Engagement is one of the most critical aspects in trying to achieve a more positive community, and thankfully we’ve seen plenty of submissions for both this month and the last - over 40 nominations already! Thank you to everyone that is participating in these posts, and especially for leaving specific praises to the individuals voted in. One player’s name caught the attention of the community this month for all they’ve done, and so this month’s appreciation goes to you, Louis.

 

While he might not be active in Haense as of now, Louis used to play a prominent figure in our nation, Ailred var Ruthern. He was our previous Duke of Vidaus and Lord Marshal, then continued as our Field Marshal and shotcaller in the Oren v. Urguan war. The amount of work he has done for the BSK even after his retirement is phenomenal, as most people would take a much more visible break following one of the hardest positions there are.

 

Even before this, Louis had been a member of our community for a while, particularly in helping Ruthern rebuild alongside GMRO, where he played Ser Alric Ruthern, becoming Knight Paramount of Haense on the character and putting immense amounts of work into the Knights at the time. Additionally, everyone’s come to know him as one of the best skinners in the community.
