beetle 2810 Popular Post Share Posted April 11, 2023 [!] A small painting depicting the riverbanks of Dùnrath. Spoiler ISSUED BY PRINCESS ROSALIND KATYA ON THE 23TH OF THE AMBER COLD, S.A. 123 TO THE PEOPLE OF ALMARIS, It’s been a while since I’ve written a missive, a proper one at least. The previous one was for my people, notifying them to evacuate from the city; the Mori had come back stronger than ever. A battle that my kingdom could not fight alone, a reason as to why this newest missive is being written. It's an informal one, written by my own views and feelings. First and foremost, for those who do not know, Alisgrad has fallen into the hands of the Mori. The people of Norland have relocated to The United Provinces of Dùnrath and the Ironguard. If you are lost and seeking refuge, please send me a letter and I’ll be of aid. The Kingdom of Norland and her people are extremely grateful - Thank you to The Vale of Neveahlen, The Kingdom of Balian, Kingdom of Barrowlands, Duchy of Minitz, and everyone else who fought alongside them. Thank you for your support and manpower, our people still survived. We're still standing because of it. To those who were injured, rest well friend. Recover well, you have done your best. To those who we lost, you will not be forgotten. Your legacy will forever be remembered. If you’re still reading this, please take a moment to be grateful. Take a moment to acknowledge your life and well being. Take a moment to hug your family and friends. Take a moment and breathe. We’ve made it this far. I’m eternally grateful and honored to still be alive, to still be alongside my people. I will never forget this. I've never been more blessed then this. SIGNED, Her Royal Highness, Rosalind Katya Freysson Ruric, Princess of Norland, Lady Chamberlain of the Kingdom of Norland
critter 2473 Share Posted April 11, 2023 Fabian chews the inside of his cheek as he sets the missive aside, steepling his hands. Flowers, he thinks. He will send flowers and tea, and he will pray for the North.

Generi 563 Share Posted April 11, 2023 Zaina Al-Hamad reads the missive in her quiet home, a faint smile coming to the frail old woman's face as she carefully set it down. "Kindness is not lost, even in times as tough as these. Don't forget your ways, princess." She hummed aloud to an empty home, before moving on to go rest.
WestCarolina 1778 Share Posted April 11, 2023 In the woodland glade of Nevaehlen, a Bruin fixed a particular green shawl to her hair after receiving Rosalind's letter. "Aspects bless, the war only continues."
ratlordmagic 803 Share Posted April 11, 2023 Waclaw Jazloviecki smiled as he read the missive. “And I’d do it again in a heartbeat. We couldn’t stop them, but we bought enough time for everyone else to get away, and those bastards paid for every step.”
XoxoMinnieXoxo 406 Share Posted April 11, 2023 Asleon Rivelwynn held the missive in his hands as a faint smile took to the face of the soured and sombered expressed man. His face rather battered from being on the frontlines of the Mori attack; muscles still ache as he shiffed in a chair "Wyrvun il'kaean ito- Wyrvun is with us" Whispered the 'fenn under his breath. "May the stars guide us for the rest of the journey, and to a new home"

simpleglitchbro 295 Share Posted April 12, 2023 Grimm sits in his new room in Ironguard, his sword resting beside him on the bed as he reads over the missive. "We may have lost Alisgrad, but...'long as we stick together, I'm sure we'll bounce back." He then puts the missive away, taking up his sword and taking a moment to inspect it. "We've got to."
