France
The Nantes-Lyon line finally breaks after nearly a year of constant shelling and offensives, counter offensives, and stalemates. With the fall of Nantes and then Tours, Poitiers, and Bourges, the French line has collapsed. As troops closer to the Lyon end of the line try to swing Northeast to meet the advancing Anglo-Iberian line, they are shattered.

The Anglo-Iberians now seem poised to take the city of Paris, as the army staunchly defending Normandy begins to break as morale drops horribly. Many Frenchmen lay down their arms, incapable of fighting anymore and distraught in the knowledge that their homeland has been lost.

The casualties of the war were incredibly high on the French side.

The nations of Chad, Togo, and the Central African Republic all flock to the Commonwealth, seeing it as a symbol of strength and stability in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Nordic-Baltic Confederation
The Estonian patriots enter Russian Estonian and integrate into their communities and lay dormant for some time. Once the Estonians are well established, they begin to launch an insurgency against the Russians, attacking critical supply convoys and armories. Patrols are targeted as well.

Denmark finally cracks under the pressure on both sides, and succumbs to the Confederation, joining as a member state.

The Anglo-Iberian troops cheered in glee at their victory.

 

The French Army had been all but defeated, and they knew it.

 

They stormed across the French countryside, offering aid to civilians as they passed through. The Northern British Expeditionary Force attempts to finish off the defending northern "army", and hold the beachhead so that supplies could soon be shipped from the United Kingdom to France to rebuild the Pax Europan occupied territories.

 

Pax Europa has a plan to divine France amongst itself into zones of properly organized, democratic territories under the control of the victorious governments that will be implemented as soon as the French government concedes to their terms of unconditional surrender.

 

The majority of the southern Anglo-Iberian army moves to secure the border between German France and the rest of France, in case the German army decides to make a move, whilst another army splits off from the main force and moves to capture Paris.

 

The British and Iberian troops would march through the Arc dé Triumphe, playing military music in a grand parade as they march through the newly conquered capital. That is, if they succeed in capturing the city.

 

 

Also, if successful in capturing Paris, The Union Jack and the Iberian Flag, as well as the Irish and Russian flags, would be raised above the Eiffel Tower, and the French Tricolor would immediately be (respectfully) folded up and removed.

 

Also, if they were successful in capturing Paris, the French Government would be demanded to surrender unconditionally to the Pax Europa Alliance.

The Mexican War

 

 

After a long time spent in a standoff, the Mexicans refuse to submit to NCR rule. In accordance to their threats, the offensive against Mexican lines begins. Months spent under the weight of NCR propaganda as well as the assassinations of many key commanders have left the mexican lines weakened and in one brutal push the NCR forces sweep aside the first line of defence, sending the enemy army scurrying farther into its lands.

 

Without any armor the NCR tanks crush enemy opposition on the field, while highly trained and fanatic soldiers weep through cities with brutal efficiency, killing any soldiers they see. Those who try to use tactics such as hiding behind women and children are mowed down along with their human shields. The main push is supported by the San Diego railgun that pounds enemy bunkers and bases to dust long before NCR forces even arrive in the area. Along with this comes air-support in the form of new F-22X’s, the latest update to the F-22. They wipe out low-tier mexican planes with negligible losses and proceed to pound ground installations using their advanced cloaking to avoid radar detection.

 

 

 

Meanwhile, defenses on the peninsula are crushed by the combined might of the carrier group support and Navy SEAL raids from submarines along with a contingent of 50.000 men. The peninsula falls very quickly.

 

A high ranked Mexican general organizes a second line of defense further inland where he regroups every fighting man possible. Mexican special police and special forces are sent to slow the advance through the hilly terrain of mid-Mexico. Their tactics are quite effective and inflict losses upon enemy forces up until the point Navy SEAL’s focus their attention on crushing these groups. With superior training and weaponry they make quick work of them and allow the slightly diminished forces of the NCR to push forward with few inconveniences.

