This is tremendously overpowered and has little to no drawbacks.

 

Weaknesses:

 

1) They don't have much Strength.

 

Does this mean they still have a fair bit of strength? Not that they would even need physical strength to land a bite with their incredible reflexes and agility.

 

2) Skin/Muscles weak against Sun. 

 

This has been neglected as a weakness for time immemorial. Ghosts and other entities refuse to dematerialise in the sun these days based on how the MC day-to-night cycle operates.

 

3) Demonic Appearance

 

More of a benefit. But, where does this come from?

 

4) Will Die when Transforming if too Young.

 

No one will do this.

 

5) Can't talk Common

 

One of only two poignant drawbacks.

 

6) Can't remember their Past Life

 

Not a significant drawback.

 

7) Weak Muscles

8) Extremely sensitive to Pain

 

Perhaps the only real, applicable drawback. However, in reality I'm not sure how extensively this would be used or utilised.

 

9) Don't feel Emotion

 

Not really a considerable drawback either.

 

10) Can only drink blood from their past Race

 

Sure, but considering the population of the Races that can actually transform into these creatures, that seems almost irrelevant.

 

11) Can Die Transforming if Creature is too Young

Now, let us examine the Advantages that being one of these creatures provides.

Advantages

 

1) Faster than almost any other Race, except for Animals

 

So, basically the fastest creatures in the game, due to the fact that animals with any significant power against these creatures will seldom ever be played or used.

 

When they are proposed to have very little muscle, I wonder how they're capable of producing such speeds even at a light weight.

 

2) Cunning & Smart and able to Understand Anything

 

This is something I'm averse to adding into any lore because many people struggle to actually produce intelligence.

 

3) Sharp and Strong Teeth

 

Thus evading the weakness of muscle deficiency. I'm assuming their jaws are strong enough to actually use these impressive weapons? After all, you stated that they could cut through steel.

 

4) Incredibly Flexible

 

Why and how are they so flexible? 

 

5) Swift Reflexes

 

Again, why and how do they have such swift reflexes?

 

6) Hard to Spot in the Dark

 

This applies to anything that isn't neon green, to be fair.

 

7) Able to Survive without Blood for extended periods of time

 

I would have imagined their need for Blood would have been the foundation of this lore, and that they would have to consume on a regular basis in order to remain functional.

 

If they can survive an entire RP year without it then what's the real drawback here?

 

8) Increased Stamina

 

I'd have to ask how they are capable of maintaining such healthy stamina?

 

9) Strong, Sharp Teeth

1) Other Races are not capable of these Abilities

 

Not sure why this applies to Orcs in particular because they would also lose muscle, presumably.

 

2) A Bite to a Race that can't become Vampaeeze is an Instant Kill

 

Are you proposing that the Vampaeeze will die instantly if biting a Race that can't become one itself? This is an incredible drawback and should be listed elsewhere.

 

3) Cannot Reverse Process

 

Until an update to the Lore is proposed.

 

4) Cannot use Magic

 

Seems like a reasonable suggestion. Until an update to the Lore is proposed. How long before you wish to use Blood Magic?

 

5) Transformation takes 10 Minutes 

 

Okay, but they can't revert back to their prior form ever so this only applies once?

This lore has been denied, we already have Strigae on the server and this doesn't really add anything new that they lack. This piece is also rather unbalanced as Smawton has pointed out.
