The Orcs have received statements from the Admins (namely Dohvi and Ever) that the battle has been called off by Admin decision, but they haven't posted anything yet despite saying they were just about to for the past 48 hours. We strongly suggested that they hurry up with this to avoid wasting people's time on either side, but as the warclaim's just a few hours away I feel compelled to ask them to publically confirm this now.

Haven't read completely through but I am of the PERSONAL (and I mean personal story preference but not entirely lore reliant) opinion that the Four Brothers had genuine love and affection for each other and would never engage in any murderous attempts toward each other or their kindred.

And so it was that the noble three were immortalised in the legends of the entire Orcish race. Three warriors who held fought a hundred to allow their people a second chance.

No Orcish horde guarded San'Kharak, but a brave and noble few. Those few who would stand and distract the armies of the Empire long enough for the bulk of the Orcish people to make good their escape to the jungles. In its streets Oren would find no captives to enslave, little plunder to loot - just a desolate fortress, stripped bare of value. Those that mattered, its people, were gone. No sooner than it had started did the horns of Oren's victory fill the air. Siege engines stood idle for they were not needed. Wargoth Lukra'Braduk sat astride her rhino at the jungle's edge, her heart sinking. Those few had fought bravely but such odds were always suicide. The Rex, Vorgo'Yar, Orgon Slayer, and his two companions - Wargoth Morka'Vorgor, the dark elf leader of the only snaga clan, and the Dominus Khorgak'Raguk - were dead. But their sacrifice had not come in vain and they would be welcomed with the highest of honours into Stargush'Stroh, as would those stragglers who'd stayed behind to fight the good fight alongside them. Another rider came alongside her, a Lur. "Wargoth, everyazh iz owt ub zyt ub Oren. Deyur'z been zum kontakt with pinkzkin zkowtz bud dey were zilenzed. Ztill, id'z likeleh dat Oren will know uv owur ezkayp zoon." Lukra nodded, taking one last look at the city. "Inform da uthur wargothz, ged everyazh tu da boatz." ---------- "KAZT OFF, GO NOW!" came the roars from dozens of boat captains as they took their vessels to sea. Thousands had gathered at the jungle's east coast to evacuate. Many had already left, and some had decided to take their chances hiding in the trees or hiding in other parts of Asul. Lukra rode down the shore, nodding to Orcs of all clans as they prepared for their long exile. She came upon a gathering of some of the other Wargoths and dismounted. "Da Rex am flat." she announced sullenly. It had been expected by all, but it still hit hard. Wargoth Turkurz'Raguk grunted "Gahk urukz agaynzt da world. Dey'll be halfway thruu da openin klompz wiv Krug in Ztarguzh'Ztroh bai now, hurr hurr." The laugh lacked mirth. The mood amongst all was sombre, despite the din of rafts and small ships being loaded and launched. Lukra spoke once more. "Latz all gruk da Rex's plan. Zkatter. Lay low. We'll looze azh zkah lowd ub peepul tu Oren... bud dey kannub fynd uz all." Wargoth Jukha of the Lurs growled up "Hrmph. Dey kan trai. Dey'll ged tired ub chazin eventualleh." Lukra nods. "May we meet agayn bruddaz." The remaining wargoths nodded as well, as all said their goodbyes and headbutted. None told the other where they were headed with their refugees, but they would head for the hidden places of the world and await a brighter day. Lukra boarded the lead ship of the Braduks and had them cast off. She looked with concern at the state of this boat and all the others. They were barely seaworthy, constructed in haste and overcrowded. Many indeed would be lost in the passage, and likely many more later if Oren found these isolated bands. But somewhere, somehow, the Orcs would survive. This had happened before. In the ancient days, in a time of terror and bloodshed and homelessness for the Orcs came the great Braduk, and he took the shattered refugees of the Clash of Clans and took them to a safe haven. There they holed up and there they grew strong again. "Da days ub Kenuk am kum agayn..", Lukra murmurred to herself. The ships departed in all directions. Over the coming days and months many would die and many would survive. Enclaves of the Orcish people would be established throughout the world, in fortresses and villages where few men tread. And one day, though it may take a hundred years or more, they knew that they would be one again in body as they were in soul. Oren could claim its victory today, but the Orcish people could never truly be conquered by steel and blood. Adversity was the crucible of greatness and this trial the Orcs gladly accepted, for to be a child of Krug is to live every day fighting. And the legend of Vorgo'Yar's last stand would live on forever.

Braduk morale is severely shaken! Many contemplate suicide, while Wargoth Lukra falls into a deep depression over the fact that she'll never look as good in a dress as those fe-orcs.
