THE BLACK MEDALS

 

The Black Medals are distinctions given by the Black Army of the Duchy of Vintas to citizens that have proven their brave devotion to the Duchy of Vintas by either fullfiling heroic deeds or helping the Duchy in times of need. The following Black Medals shall be conceded and given by the Lord Marshal and the Duke of Vintas in a ceremony to be held in the Grand City of Alannor:

 

MEDAL OF WEALTH - Eric Repine and Jaonos Adric [ @Chuin and @LucaVerheij] 

The Medal of Wealth is given to those that have donated the highest amounts of money to the Treasure of the Duchy of Vintas.

 

MEDAL OF ARCHITECTURE -  Lord Ace Merentel and Lars Aprthe [ @Javickand @Animale]

The Medal of Architecture is given to those that have proven their architecture and building skills and used it in favor of the Duchy of Vintas.

 

MEDAL OF WISDOM - Lord Dante Caelum and Auriel Caelum [ @DanteZblue_potatoand @ImDrippedJr]

The Medal of Wisdom is given to those that have shown their wisdom in times of need and used it in benefit of the Duchy of Vintas.

 

MEDAL OF VALOR - Mithvul Salheran, Leonard and Eadon Aliquam [ @Ryanark, @Syls and @Eadon_Aliquam]

The Medal of Valor is given to those that would fight until death for the Duchy of Vintas if necessary.

 

MEDAL OF BALANCE – Haarim, Ajashuu and Axor Calapari [@Deron, @Trintasticand @hariesh]

The Medal of Balance is given to those that have proven to show strength and to not be scared in times of danger.

 

MEDAL OF HOPE - Lord Tobias Merentel, Lord Daniel Merentel and Lord Marcus Merentel [ @Kursion, @SoulReapingWolfand @_x_Hyperion_x_]

The Medal of Hope is given to those that are most likely going to bring glory and prosperity to the Duchy of Vintas in the future.

The ceremony shall take place on Tuesday, the 3th of September, at 2pm EST in Alannor (Vintas). Location: Follow the road to Krugmar (Orcs) and eventually you’ll see a sign on your left that leads to Vintas.

In the golden city of Ves, in his small studio, Lars Aprthe was told that he would be rewarded for his work. The man presses the paper, an inkwell and his caligraphic pen to write a letter to the Duke of Vintas.

 

”To his grace, Sergius I of the House of Merentel, Duke of Vintas.

 

I am going to write these humble words to his grace to inform you that my person will not be able to preside at the ceremony.

The political and military institution that you represent imperial and divine will, has repeatedly, in recent months, offended my person by the lack of respect due to a man who, if I am allowed to remember them, has served his cause without asking any compensation.

Because I am a man who, in truth, makes his virtue, it would be hypocritical on my part to accept to participate in this ceremony.

 

My best regards, Lars Aprthe, Merchant.
