The Republic of India 

 

With the addition of Bhutan and Sri Lanka to the Republic, Anail smiled, even as Nepal had declined. Anail had plans for them and the rest of his surrounding neighbors. 

 

​General Dibley placed his radio down, giving the order for the assault of Nepal to commence, 1 Gorkha Rifles moved in through southern Nepal, their war path would be to move through Birgunj up through the Hetauda they would be covered by the newest fighter jets in the Indian airforce, as they always depended on American or French fighters they now had their own fifth generation jets,  a twin-engine fifth-generation stealth multirole fighter, called HAL Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft (AMCA). It is being designed by the Aeronautical Development Agency and will be produced by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited. AMCA would be powered by K 9 or K 10 engine with Supercruise capability without afterburner. The main purpose of the AMCA is to replace the aging SEPECAT Jaguar and Dassault Mirage 2000.

As the battle commenced an attack began in the eastern part of Nepal this army force much smaller but being consisted of more armor and fighters, this group would go through the east to link up with the southern division in the capital city of Nepal, Kathmandu, this group would fight in a blitzkrieg style of war, thus the reasoning for less infantry

With the new naval ships done, they are outfitted with the new anti-aircraft guns that were completed by both the CSA and India. The blueprints are sent over to the CSA, the Indian government expresses it's extreme gratitude towards them for how helpful they have been and if they need anything they will gladly help them.

Confederate States of America

 

With Brazil backing down, it showed something to the CSA. Not saying what it was, they merely upped their foreign encounters. Brazil would be allowed to peacefully annex, but when it came to invasion, the CSA drew a stern hand. They were the invaders, not a South American nation trying to unify it's fellow brothers. They should try to politically work together, not threaten invasions. Leave that to the likes of Confederates, who were about to show how eager they were to invade...

 

Venezuela's shipping is seized, CSA ships taking all their trade ships by force. They begin to blockade any incoming trade, and send drones to survey Venezuela land. Troops are sent from every mustering area, Texas, Panama, New Orleans, Puerto Rico, and the Haiti isle. With the navy to protect them, they load up onto transports and set to maritime training. The CSA hard hitting navy itself spearheads ahead of the transport fleet, attempting to draw the Venezuelans out into battle. Naval warfare drones would prey on military vessels with insufficient air defenses, sending hull breaking missiles straight through the middle of their decks.

 

The Venezuelan navy could not fit the standards needed, and would probably draw away from open battle. This would open up several coast on which to launch an invasion. CSA frigates would shell the jungles just ahead of the beaches, as planes and drones sent from carriers recon exact Venezuelan troop dispositions. CSA marines would be the first to beach, augmented with Panamanian state militia specialized in jungle warfare. They would had into the jungle to fight whatever groups drones tagged, clearing a safe beachhead. Then the regular CPNA and all the supplies needed came with them. Using napalm to clear large swathes of jungle, supply depots and military camps are set up a safe distance from the coast. It would be up to the Venezuelans to allow the advance to continue, or retaliate. It was hoped Brazil's recent threats of dominance would stop them from asking or accepting any kind of help from that sector. As a precautionary measure the navy swings to the east, guarding against Brazilian actions. The Panama Canal tax is raised to help pay for the new war, and a small navy sent to either side to guard it. ((mod plz))

 

The tension on the Confederate's home front could no longer be ignored. Calling a peace summit at New Orleans for the United States, and New Californian Republic.

 

Nodding respectfully to the two fellow leaders, Confederate president Elijah Wintersun begins;

 

"The CSA has tried to ally and benefit both the NCR and U.S. Your two quarreling however has begun to put us between a rock and a hard place. We are ALL Americans, whether we like it or not, and should be more focused on matters abroad. I do not like to have to look over my shoulder to make sure the home front is not threatened by you two damned fools insisting on war. We are all soon to be embroiled with the world, and can't afford to stay with this standoff. So what I propose is the NCR and U.S end aggression, and sign trade and non aggression pacts. I have no need to do it all for you, so set your own terms in this summit. I am here merely to ensure y'all play nice and don't blow up this fine city."