 

When they arrive at the second line of defense they discover a strongly fortified position, and the first assaults are rebuffed, despite tank support. Air raids are orders on strategic points throughout the line, targeting mostly comms and munition depots. While the railgun was successful in the first parts of the invasion it is now out of range. The carrier fleet moves in near the Mexican coast and aids in carrying most of the NCR troops from the peninsula onto the mainland. Behind enemy lines.

With a coordinated push from the main army the flanking maneuver pays off and eradicates the second defensive line. CSA artillery support keeps the Mexican forces from holding onto their lands against the CSA border for fear of being flanked. They are forced to relinquish them to advancing NCR armies.

 

Once again the NCR moves forward. Specialized clean-up units stay behind to ensure order while the Schwarz Polizei moves in to wipe out dissident groups. Their interrogation methods are brutal and they pay off, many rebel clusters are wiped out. While some remain, it is not expected for them to pose a serious threat to NCR dominion.

 

Clean-up groups begin to repair destroyed train lines by pressing mexican civilians and captured soldiers into repairing them at breakneck speed with very little rationing. Once a line is repaired, more resources are shipped towards the front lines, while swathes of the mexican population are shiped to Ciudad de Juarez, New Vegas and the internment camps near Washington.

 

100.000 mexican soldiers are captured or killed in the first months of the campaign. Out of the 300.000 NCR soldiers sent in to fight, only 30.000 have met an untimely demise at the hands of the enemy thanks to armored support, air-supremacy and the general lack of moral and coordination in Mexican units thanks to SEAL ops.

 

The NCR stops at the third line of defense and broadcasts videos to the mexican soldiers who are now stuck in Cartel territory, in which a vicious battle between the MS-13 and mexican cartels still rages. The videos show the 55.000 captured mexican soldiers, then the videos change to a smaller group, 1000 men and women that participated in mexico’s fight for freedom. They are in a desert, facing a unit of NCR clean-up soldiers armed with stationary LMG’s. Fears are confirmed when the NCR clean-up crews mow down the 1000 and leave them in the desert, to be picked on by the vultures and ground down by howling winds until there is nothing left but bleached bones.

 

 

The remaining mexican forces are given a choice. Either they surrender and give up their government or they will suffer a similar fate, along with half the current military prisoners.

The Storming of Hungary

Learning from his mistakes the president of Italy did not give any warning to this annexation. The lightly guarded Hungarian borders were trampled by the three invasions forces originally meant for Bosnia and Croatia. As outer resistance is put down the larger force marches in to secure the country.

The French surrender unconditionally to the Pax Europa Alliance as the Anglo-Iberians march toward the French capital of Paris. They take the city uncontested.

NCR

NCR forces march through Mexico with calculated efficiency and speed. The government is quickly toppled, and the preplaced agents by the NCR helps the offensive run rather smoothly. With the cartels largely knocked out by NCR agents and paid forces, the NCR can march through most of the lands they take with very few insurgents. Some Mexicans in the North along the border hail the NCR's invasion, hoping for more economic prosperity.

However, as one marches south the people of Mexico become less receptive to the invading military. They would begin a small insurgency against the invaders.

People's Republic of China
 

In the remnant of the Vietnamese Viet Cong forces that fought to defend Hanoi, rises one man. He is a charasmatic leader, and calls for the immedieate of all Chinese forces from the capital city of Hanoi, and the Indochinese Union. Cyber attacks are launched on Chinese owned broadcast stations, and propaganda is spewed all through out the air waves. Inspired Vietnamese and Cambodian/Laos citizens alike flock to this one mans cause.

 

Hit and run attacks increase in duranation and frequency. The Viet Cong have grown bolder due to the actions of the self proclaimed rebel leader. He has stated that they shall fight to the very last men until the Chinese scum are purged from the god liven land that is held by the Indochinese Union.

