[YOUR VIEW] Murder on LOTC?

Here I was, 11pm on a thursday night, sitting in discord with Josh and Llir and company, shooting the shit and otherwise rambling. During an in-depth conversation regarding server policy, we came across the conundrum. Is murder against the spirit of LOTC? Naturally, we ban people for violating laws that are also server rules, most if not all of those fall under TOS Violations. But what about murder? If a convicted murderer was (somehow) playing LOTC, would you feel unsafe playing with them? What about someone who was only convicted of manslaughter? What if someone who only ATTEMPTED these crimes? How would you label it? TOS violation? Extreme toxicity? Pugsy?
