assist Lorraine it would be drawing arms against both direct Imperial armsmen and the mercenaries within their fold."

"Which makes you look pretty pathetic to be honest. Honouring your contact of fealty to the Empire while it's in the midst of breaking its own one with your allies."