Confederate States of America

 

CPNA marines had advanced far into Venezuela, paving the route for the main advance. Troops mustering and supplying on the beach head out, tanks and apcs leading the way on main roads. Panamanian and Costa Rican state militia proficient in the arts of jungle warfare root out Venezuelan's lying low in the jungle. The Venezuelan's were not without teeth, and advanced on advancing CPNA with a slow reaction time. Meeting them head on, the fighting grew unpredictable and deadly. CPNA artillery shelled the advancing columns, destroying the road and halting armored advances. On the other hand CPNA tanks lay low in the rear, offering infantry support. Planed heading from carriers near the beach provide tactical air strike support. Slowly yet surely the Venezuelans were pushed back, and taking losses. CPNA troops also took casualties, particularly ones not ready for jungle fighting. Fighting purposely spills into the border of Columbia, CPNA forces deliberately capturing villages. Naturally the Columbians responded, and quickly defeated the inexperienced troops that were sent to do the job. A deliberate slaughter of their own troops led to a political advantage. Confederate propaganda roared of the Columbian's slaughter of an entire Confederate Company. They claimed the Columbian's attacked first, and it meant war. CSA navy already by Venezuela move in to subdue the coast, as troops long ago mustered in New Mexico and Texas are picked up for the task ahead.

 

At last the Venezuelan government relented, and surrender. On the terms that they would keep their positions, running the new CSA territory. Brazil is informed help will not be needed, and a defensive alliance and other terms are agreed upon. The national confederate government refused Venezuela's entry as a state, keeping them a territory for now. This would give them more leverage, and strip the rights other states had. Confederate oil companies move into stabilized regions, harvesting the rich supply of natural gas. The rainforest is nationalized and protected from logging companies. They begin to regrow it, offering farmers land elsewhere if they moved. Soldiers would patrol the surrounding location, ordered strictly to keep CSA investments safe. With a surplus of oil streaming in from Venezuela and Texas, exclusive oil deals are offered to Japan, India, the U.S, NCR, and the Baltic Sea Confederation. 

 

The land given to the CSA in Mexico from the NCR is quickly filled with troops. The people were defeated, and some welcomed the Confederate's now protecting them from the NCR troops. The land was proclaimed a territory, and the people calmed. Remembering the NCR's other term, CSA politicians tensed. These people were now in theory Confederate citizens, and they did not want to hand half of them off casually. They asked what would become of the citizens, reluctant to see them taken advantage of. The Railgun is planned to be moved to Florida, once the proper defense are made. On a high mountain, a large bunker would be made inside the mountain. With various armored shutters on different heights and positions, tracks ran. Hitched onto a wheel-cart, the railgun could be moved to the different positions and cover the surrounding sea. Solutions to provide energy were argued over, the price would be high and the state of Florida did not want to pay for it.

 

The war was almost done in Nicaragua, the government having surrendered to the Confederate's. Cartels plagued the areas however, holding the country side. Pulling troops from the Venezuelan offensive as it calmed down, the CSA advances with greater numbers. Pacifying the land, they continue to march north. They were chasing fleeing cartel members into Honduras. But after they eliminated the fleeing enemy, the troops stayed. A blatant threat to the Honduras government, CPNA troops began to build up in the occupied land. The British trade agreement is accepted with reluctance, but the king finds the Firebrands have melted away from their meddling. Nigeria's offer is also met, the CSA offering primarily it's agricultural reserves in return for oil and ore.

-When India's ships reach the Saudi ships, they will move around the ships in a protective formation, with fighters from the carrier being launched and ready to intercept any and all jets/bombers. Even though not all the oil can be saved from any attack a large part of it will be. This will be the first time anyone has seen the new anti-aircraft weaponry that India has produced.

The Japanese Empire

 

 

175,000 good Japanese soldiers and sailors were lost in the offensive in Indonesia. The Japanese use of its naval and aerial supremacy had allowed it to isolate the outer rings of the Indonesian defensive areas, but heavy casualties were still sustained. These losses meant that 325,000 Japanese had been lost over the course of the past two years - a calculated risk in heavy expansion, but a necessary one. While 300,000 more had been fielded over time, the recruits were still in training and couldn't be risked in the field, meaning that only half of the usual Imperial army was still up to scratch. It also meant that Japan wouldn't be attacking any of the other Southeast Asian countries for a while, at least by itself.

