I appreciate the genuine response in recognizing there was a problem that needed to be fixed. I knew going into the first war since the last it wasn’t going to run as smooth and would need adjusted due to a variety of factors but it was disappointing with straight delays and miscommunication. 

 

I’m sure everyone including myself realize it’s not easy to manage all of the tech side we just appreciate a more open and transparent answer!