 

In response to NCR pleas, the CSA ask the U.S to lessen the embargo provided the NCR plays nice. They begin to ship over more of their large food supply, but insist with every delivery the NCR backs down and make friends with the U.S. Making an official declaration, the CSA states neutrality and reluctance to enter the fierce political scene. Things were too tense in the atlantic to care that much. The CSA enters the railgun research, helping pay for it and reduce the time it's taking. 

 

In Costa Rica, the troops are well rested and resupplied. Following naval bombardments, they begin to advance into the heaviest fighting yet in Nicaragua. The government was actually working with the CSA, but the drug cartels reigned supreme. Having advanced warning from the loss of Panama, and Costa Rica, they built their strength. The CSA still had every advantage besides home territory, and the advance ground on. Haiti and the Dominican Republic are finally calmed enough to free up troops and be admitted into the Confederation as states. The two newest states of Haiti, and Dominica are accepted, and start to form their state militia. Having less say then American states, national government has more influence. Naval ports are to be expanded on, to be able to manufacture war ships. The Indian advanced anti-air guns are placed on new ships rolling out of the factories, and set up in the states of Dominica, Puerto Rico, and Panama to create safe air spaces.

• Summary and address to the people

 

 

 

 The changes that took place in Nigeria in merely 30 years were astonishing. It had gone from a under developed post colonial nation into an economic superpower and a symbol of hope for the entire continent of Africa. The problems that had plagued Nigeria like poverty, hunger, and religious extremists were now things of the past.

 

 The vast amount of natural resources available to the Nigerians produced incredible profits for the country, these profits were correctly invested in infrastructure, education and the army. Combined with the population boom during the early 2000’s has ensured Nigeria always had a stable workforce made primarily of young healthy men reaching a population of 400 million. The country had during many years achieved an economic growth of 15% per year. And with the decline of the West the resources of Nigeria were officially Nigerian and not controlled by a foreign power. Economic scientists had called this period the African Miracle.

 

 The investments in both Education and in the army had guaranteed that religious extremism lost its foothold in Nigeria. The army had conducted a great offensive against the militant groups like “Boko Haram” and despite the casualties the operation had been a success, Nigeria was free of religious extremism. The nation was now free to develop under the light of science  which guaranteed that the younger generations had a safe future in one of the many high tech industries that were blooming all over the country.

 

 Now reelected, who won with 95% of the votes,  President T'Challa addressed his people from the presidential palace in Lagos. The Transmission would be transmitted by all major news corporations across the world. As soon as the President appeared on the balcony the people organised below exploded in cheer, crying out the name of their beloved leader. T’Challa smiled and gestured for silence, after a few minutes there was absolutely silent in the presidential palace and T’Challa began his speech.

“My people, what we have accomplished is remarkable, we were once pitied by the world, considered sub humans barely able to maintain a nation, barely able to govern ourselves. Now we stand as one of the strongest nations in the entire world. While the West crumbles and Europe fights itself we stand strong and we grow.  We have become a world power that is to be reckoned with, no longer shall foreign powers control our country!” The crowd cheers and applauds him and he indulges them before continuing his speech. “The West imposed their view of liberty and democracy to our country, a view that has only served to weaken Nigeria and its people! They ignored our traditions and customs! NO LONGER! With the help of our allies Russia and China  we have prospered! The western view of democracy shall be removed from our nation and a new way to govern that both respects tradition and the will of the people shall be created! An elective monarchy shall be created!” The crowd erupts in cheers louder than before, they scream compliments and God save Nigeria.

 

“The people of Africa are one people, what is the difference between a Nigerian and a Camarones? I shall tell you! NONE! The west divided our borders and people to weaken us! But now we are strong and yet our neighbors continue to struggle and suffer while we prosper. I will not tolerate this. We shall bring unity and prosperity to all the nations of this beautiful land!! The foreign ministry is already sending proposals to all our neighbors for them to join us in a Commonwealth of equals! We shall embrace those who seek unity and prosperity with open arms!” The crowd cheers once again, they wave Nigerians flags while chanting the national anthem. “And to those who seek to keep us separated, you shall be treated as traitors to the african cause and there shall be no mercy to those who seek to be puppets of the west. Choose me as your King, no your Ukwu and this is what you will have! Unity and prosperity!” The crowd applauds the speech and shouts of “Ukwu T'Challa” are the only thing that can be heard from the palace.

