To finalize on the idea of the duels and force PKing I plan to add an extension where I clarify the rules and requirements for a duel to be considered "valid". I'm also totally cool with changes certain pieces of all the PK clauses if they become a large enough concern!

Now I understand how alarming it must be for people to see the PK clauses. However, there are a TON of creatures on this server that operate in a similar fashion. Wights, Liches, and Darkstalkers with their phylacteries alongside Foretakers and the shade gem? Striga just murdering each other because? Witches can only be force PK'd through duels and by the Melting of Snow ritual. The Melting of Snow ritual requires the witch to be physically captured and subdued within the altar's circle. That isn't very easy to do. Now with duels, the witches can be brought back on either end. It's considered quite horrid to murder your daughter who challenged you to a duel. Another cultural thing. The laws and logistics of the coven will be operating to make sure that you don't have witches just murdering each other out of OOC power hunger. Alongside that please comment on whichever rituals you specifically felt weren't accepted for LoTC and I can surely justify each. Sort of late for me, but I am more than willing to handle questions through discord if I'm not around tomorrow to comment on this thread. I'll try my best to do so, however. She’d snap her fingers before a bald human girl would rush up to her to offer another glass of wine. “Your favorite, Ms.Venus.” “Thank you, darling.” She’d accept the glass before tossing it into the face of the servant, the wine drenching her skin and staining her poorly made garment. She’d rise from her seat and turn towards her with a click of her tongue and drop the glass upon the floor with a shatter. She’d move out of the room towards a large set of iron doors that opened with a loud and medieval creak. Inside would step another woman who appeared almost identical to the woman inside, except she appeared as if the sun had been her friend - she appeared much more lifelike. The servant sighed before bending down to pick up pieces of the shattered glass on the wooden floor. “Thank you for joining us, Cecily.” The other blonde woman would raise an hourglass that would hold red sand, all of it resting at the bottom. She’d sigh heavily before the two men on either side of her, who were wearing all black plague doctor costumes, moved away from her inside and away. “Oh, how wonderful. The Witching Hour Deep within the pits of her tower, Scáthach, sat in a circle of various different runes written in blood that all began to emit a red glow. In the middle, before her, was a rune that she believed to be the one that could call forth the one she believed had restored her eyesight to her long ago. After a moment of silence, she’d close her eyes and begin to raise both hands into the air as the red runes began to glow brighter. “Now I command and charge you, O evil spirit! Soon the runes’ light flickered and then went out completely. She’d release a sigh as she’d place her hand onto the headband that covered her eyes before her left spectral arm dropped back into her lap, leaving it be. She’d move through the corridor of the Crow’s Nest and began to proceed up a set of stairs which lead into her bedroom where she sat on her bed and released another sigh. She sat there in silence, as she usually did, before beginning to release a series of whimpers which eventually transitioned into a fit of tears -- without the actual tears. She’d begin to curse out the woman who had done this to her. Lux, for forcing the curse upon her in the beginning, and Svette who had lied and manipulated her into falling for such an obvious trap; betraying her. The next morning she awoke from her bed and looked around the room with, once again, a sigh. She’d reach onto her bedside table to open a small box which revealed two glass balls in which she placed into the sockets of her eyes after a swift tear of her blindfold. She’d rise out of bed and move towards the mirror, the witch did what she was taught to do many moons ago - shift. Her form did as the normal witches would as her hair grew long locks of blonde and her ears even grew a pointed-tip. She’d lean into the mirror to inspect her features more closely and with a look of obvious surprise, she’d call for one of her servants, a small farfolk boy. He’d come in with a startled expression as he saw what she did too; a stranger.
