Gwendel Vilac would look out this window while he held his two children in his arms, his blade resting on upon his hilt "Soon enough your mater and I will tell you stories of this,  I just pray you won't have to live your lives at war like so many generations have this far.." he'd put his children to bed, soon after finding his lorraine neckless saying a small prayer within the Petra Chapel.

Philip Owyn looked over the missive with heavy eyes. He sighed and slowly shook his head, rubbing his forehead and carefully putting the copy over a fire, watching it burn. "It would seem myself and the good Donny are to meet in the battlefield after all... And good Ser Emir, too." He sighed, readying his sword and spear, steeling his mind and resolve. "Aaun will persevere this treachery. The Novellens will not be allowed to continue their sponsored crying for much longer. Who knows - mayhaps the Highlanders may yet see through their lies during this..."

Wings was enjoying a tankard of ale alongside the newly recruited Sons and Daughters of Petra in the tavern of Vafleur. Pulling from his pocket a tin of chewing tobacco, popping the lid open and fingering a gargantuan pinch before planting it in his lower lip. Just then, a missive bolted through the entrance of the tavern, bedraggled beyond belief and coated in a thick layer of sweat mixed with grime. "War, we're goin' to war!" the missive declared, pivoting on his heel and running to the square, similarly declaring to all the people and patrons of Petra. Wings abruptly hoisted himself to his feet, spatting a fat glob of discolored phlegm at his feet before swiveling his grisly visage to the Sons and Daughters, their faces plastered with shock and fear. "COME ON YE APES, YE WANNA LIVE FOREVER?!" Wings barked, stepping out to the square and putting a couple of digits to his lips, a shrill whistle escaping. After a moment or two, the glorious mare- Chaz, gaited beautifully to meet him. He planted the toe of his boot into the stirrup and swung his opposite leg over the saddle, tugging on the reins and making his way to the fort of the Sons in preparation of war, leaving a trail of spit in his wake. War. War never changes.

"I shall ensure that the legacy of Azor is not tainted by those that wish to betray us by false claims of a name that does not belong to them." The Countess of Azor stated as she read over the letter she had recieved. She glanced across the hall to her children's rooms and let out a sigh, then rising to go light a candle. "May GOD ignite our path, may the flames of our forefathers ensure justice is enacted, be it through peace or otherwise."

Louis Valencour d’Azor would continue to sharpen his blade within the camp, “Suppose I can stop counting Mina’s for a proper war — they have dishonored our house and broke laws of succession and in that they must pay.”

"Haense could've invaded the same territory, yet they offer it to Petra instead. Why is the King so submissive to Novellen?" Stanimar wonders!

Emir, as usual would be the personal translator for Mazu as he spoke to him, as they always were together. "The paper says that soon enough, Mazu Mazu and Emir will fight together and Klomp Klomp Flatz people to protect our people. I guess now I shall allow you to flatz them." Emir chuckled as he tossed a piece of fried steak to his Olog buddy.