The following changes have been made to the Nigerian constitution:

• The Parliment shall be renamed and changed to the Maka Otu

• Each 500 thousand electors can elect a single member of the Maka Otu.

• The Executive branch shall no longer be led by a president but by a Ukwu(King) elected by the maka otu (Senate). The Ukwu shall lead until death or until he is outvoted.

• All cultures and peoples are to be treated as equals, especially the new entries to the Commonwealth.

• All profits from natural resources and taxes shall be spent on infrastructure.

• Proposals are sent for the peaceful union of the following states under the premise that all states that join the Commonwealth will be treated as equal members of the union :Niger, Cameroon and Benin. ((MOD I NEED YOU))

• Nigeria Condemns the  American Embargo on the NCR

• Trade Agreements composed of raw materials, oil and minerals, and industrial goods are sent to the following countries: CSA,  Iberian Union,. Russia, UK,  China, Brazil and Saudi Arabia.

• A deal is signed with the NCR that in exchange for african minerals and oil the Commonwealth will receive technology blueprints. The trade convoys will sail through the pacific along the mexican coast.

New Californian Republic

 

 

With a mighty roar, the first non-experimental railgun in history fires. The shot echoes through the Nevada deserts near Area 51 as the enormous gun fires off a slug at over Mach 7, sending it shooting 100 kilometers downrange. It smashes into a test-village, ripping a small neighborhood into a smoking crater.  ((legit, checked around on the web))

 

Back in Area 51, the scientists allow themselves a small smile of satisfaction before turning back to their work. Despite great progress, the Railgun was a still a great leech on energy and lacked any sort of mobility. It needed to be adapted to ships and tanks to have more use than a defense platform for cities. It would take time, but the scientists were confident that with the help of their CSA compatriots they would make quicker progress than predicted. Nevertheless, it would be an expensive venture. The Shwarz Polizei itself screens every scientist coming in or out of Area 51. It would be extremely hard if not impossible to smuggle out data on the Railgun. Three more land based models are created, along with mobile platforms to go with them. They are to be installed in highly protected bunkers near Los Angeles, Fort Bragg, New Vegas and San Diego to provide sea and land protection to these important positions. Once the San Diego one is installed, it will turn its sights on Mexico. The whole testing area and transport for the new cannons is highly protected by aircraft and infantry. The NCR asks the CSA to focus on building advanced targeting computers for the Railguns and counsels them to adapt their ship gun targeting systems.

 

Meanwhile, far from the harsh deserts of Nevada, in the internment camps near Washington, project Terminator has continued on as planned. Known only to the scientists, certain highly placed members of the Schwarz Polizei and certain government officials, it’s purpose stays mysterious to most and unknown to the rest of the world.

 

In a different place at a different time, the same official who spoke to the nations about the US’s piracy arrives at New Orleans to attend the peace summit organized by the CSA. Once escorted to the room itself, he takes his seat after shaking the CSA’s president’s hand and giving him a respectful nod. No niceties and offered to the US official present at that time.

 

He listens attentively to the CSA’s speech before pulling out a few documents from his satchel along with a datapad. “Contrary to what President Wintersun claims, we have no interest in committing to a war with the Union States. We never have. Walls were built, and guards position because we know of the meddling nature of the US. Our worries were confirmed when we detected the presence of one of their fleets moving towards the Mexican national waters, along with their embargo on goods coming to us from Europe.” He pauses and slides the papers towards the US official. “We have written a treaty that we hope you will approve, so that we may turn our eyes upon more interesting ventures than squabbling with a nation we wish to have nothing to do with.”

 

The treaty goes as follows:

 

• The New Californian Republic and the Union States agree to not engage in hostile actions against each other.

• The New Californian Republic and the Union States agree to leave the other country as it is and not interfere in its business. This includes disturbing trade routes.

• The New Californian Republic agrees to aid the Union States should their survival be threatened.

• The Union States agree to aid the New Californian Republic should their survival be threatened.

• The Union States recognize the New Californian Republic as a sovreign nation in its own right.

