At long last, the Viceroyalty of Hyspia has completed its new Capital holding to house its government, people, and culture. With credit to both Hyspian and Haeseni construction workers and architects, we are proud to announce the grand opening of Ciudad de Plata! (Common: City of Silver). The City is open to all Hyspians regardless of background as well as all those who wish to learn more of our culture. We hope to see you soon! Viva Hyspia!
