Attention, righteous people of the city of Kaphro!  The region is now defended steadfastly by the imperial army.  No more raids nor foreign noblemen nor agents of the Bloc shall attack nor harm you so long as we garrison the city.  I, the Imperial Marshal Vibius de Sola, am hereby the military governor of Kaphro for a temporary period of time, and will receive any personal requests of audience and see them through from the core of my heart and soul.

You will not be affected by this change in management.  It is the absolute command of both the Emperor and myself that the Imperial Army soldiers are to give their lives in defense of the righteous townspeople of Kaphro.

The Empire protects.

((To those having been told via OOC mediums that we are going "to kill or lynch any Kaphrites", this is a lie.  We are simply occupying and defending the city, and this creates RP - those telling you not to log in via skype and metagaming as such are doing the opposite.  We will never kill or steal from anybody in Oren, and this is not a victory post.  All are free to return to Kaphro. :^)

Rowan rides his horse through the blood filled streets.  The stench of death and decay linger the air as he walks by the piles of bodies being burned.

"I warned him... the more you jump over the fence the more likely it is you'll get impaled..." he says with a sigh, trotting into the castle.

(( Not that I have any investment in either side - but you are technically allowed (stated somewhere in the rules. **** if I remember where) to message in skype for people to log in, or not log in, without it being metagaming. This was instated sometime in Asulon, to allow towns/cities to get their garrisons to log in. I'd assume the same principle applies here.  :idk: ))

Morvan looked upon the long house that once housed his clan with an expression of sorrow on his face. The once lively home now lacked any sign of life or light. What had once been their home had now been abandoned in haste after Lord Damien's fall.

Kaphro had not replaced the homeland of the Gorundyr from Anthos, but it was still home. For the first time in many years, he was able to hear the divine call of his gods once again. His people would not be safe in Kaphro any longer, hunted by those who fear the truth. The Imperials were such, consumed by greed and power, they used their belief in a creator to chain their own people for profit.

With a deep sigh, Morvan looked to his clan mates around him. Kaphro had been a good home and now it was time to leave it. They would go north, into the mountains, searching for a new home.

Rachel Brunswick looks about Kaphro, feeling a bit of guilt for tricking her longtime friend and his guards. She cracks a nervous smile, however, and reminds herself of the good deed she has done for the empire of Oren.