• The New Californian Republic offers its condoleances to the families of those who died during the freeing of California.

 

“Apart from this, I hope that the Union States can agree to cease disturbing our actions and focus instead upon their own problems and concerns. For it would be most strange for them to insist upon us stopping our pressure on Mexico when they themselves muster near the Canadian border.” He nods and sits back, his fingers steepled.

 

Recruitment continues as the first waves of children indoctrinated through the Arnodlian Youth are recruited into the army for one mandatory year of service. Only 20% will remain in the army, while others will turn towards various other necessary jobs in the country.

 

The first shipments of goods arrive from Nigeria and are unloaded in San Diego. Most of the goods are rushed to the factory city of New Vegas. Food is no longer much of a problem as much of the New Californian land has been converted into farms. Or at least, the non-desert part.

 

Russia also sends oil and other basic materials over. A team of Navy SEAL’s depart for Russia on an normal flight through a Mexican airline.

 

A man in a suit manages to slip into the Union States and takes a plan to The United Kingdom. From there he makes his way down to Nigeria, where he transmits blueprints of the M5a2, the base gun used by NCR infantry. He does not transmit advanced guns used by Navy SEALs. The man promises more as long as Nigeria keeps supplying them and asks that the ressourced brought to the NCR be increased should they occupy more territory.

 

One submarine leaves San Diego filled with building materials. It’s destination is known only once is submerges and multiple Schwarz Polizei personnel accompany it, regularly screening the crew. They turn south and take every discretion necessary to avoid being seen. Only the Captain knows the true coordinates they are aiming for, and the Captain was specifically chosen for his fanatic loyalty to Arnold.

The Philippines had been ready to submit, fearing for their lives. The Indonesians, not so much. The Southernmost Philippine islands soon become almost swamped with rebels, and part of the Imperial army is sent in to clean up while the rest begins an invasion of Indonesia. The Japanese commanders knew a prolonged war was in their favor, Imperial bombers dropping large payloads on Indonesian ships and the Imperial navy itself engaging the Indonesians. The Memorial of the Lost is finished, 160,000 names and faces put down on the four sides of a slowly scrolling monolith in a beautiful park. They would, so long as the memorial stands and people remembered the toll of the war, be remembered by the people of Japan. The rebuilding and modernization of Tokyo, to be called New Tokyo, is half finished.

The Air force orders 40 of its sixth generation fighter - the Mitsubishi F-3 Sakura. This had been made possible by the advent of the 2018 ATD-X Shinshin, Japan's first domestically made stealth aircraft, and would make Japanese aeronautical military technology on par with American.

 

The NCR's trade agreement offer is put on hold until the USA accepts the NCR's treaty, so as not to accidentally anger the Americans.

 

The Commonwealth of Africa, The Islamic Caliphate and The Arab Confederation begin to see Japanese shops popping up in their large cities, selling games and other technology-based products. Protectionist policies will lower the amount of these found, but they still come up.

Nordic-Baltic Confederation

 

With Denmark and Iceland's acceptance of both terms, the NBC stations a military base in both countries, on the borders of their respective capitals of Copenhagen and Reykjavik. Each base has 3,000 troops and 50 MBTs stationed in them.

Progress on the well goes well, with it about halfway to completion. Recruitment begins in settlements within 20 miles of the wall for those who would man it as reservists.

 

Research begins into new AMAP-ADS armour, which is both 30% lighter and 70% harder than composite armour of modern tanks, as well as offering multi-hit capability, utilising things such as nano-ceramics. In addition to this, the armour system is equipped with a microsecond-reaction countermeasures, enabling ballistic threats to be eliminated far quicker and successfully than other APS systems. The NBC remains silent on the matter of NCR's call for an embargo and denouncement on the USA.

GREAT BRITAIN

Most Commonwealth members, notably Australia, South Africa, and New Zealand, ignore the British request for unity. They call out the British government on attempting to reclaim their colonial empire through means of economic influence, and instead further separate themselves from the Commonwealth.

The progress on the research program at Oxford goes as planned and on schedule. However, an oil replacement simply cannot be found. None of the testable compounds are efficient enough to replace gasoline on a large scale.

