You were the one mediator between the playerbase and the Administration team, in my opinion. Unlike the majority of the other Admins, you'd respond to my messages if I had a question to ask, and I'd always have fun RPing with you. Your Admin rank didn't feel, to me, like something to be scared of.

 

You're still my old friend, Max. I felt like being an Admin made a huge toll on you, but I'm glad that you made the best decision while still keeping in mind your duties.

 

I'm here to tell you that, in my experience, you were the real Admin that the people needed. I guess all things come to an end, but that end hasn't been reached for you yet, brother. You're not gone yet, are you, Max? @Paleo

Sometimes we hardly agreed with things and I found some of your practices to be a bit backwards at times, but I can honestly say you were one of the better admins I've seen.

While you do care for the server as shown during your time as an admin I believe you didn't do a great job that you could of, explicitly with behavior and choices I disagree with as well as the laziness expressed during your time as GM Director step-in when the team was not functioning well at all. Granted this is a view from a player perspective.

 

Best of luck on further endeavors, I know you're just as passionate about the server as any of us which is appreciated wholely.

Paleo, you were a great admin who actually cared about what the community had to say. You were the voice for a lot of us who would have normally gone unheard. In a way you were a bridge which linked the staff to everyone else, and it's sad to see that bridge burn. I guess if I put this in my words; I can't wait to kill you in-game and take all your pixels without God-mode saving your ass.

Its good to realize that what's important isn't each individual day or call that Paleo made, but rather his intentions when serving as an admin. No matter what happened, you can always say that Paleo had what was in the best interest of the community at heart and that is the mark of a good leader. My only criticism is that you decided to apply for the Magic Team rather than the Forum Team...
