Cheezzy_Garlik 502 Share Posted July 30, 2021 Let there be WAAGH! _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The sun was high in the Urukish Capital of San’Velku, the sounds of uruks klomping, ologs roaring and goblins tinkering on their new siege engines -- until a foul plague swept over the goi, foul creatures of the night concealed by the shadows of the jungle, awaiting their moment to strike. That of the undead. They attacked the orcs at any chance they could. In one encounter, while on a diplomatic mission, the orcs of Krug were dishonorably attacked by a dwarf in green as well as a few goons who backed him. An undead spy made an assassination attempt on Rex Kor’garr the Clanless’s life, though luckily the spirits intervened and saved him that day. In one another encounter, the Honorable sons and daughters of Krug clashed with the undead whilst on a hunt. The honourable hunting party of uruks ventured into the tomblands, where they were set upon by an undead for and all uruks were killed. In yet another, suspected cultists and adherents of dark arts attacked San’Velku whilst the uruks were engaged in quiet prayer. They were joined by the Urguanian King himself, and slaughtered many innocents -- only the Targoths lived to tell the tale. An attack by a lone Strigae seeking its next meal marked the final of many undead assaults upon the citizens of Krugmar. It attempted, but fortunately failed, to kill a valued snaga of the Uzg. It is time that the Urukim retaliate, and fight back against this wicked foe, and all who stand with them. For it has been far too long since an earnest attempt has been made to cleanse the world of this foul plague that cowers in the shadows. Let the call to WAAAGH! spread throughout Our great citadel of San’Velku. Sons of Krug heed its call! _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Signed, Wargoth of Clan Lur, Dominus of The Warnation of Krugmar Targoth of The Warnation of Krugmar Targoth Fishbref Targoth of The Warnation of Krugmar Hu-din’Dom Wargoth of Clan Raguk, Huntsgoth of The Warnation of Krugmar, and Slayer of Hellspawn
DistantCryprid 265 Share Posted July 30, 2021 (edited) A particularly pale snaga, upon hearing the attempt on one of their kin's life felt the blood coursing through their veins come to a boil, they released huff after huff as their caramel eyes took on a deep crimson hue, nature surrounding the druid growing terse with the pulse-pounding wrath burning inside their soul, birds fly away from trees, the hounds around them howl and snap their maws along with their fury, the undead crossed a territory that the elf would fight for, so they reach for their spear and their staff, shield and armor. For nature is not kind when one invokes it's wrath, and neither is Boreal. Edited July 30, 2021 by DistantCryprid

The Golden Lord of the Aurokanar Dwarves laments to one of his kinsmen as they give him a report of the stirrings within the walls of San'Velku
Ryloth 4315 Share Posted July 30, 2021 Haskir picks up the missive telling tale of undead attacks upon the Orcs of Krugmar, wights of the Tomblands slaughtering their kind like no other. "Curious things -- wights and the undead. What say we visit these people?" The Kharajyr inquires to the Inquisitor Eternal of the Azdrazi, pantera's hands harkening the holy sword of resonate otherworldly gold by the will of embers. "Maybe there is something to do?" @Werew0lf
Hermit_Jack 513 Share Posted July 30, 2021 A certain snaga releases a grunt to the news, going to his room to withdraw the flail he had stolen from a previous kill. He releases a snarl accompanied by a devilish grin as he looks over his perch. Finally the opportunity had come for him to honorably protect the balance.

Elite Snipes 3542 Share Posted July 30, 2021 Bakir Ireheart wonders what undead they speak of? The Ireheart Clan Lord ponders for a moment before throwing the declaration away in the forge fire "The Orcs wouldn't realize the undead are outcasted from Urguan even if it was put infront of their faces! These orcs will die by the hands of Dwarves if they wish to attack our vassals and shave my beard, their heads placed at the foot of my throne." Gentlerain72986 9 Share Posted July 30, 2021 Tuwak would be munching on her daily meal of stones and raw meat, she would hear the news of the undead attack....Needless to say she was not happy, she would raise her fist into the air smashing it onto the pile of stones and meat sending blood and pebbles everywhere as it make a disgusting squishing sound. With that she would unhinge her jaw releasing the mighty roar of WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGHHHH FLAT DAH NUB'DED TUWRN DEM ENTU GRUB UNTEL DEY IZ ULLL GUNE!!!!!

Panashea 2644 Share Posted July 30, 2021 MIRDAUTAS VRAS Skaatchnak'Izig readies a band of orcs equipped with slayersteel and aurum. His patience had paid off. The thought of butchering the undead filled him with a sense of pride, as this proved something of worth. With a large band of allies on the horizon, the Izig was confident he could crush the undead and their ilk beneath his boot.
Gamma 588 Share Posted July 30, 2021 OOC: How do you know the term wights and that theres one in the tomblands? From what I've seen during that CRP session, it was a complete party wipe so no one during that encounter will remember what they saw or experienced.

Nooblius 5794 Share Posted July 31, 2021 As Norli reads the missive, he ponders the absence of the Rex's signature, then determines that it is more curious that a single orc was literate. He shakes his head as he makes his way to a sword decorated above his fireplace. He lets out a deep sigh, and brandishes Noril'ur'Krug, the blade gifted to him for his wedding by the legendary Frerir Irongrinder, "Da azul'urukmar, enn'kavun visindi yir harath."