SLAVIC CONFEDERATION


Slovakia and Hungary will not join the Slavic Confederation and instead dare the Slavs to invade them, hoping that they can resist the Slavs long enough for foreign aid to come. They reach out to the Pax Europa alliance for help.

Germany

The Dutch hope to maintain their independence, and rather than crumble to German forces, they take up defensive lines in the lowlands to hopefully wait the out. A request is sent to the Pax Europa alliance for aid against the encroaching German Warmachine.

Denmark, feeling heavy pressure from Germany, strengthens its ties with the Nordic-Baltic Confederation in hopes of keeping them from invading.

Greece

The people of Montenegro wholeheartedly support joining the Hellenic Republic, and many in the government favor doing so as well. Knowing they are caught on either side between them, and that if they declined military action was likely, the nation of Montenegro joins the Hellenic Republic, uniting its borders.

Iberian Union

Body armor and weapons research in Bandajoz and Madrid goes well, nothing much to report. It will most likely take ((4 pages)) for deployment of this research on the battlefield

Ireland

Recruitment goes well in Ireland, and 35,000 men flock to join the Irish military. Mostly out of necessity and fear of British or other new imperialist powers, the Irish hope to be prepared for a conflict.


Saudi Arabia

The Arabian’s plan to destroy the oil fields succeeds, and causes massive casualties on a scale unseen before. Their bombings of Mecca and Riyadh devastate the initial invading forces, but ultimately the cities fall with zero resistance. The arming mechanism in the nuclear devices fail, and do not go off ((no nukes)).

French Situation

The Nantes-Lyon line begins to crack against the constant pressure of Anglo-Iberian armored assaults combined with attrition and the lack of will to continue. In Normandy, the GiGN and other militaries fight brutally against the British to stall them in their tracks, allowing the vast majority of the fighting to continue on the Nantes-Lyon line.

Many predict that one, all out offensive on the Nantes-Lyon Line could break it once and for all, and the French would be left exposed right up to Paris.

Israel and Iran

In Israel, most hope is lost. As the armies swing back around to defend themselves, they are cut off by Caliphate and Federation troops and crushed, their armies decimated. The state of Israel surrenders.

The troops in Aleppo are lost, unsure of what to do. 60,000 men sat in enemy territory, deep in enemy territory, with nowhere to go. They know their nation has surrendered, but they want to keep fighting. The army spreads out in Northern Syria, becoming an insurgency there. They attack farms, oil fields, and whatever else they can find. These rouge raiders would have to be dealt with.

The Iranian army presses hard on Baghdad while the armies south of Baghdad, numbering loosely 130,000 swing down to meet the Caliphate forces coming out of Saudi Arabia. While Baghdad is pressured, the remaining 100,000 defend staunchly against the Turkish push. Personnel still stationed in Iran, an additional 200,000 troops, is deployed to invade across the Turkish borders to force them to divert a large portion of their army away to defend their own borders.

Brazil takes action immediately following the CSA's actions, pulling away forces from Venezuela, allowing them to invade the country. Brazil accepts the proposed trade agreement. Brazil then sends diplomats to the CSA requesting to re-establish the defensive alliance, and an offer of assistance in invading Venezuela, in exchange for the permission to uninhibitedly invade and annex all other South American countries that refuse diplomatic, peaceful annexation. Research with German assistance continues, and Brazil continues pressuring the South American countries that were influenced to join the Brazilian state.

The Nordic-Baltic Confederation

 

With the NBC appearing rather inactive in regards to the Russian annexation of Estonia, the government felt it was time to take action. There were some 40,000 ethnic Estonians and Estonian nationals within NBC lands. All of them are moved into Latvia, where they undergo training in guerilla warfare, resistance organisation, leadership, and logistics techniques by Finnish commandos, the historic defiers of Russian invasion, all while being taught about the injustices and oppressions that the Russians were placing upon their people. They are armed with relatively cheap Russian-pattern weapons such as old AK47s and Makarov Pistols, and then sneaked across the border into Estonia, where they will fight against Russian control over there. Meanwhile further diplomatic pressure is placed on Denmark to enter into the Confederation. They are pointed to the new prosperity and strength that other member states have found themselves in, as well as safety from the various states of Europe, and the fate of France is indicated. [MOD PLZ]

All through out the Chinese Empire, propaganda is blared throughout the T.V stations as the country rejoices. Victory is surely within grasp of the Chinese nation. THE UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN

"CHAAAAAARGE!" The Anglo-Iberian army officers screamed, rushing forwards from their defensive positions, accompanied by their respective armies.