 

So for a long while, Japan would spend its time consolidating its land. The army is garrisoned within newly acquired territory to put down rebellions across the various islands, and the rebels in the Philippines and Indonesia are blocked into the islands they inhabit. The two new territories are given their old governments back which are installed as "Protector-Governors", subservient to the Japanese government, which hopes that with little Japanese meddling the newly conquered people would be less inclined to fight.

 

On the Japanese main islands, though, the country flourishes. New Tokyo had been finished and people moved back in, and the trade with its previously hostile neighbors gave the country a much-needed break from economic troubles. The CSA's oil deal is accepted, large amounts of oil beginning to be purchased. At the same time, Japan begins to put pressure onto Madagascar to join it, sending a formal threat. ((Mod))

 

The Logistics-Armor Suit, LAS, is finished and implemented on Japanese soldiers and police. While only using light plating that couldn't catch quite as many bullets as its competitors', it had assisted movement and a next-generation holographic HUD that allowed for communication with command in an instant and various indicators of damage, ammo, and a satellite-boosted image of the current area. The suits also come with a coolant and heating system and state of the art battery cells, and transport vehicles are now equipped with compatible charging stations and small generators. Production is instantly put on high for this as blueprints for the suit and weapon connection are sent to India and the CSA.

A speech from Slavic Confederation broadcasted through the radio and tv in Slovakia, captured by the Speical forces of Poland temporary.

"People of Slovakia. Your government has betrayed you. They refused an offer that will lead to your demise, all nations are claiming lands for their selfish greed and power, imperialism is all they know. Russia wished for all Slavic nations to be one so that we may work together in these troubled times, and we wish to do the same. We do not wish to hurt your women and children, so I ask for you to stay indoors until your government sees the light. Slovakia must join Slavic Confederation so we can support each other and not be targetted by the greeds of me. The invasion may seem bad but we have no choice, we had to take action or another nation would. I'm President Tyminski, leader of Poland. I beg for you Slovakia Government change your mind or risk the consquence of your corrupted actions."

 

To Italy, the Slavic Confederation wished to know why you are invading Hungary for as Hungary did nothing to Italy, and asked to lower the airstrikes as they are killing innocents in their invasion.

The Arab Federation

 

Soldiers stood about, looking upon the dead and dying Saudi soldiers. They had for some ungodly reason decided to charge head on into a force not only superior in numbers, but also in supplies and weaponry. Further more, upon inspection, the Kaaba was in ruins. The shocking explosions that had decimated an Egyptian column when first entering Mecca came to mind. The soldiers chalk it up as damage from the rigged explosion within the city and several others. Word that Arabian forces had destroyed Islam's most holiest of icons soon spreads. No words could properly describe the rage felt in every Muslim as this news reached them. Soon enough, Arabian POWs were rounded up and slaughtered for the disgrace they had caused upon the land. Not a single one would make it, and the stench of rotting corpses soon filled pits dug by those who lay in them.

 

Mean while on the coast, hundreds of thousands of civilians boarded ships and embarked, heading for distant lands. With them, were oil laden cargo ships filled to the brim with as much as they could carry. The Saudis perhaps thinking they could escape without notice, soon found that modern technology would be their undoing.  Cargo ships and the Arabian fleet are targeted by bombers, while the Federation navy mopping up the rest. About a quarter of the oil carrying cargo ships make it their destination while the rest either sink or are captured by Federation forces. The Federation fleet returns with the heavy liquid cargo, bombers harassing the Iranian navy that arrives shortly after. A majority of the refugee ships arrive in India, having not been targeted due to being marked as simply a drain to resources. India now carried the responsibility of feeding and housing hundreds of thousands of mouths in an already over population nation.

 

Drones and submersibles are quickly dealt with, the old diesel subs however are able to sink several coastal craft before themselves being sunk. Anti air turrets, in combination with Egyptian and German air units, make quick work of the battered Saudi planes.

The southern expeditionary force are deemed fit to be permanently be stationed in the Hejaz region. Consolidation of power in the area begins. Workers arrive en mass to begin reconstruction of bombed out areas.

