Geese. One of the many animals in Almaris, and yet their true purpose remains a mystery. What do they do when the sun sets- when there are no eyes cast upon them. Perhaps they may be frolicking in a field somewhere, or maybe even swimming along the shoreline. But the hidden truth reveals itself in one way or another- these geese are training. Training for the one and only “Wild Goose Chase” hosted in Celia’nor’s very own festival grounds. Join in to watch, bet, and eat these fowl who have prepared their whole lives for this moment. In true racing fashion, all guests are encouraged to wear their most extravagant headwear to this event.

I T I N E R A R Y

 

GOOSE RACE

For the beginning of this event, our geese friends will be racing against each other. Individuals can bet minas on each racer, with the victorious goose’s sponsor receiving the entirety of the minas bet in the race.

THE GEESE FEAST

After the racing is over, hand-selected competitors will compete in a cook-off. Whoever makes the best goose-related dish shall win the competition, as judged by Maeralya Wynasul, Saphielle Heithyra, and Veralya Wynasul. The victor shall receive a medal demonstrating their culinary prowess.
