It had the best of both Templar & Paladin (totally not paladin spear + better vigorous blow). Barring cultural problems like SLOTH, I think this magic would’ve conquered the world and PKed all of my magical super-kitted OCs.

Ask islamadon, he is the only one with the real answer or something.

if i were to guess. it was too close to paladins. and like what Benleft said, it was basically the best spells of templar and paladin put into one.

imo, from when I read it over and over; he basically just rewrote paladinism but gave it Tahariae flavor.

  5. "Maybe they thought themselves something mighty for eluding our forces for a short while, but they were never actually ahead of the game." Galahad zealously remarks to one of his allies. "Death to those of the east!"
  6. Indifference ebbs into Galahad's features as his eyes drift across the penmanship of the missive. He glances at the corner his hand held it by, noting the calluses and surface scars that have formed over the years and healed as simple welts on his skin. They were unweathered once, his hands, in a time when he was but a boy and the world did not demand his blade. Prodigy might not come to Galahad so soon, but he's alright with that.

Is this a Nightmare on Elmstreet reference?

  8. Victories, Galahad thinks, seem to come fleetingly to the treacherous Lurinites and Halflings, for realms whose glory eludes them crave it like a bloodlusted hound and lap at whatever drop of it they can get. For the Khanate, however, conquest and triumph is a simple ritual.
  9. What the automaton seems not to realize is that the mutilation of the treacherous Lubba took place in the elven city of Cauróst and not the orcish city of Lurak.
  10. An artistic rendition is pinned a few hours later beneath the Silver Lubba's declaration.
  11. Galahad thinks fondly of witnessing the former Lurinite sovereign sock the Dunfarthing Thain in the face in his throneroom.

  13. "This is murderous." says Galahad as he tunes into the Luraki beats
  14. "The Halffolk have done well to elude war," considers the elven prince Galahad. "But I'm curious to see what brawn and steel they're capable of mustering."
  15. "She possesses a zeal not unlike my own," softly notes Galahad to one of his councillors, Marywen @Kiiztria. "Burning, bright, and hot to the touch. How far do you think that kind of thing can take a blind woman?"

  18. Caurósian Royal Endorsement of the Petalspell Tailor Issued by the Caurósian Royal Crown, circa 197 S.A. The Caurósian crown is pleased to promote the Petalspell Tailor. Lady Lilaccia, owner of the Petalspell, works with diligence and precision in every seam while delivering in a timely fashion, on top of being capable of imbuing her works with otherworldly enchantments. Her shop can be found in Cauróst, just east of the blacksmith. Signed, Galahad of Ilumrin High Prince of Cauróst
  19. "I didn't know him very well, but..." softly mutters the elven Prince Galahad. He gazes upon the looming Eldertree of Cauróst. "He had faith in my dream. I wish he could've seen it."
  20. cringe centrist take here but it's not a big deal whether or not these changes are made. at the end of the day these changes are so minor I doubt they'll actually impact anybodys RP should they be implemented, but I also don't see any actual harm in their current state I think it's important to remember the context with which these disorders are being portrayed before trying to conflate it to real world ableism. most players on here are well attuned to storytelling and fiction and are capable of differentiating RP elements from real life ones, so the likelihood of a few lines in minecraft lore contributing to irl discrimination I find extremely unlikely unless you're interacting with someone who was already an all-weather bigot beforehand it's fine, life goes on
  21. Issued by High Prince Galahad of Ílumrin & the War Council of Cauróst 13th of Snow’s Maiden, Year 196 S.A. In the realm of Cauróst, it’s imperative the people are beholden to the way of the blade not only for the defense of Elvendom and her dogma, but the defense of their kin at their side. While the Caurósian Vanguard specializes in rigorous duty, discipline, and hierarchy, the Peoples’ Militia ensures that in the absence of authority, the people below it may remain capable and ardent. Section I: Enlistment All citizens of Cauróst are automatically enlisted into the Caurósian Militia, as decreed by the Codex of Law. Acts of incompetence or weakness among the Caurósian Militia shall result in the revocation of citizenship. Section II: Duties While those of the militia are afforded no legal authority over one another nor ability to enforce the law, they are eligible to perform a citizen’s arrest in the absence of the Vanguard or higher authority when in the presence of immediate danger, or when public safety and wellbeing is compromised. Those of the militia are beholden to rally to the defense of Cauróst and her people in times of distress. This includes but is not limited to: enemy raids, street brawls, war, or other forms of mayhem. Signed, Galahad of Ílumrin, High Prince of Cauróst
