Upon this day, the House Carrington sees fit to restore the family company for which it is named Carrington & Co to its former excellence and quality. They wish only to equate to and surpass the standards that were written and designed upon the founding of the company by the earlier of their kin.

- “OMNES HABENT PRETIO” -

I write this missive with profound joy for the decision of myself and my kin in Carrington, upon the matters of all patents and names held by the House of Carrington. It is, as may well be already known, that the Carrington & Co brand is to be reinstated and with it, the same passion and drive for merchantry that led the predecessors of the modern Carringtons to outstanding and exemplary success within the realm of Arcas. It was well known that Green Carrington, and my own grandfather Jasper Carrington were the first two founders of the original mercantile venture, and now it seems only fitting that their descendants, myself and the cousins of Baron Green Carrington’s line, now join together to reform such an honourable and commendable business among fellows. Surely, it shall stand the test of time as it has years before.

As such we shall always be eagerly looking for dedicated employees again, paid a fair wage and being afforded access to our stock and our branding opportunities and influence, simply speak to myself or a member or another one of our excellent staff members or managers, and they will be absolutely elated to have you situated with a position, naturally we’ll also be releasing press release on updates we have to our structure, and positions which may be opening soon, so please do keep an eye out!

In all honesty- it shall perhaps take a decent amount of time to achieve the level of influence and notability that those inspiring figures of Carrington's past had achieved with their revolutionary way of thinking, and their perseverance in the face of the utmost impossible odds to amass their decadent success. However, I myself remain convinced that this is an outstanding starting point within our family to begin reconstruction of such a legacy, so I only ask for your support, and well wishes. Let us hope we are able to again serve the public at the full ability that many of us have strived for years upon years to achieve, for though the profession of a merchant may seem that of a humble one, a good merchant is perhaps the greatest asset a weary traveller, a guided adventurer, or perhaps the common working folk may well have, I look forward to seeing you around the shops soon!

Your Friend,

Beryl Jasper Carrington

Sir Ledicort d'Azor would smile as he took look at the missive. "The Carrington and Company had given me work when I was but a pup. I had tolled many years in service and earned a fortune that added in the establishment of not only my own business but also that of my House. I am most pleased to see Beryl continue the legacy of this proud company. Shall God bring them success, as I know that he shall strive to restore it's legacy to proper standing."

Sir Charles Galbraith would smile as he heard of the re-foundation of Carrington & Co. "Ah, yes - my father Edward used to talk me a lot about the Carrington Company's success in the Imperial City of Helena. In fact, he once told me that he himself was employed by the Carringtons at some point and that in such job he was able to witness their innate talent in doing business."

Peter Baldwin would remember from the Seven Skies, a smile coming across his face, recalling the days when Green and Jasper ran the company.

A dwarven lord of mercantilism has a bad humor in his stomach on this day, ill tidings indeed of the revival of the old company.
