The thing is guys, shamans have a whole host of things that they can do that you'd want to kill them for but you can't. Even if a shaman right now went to the druids to smoke grass and be whitewash as **** there's nothing you could do about that either. -
Human RP is made of cliques too.

In my experience as a relatively new player, other than Courland which seemed a bit cliquey to me, every other human nation's been very accepting to me (I was offered a tour of Norland, and reformed Oren acquired my services and has always been nothing but friendly to me). I'd say the only problem with human RP is the inexplicable need to mimic Game of Thrones/The Witcher, and an ongoing OOC grudge against Oren that seeps into RP.

Maybe as a nutty spell someone can cast but, and I know that I play a 'shapeshifter', but I think we're rapidly approaching 'too many shape shifters' with this addition. It's kind of like suggesting a new kind of ghastly animate armor or another vaguely thin pointy eared folk with a new skin color.

TBH I think some other kind of patron would be more fitting. Surely "Spirits" aren't the only spiritual things to use right?

The reason FW's can maintain body strength with magic is the same reason why they cannot gain body strength. It's a specific effect of a specific mechanism and isn't really comparable. That and we don't have mega speed/strength.

Before this lore can even be reasonably considered by any single person, the lore owner must agree that all frost witches will appear as ice cream, snow cones, fudge sundae, malts. I put my foot down and demand this!

Well, I'm no authority on the matter but that argument makes sense only if the 'immortality' is of the exact same nature as the ascended which it very well might not be. I'm not really sure but just a thought. -

Nearly anyone who travels to Oren or any of the elves might find a pamphlet left where public solicitations are allowed to be made. It's written in the most elegant of hand writings and reads simply. "Have ghastly problems? Beings so horrifically unappealing that it dirties everything they touch? I, Elasha, am selling services to root out these darklings cheaply and without the politics of one of those dasteredly orders. Please, do not hesitate to find me in..." Many attempted spellings of a city name are struck through. "Capitol city of the humans." ((Basically, I have a character trying to work. Nothing super serious. If you are looking for a serious sell-sword for a problem that can NOT fail, I'm not the person. Expect possible whimsical failure!))

My god just make them literally just as effective as cross-bows are allowed to be and call it a day. This isn't "Europe RP" This is a fantasy rp server, we can decide how effective weapons are geez.

The main problem with old wards was "attack them with dark power" or however it was worded. It just didn't make sense. Like I shoot some spook at the ward and it...stops?

Time limits seem /really/ long for what could prove to be a /very/ effective tool. I would personally like to see wards be a true labor for people to maintain. Not just clerical but all 'create and leave' type stuff. This isn't just for clerics or holies in general, just a persistent criticism I've had. But yeah, they seem neat enough.
