I've had people pm me this post. Didn't expect this screenie to be used in a forum post, I shrieked about it for a bit considering the fact a player of the community called me a slur, in a screenshot if you consider how lotc is, and how a person grows, is very new. I don't expect anything to be done, which is fine at this point, I only interact with those I care to interact with at this point. The screenie was tossed about by other players besides me, so it's nothing private. My advice is simple…. Don't call people slurs, if you attend to actually grow as a person- confess you fucked up, and stop making excuses lol. I won't be replying to anyone who @’s me

Whether the reasoning behind it is valid or not, I think that the double standard here is really strange. Other players and I in the past have been banned recently for 'hostile conduct' because Moderation and Administration believe that posting screenshots of a player's poor behaviour, current or not, is vigilantism because it becomes a court of public opinion that undermines Moderation authority. However, it seems that the numerous Moderators and some Admins who have seen this post are actively allowing a screenshot of slurs on the forums when similar things in the past have been hidden and warned when it's not in a report. Not sure why this post is any different. If it's an ongoing issue, then players should be going through the report process to make sure it's being dealt with appropriately and not including it in some farewell post to bash the player and one of the admins for upvotes.
