Will this stop someone from only speaking of the issue, or does it completely stop them from conveying the idea? Could one theoretically write ‘x or y is witch’? This seems overpowered. Perhaps render it to half of the effect at most, but one shouldn’t be able to just shrug off the downsides of magic.
