The loss of a person is never a happy time for the friends and family of the departed, especially from something so painful. I think I interacted with Lasa once before, but even though I only spoke to him that one time, I am saddened by the loss of his life. May he rest in peace, and find happiness in the afterlife.

I didn't know him that well, but I feel the loss nonetheless. Being a part of this community is like having a bunch of siblings that you fight with constantly and love nonetheless. It's extremely heart wrenching to know that we lost someone today. My condolences to his family and friends.

I've never really even heard of him apart from that post some time ago he made regarding this issue with his surgery. It's a damn shame.

 

To be honest I laughed my ass off when I read this. That always ends up happening when I read something like this. Can't believe it at first, so it's gotta be a joke, right!? No, why would someone joke about that? 

 

A "shock" thing, something you don't expect, causes laughter usually. So i guess it's that. Not like I found it funny, I just laughed. Don't know why.

Thanks folks, Archie told me before hand regardless of the outcome, he'd want me to post something like this, generally I thought he'd pull through and **** but **** man, never expected the outcome. I've lost a few friends in the past but this was really unexpected, especially since I spoke to him an hour before his operation. He was way too young to go, and gladly i'd switch places with him. 

You know the quote? "Some people piss their lives away, and those who deserve it pass on?" Yeah, i'd switch places, he deserved a **** ton more chances than I ever did.