Artillery, air strikes, and surface-to-surface missiles were hurled towards the French lines for a few moments, ceasing as the Anglo-Iberian infantrymen, APTs, SPGs, and tanks reached the French lines.

General Sir Nick Parker lowered his field glasses, grinning. There was no way in Heaven or on Earth that the French could stand up to a frontal assault of such magnitude.

Yet he frowned, knowing that a lot of good Frenchmen, Englishmen, and Spaniards/Portuguese were going to die today. But their side fought for a good cause: for democracy. For their countries. For a brighter future for the French people.

Indeed, serious damage had been inflicted upon the French line during what was now known as the Nantes-Lyon Charge, many more Frenchmen dying than Anglo-Iberians. It was all but certain now that the southern French lines would soon collapse.

The United States President and the Prime Minister of Canada (Mod Please) are, again, requested to meet with the King of Great Britain to sort out the obvious mobilization situation on their borders before it breaks out into unnecessary bloodshed.

Whether they accept the request or not, the British King-Prime Minister still wishes to meet with the American President to discuss the current situations in Europe. ((PMs please for both; mod requested to play Canada during the former's session))

Britain, not trading with the California Republic, has no qualms nor concerns about the situation on the American Western Coast.

However, at long last, a trading pact is offered to the CSA, the British Government deeming that they get along fairly well with the Americans, and therefore they can risk trading with the new southern nation.

The King is very unhappy with the results of the latest session of the British Commonwealth. He tells the nations that dissented against the United Kingdom that if they do not work together, they will slowly be picked off one by one by other aggressors.

However, he doesn't expect for his continued pleas to have much effect on the dissenting English nations...

The Commonwealth of Afrika

 

 

 Across the nations of Benin, Cameroon, Niger and Nigeria the flags of previous allegiances are lowered and the the new flag of the Afrikan Commonwealth is risen. At the same time Ukuwu T’Challa looks over the capital city of Lagos as senators from the new States of the Commonwealth arrive.

 Ukuwu T’Challa stands on the balcony of his palace and addresses his people, many new cultures and tribes are now present, a sign of the changes coming through his nation. The people cheer his name as they see him.  He gestures for silence. “ My people, the happiness that fills my heart cannot be measured, we have peacefully united a region that 30 years ago was plagued with strife and poverty. And now not a single drop of blood has been spilt and we stand as ONE!” the people cheer in many different languages and dialects.” And we shall not stop! There shall be peace and prosperity across all of Africa! For all our people!” T’Challa raises his arms as the new flag of the Commonwealth extends across the palace.

• National Academy of the Commonwealth

 

 

• The Academy anounces its new project:

Heavy Armor: Terrain Exchangable, HATE armor is a top-secret project researched by a joint force of Nigerian and NCR top-line scientists working off the basis of old US battlearmor prototypes and plans.

The armor is expected to have heavier armor, capable of protecting the wearer for a longer time than outdated armor. It will be supported by physical-strenght enhancing components that will alow soldiers, depending on their skills and equipment to keep more ammo, more armor or carry and wield heavier weapons. The armor will also give slight increases to endurance.

Along with this, it is planned to have an integrated HUD for better battlefield coherence and an IFF to avoid friendly-fire. Along with this, the HATE armor is expected to give the wearer a fully sealed environment that can be adapted to various climates, ranging from deserts to swamps. In deserts, it should give the wearer fresher air and cool him down partially to decrease discomfort and increase combat efficienty. While in swamps or other humid areas it will negate much of the humidity through filters.

All in all, it is meant to physically enhance the soldiers as well as increase combat awareness and effectivness in harsh terrain.

Had they been researching alone, it is expected that it would have taken them more than a decade to complete a functional prototype. Now that they are operating together with mixed ressources, they should be able to produce their first models in ((10 pages)). (pok approved)