The Israelis had fought a brave war, but had ultimately lost in the face of Islamic superiority. However, this bravery did merit a great deal of respect, respect that Egypt had already harbored for the small yet powerful nation. Israel had simply been caught up in a conflict which ultimately led to their unwanted war with Egypt. As such, all Israeli citizens are declared rightful citizens of the Federation. upon entering the city of Jerusalem, a missive arrives to the head of command, from the Caliph himself.

 

"As reward for their instrumental work in defeating the Jewish state which had unrightfully plagued our lands for many years, I place all territory south and west of the West Bank up to and including Tel Aviv, with the exception of the holy city of Jerusalem, under the administrative hands of the Caliphate's loyal servants, the Arab Federation. And as an act of mercy upon the infidels, I shall grant them one week of safe passage in which to move their belongings and homes to the aforementioned area, where I swear upon my father and his father, they shall not be harmed. So let it be done, and may all who defy the Caliphate tremble at our footsteps! Allahu Akbar!"

Papers and criers soon scatter throughout throughout what was to become caliphate controlled territory, spreading the word that all Jewish and other minorities likely to be persecuted are welcome to Federation controlled territory. Seeing the Federation as a beacon of moderate Islam, and hoping to escape tyranny, thousands flock to lower Israel, Egypt, and other regions. Research terms guarded by armed tactical troops make their way through the various military and engineer wings of Israeli government buildings, winding and weaving through their assortment of bureaucratic information. The rather sudden unification of central Africa's states had bugged General Enan, so much so that a force of 450,000 soldiers, 2,000 tanks, 3,500 AFVs, artillery pieces, and rocket systems are positioned at the border. Their expansion into the Federations perceived sphere of influence would not be tolerated. to prevent mobilization by the commonwealth to counter this army, the army is marched in haste into Chad and Niger in a pronged attack, occupying the region. Border forces are quickly overwhelmed as the army marches south. As they continue, a diplomatic envoy is sent to the commonwealth.

"The Arab Federation, in an effort to minimize casualties on both sides, duely seeks peace for the good of your people. However, incursions into nations which within our sphere of influence will not be tolerated. There for, the Arab Federation offers these terms: Pull out form the nations of Niger and Chad, releasing them as sovereign nations. Failure to do so will result in an immediate declaration of total war. -Sedki Enan"

 

As the army moves further south, elements of the newly formed Commonwealth's army are seen. Soon, Arab Federation bombers fill the sky along side fighters, raining down explosives. Mobile rocket systems unleash further destruction. The two pronged attack would slam against the encroaching African army with tanks and AFV's leading the spearhead. Both outnumbering and outgunning the opposition would likely prove to bring favorable odds.

The newly finished  anti-air gun, dubbed the Hadaar Feuer or HFAA, adds to the ever growing production line. Newly acquired Iron Dome blueprints also begin production along side laser variants.

The Russian Federation had witnessed the increase of Italian offensives. After the capitulation of France, a delegation is send to ensure a zone is established for a Russo-French republic to be made. But now that France is settled, Hungary is now a threat as well.

 

 

Hungary's call to Russia was not ignored, the Italian invasion caused Hungary to merge itself under the Russian federation temporarily. This was merely to make the Italians be the aggressor against the Russian Federation. Italy was demanded to retreat or either face the full power of the IMU coalition. Agression on 'Russian' territories is outrageous!

 

 

Hungarian Citizens are armed with air supplies from Russia, filled with weaponry and ammunition. 1/3 of the Hungarian population can use a weapon, which should be enough for heavier ressistance. Hungary will NOT fall to the Italians. 500,000 troops are readied to be deployed.

 

 

The Czech Republic does the same, but has a different proposal in mind. Before calling in the Russians though, they propose a peace deal to the Confederation

 

"Our nation shall be split and controlled by the warring governments each. This federation will be overseen by the Czech government, which shall be declared neutral and act as a bridge between our Russian partners and hopefully our Slavic brothers."

