Couriers from all over deliver small fragile sheets of parchment sealed with the imperial sigil. The couriers would be adorned in vestments bearing the colors of His Imperial Majesty’s House. Many replications of the parchment would also be posted about in all the major cities and hamlets affiliated with the Empire.

“Citizens of the Empire, for it has been a multitude of years since the Empire hath seen a city bustling with commerce and prosperity which can be a beacon for all those loyal to the crown to call the capital. His Imperial majesty recognizes the need for a Capital within Axios and hereby has selected the city of Lorath to be so. Lorath, now known as Auguston, shall be a city filled with economic and social growth as well as a catalyst for new beginnings within the Holy Empire. God shall guide those of the Empire in all their endeavors for from this Holy City, shall his influence and mercy intertwine with the will of His Imperial Majesty as the Empire begins its reformation and begin its endeavors. Auguston shall now be the seat of the Crown and all those whom wish to reside within shall be welcomed with open arms to this new and prosperous land. May God watch over the citizens and allies of the empire. Seek out the Mayor of Augston, Seff Beaumont or any of the Stewards for information regarding housing and perspective occupations within Auguston. God Bless the Crown, God Bless the Empire.”