 

 

Excessive State Propaganda and Militarism caused for Estonia and the people to be proud of their Russian stance. The military became bigger. Considering how other nations are in constant war and conflict, the stable Russian market started to grow more and more dominant.  Although Estonia was pretty much silent, the FSB secured itself by phone-tapping and infiltrating criminal circles.

 

The Russo-Iberian zone was, with the aid of the Russian Federation, set up as a vassalized Republic. A committee of Iberian and Russian delegates would form the parlaiment of the "FDR" , French Democratic Republic.

 

 

The FDR had a socialist government, that was put under the Russian 'Diktat' to levy a standing army. Funds and weaponry are send to the FDR to secure the border with Germany. The leader of the FDR is Jean-Luc mechelon, who was put in charge by the socialist protestors in the region.

The reports received by the Egypt's government proved to be invalid. The soldiers marching to the African Commonwealth experienced sincere issues with their mobilization. To begin with, the lack of infrastructure made the tacticians unable to predict and plan out a proper defensive line. Many troops would get lost in the desert, some returning home as the sandstorms interrupt communications. The Sahara pretty much dried the offensive out, perhaps the military command should consider that supply lines is a thing.

 

 

The European continent in its entirety are brought into a time of despair as people march on the streets , demanding change! Various significant movements would violently protest and occupy government buildings throughout Europe:

 

- The Dutch Nationalist movement would block highways and sink their navy in protest against the German annexation, demanding for Holland to be alone.

 

- The French-German Socialist movement demands the re-unification of France as a sovereign republic, not as a Russian puppet state or basically Germany. In Germany, a migration towards the FDR begins. However, the FDR fails to control the protestors outside due to the lack of a structured police.

 

- British Socialist Movements demand less corruption and crown authority, a car bomb going off in central London

 

- Italian pacifists occupy the streets of Rome and Milan as they demand their government to cease the imperialism, demanding democracy. In some villages, arms are taken.

 

- The Slavic Confederation experiences sincere nationalism in their republics, demanding a sovereign republic for each confederated state.

 

- Spanish nationalists march to Lisbon in demand for a sovereign Spain, using car-bomb tactics in the Basque and Catalan region.

The Commonwealth of Australia, the former penal Colony of the former British Colonial Empire transformed from a frontier territory almost determined to resist any forms of settlement with its harsh conditions transformed itself into a bustling first world economy, much of the Country was unpopulated for the 20th Century and still today holds a population of no more than 45 million across the large continent sized island. Earning its economy from Agriculture and the mining industry having ores such as coal and the second largest diamond mine in the world. Then there is manufacturing, with skilled workers both at home and gained through controlled immigration many companies enjoy setting up factories in Australia and are encouraged to do so. Not to mention tourism being in large parts responsible for the stable economy that is only growing stronger.

 

However despite all this there are still problems with this modern nation, the Aboriginals have lost any rights they once gained in the latter half of the 20th Century due to increased tensions rising and conservative politicians finding easy routes to save money, Australia is also one of the worst environmental offenders however in recent times have taken steps to reduce its carbon footprint on the world. Right now the nation is lead in the Capital State in the City of Canberra by Prime Minister John Dorahy with the Conservative Party formerly named Liberal Party dominating both the upper and lower houses. The Government endorses the mining industry and is allowing many of the vast open land in Australia to be bought out by Private Military Contractors (Secretly State Owned) to begin developing new projects for the nations defense in the world of growing tensions between nations.

 

Sports teams of Australia prepare for the upcoming international sporting events, the Australian Cricket team is eager to win back the Ashes (Or keep depending on what the UK wants), to win the Rugby World Cup and finally secure more wins than its biggest rival New Zealand and also score a victory in the Quad Nations Cup of Rugby between Australia, New Zealand, Argentina and South Africa.

 

Economic Actions: The Commonwealth of Australia continues to keep its membership in the British Commonwealth of Nations without surrendering its autonomy as it has done so for the past century, this is to keep strong trade ties with all members of the Commonwealth. It also seeks closer economic ties with the Commonwealth of New Zealand as the Countries share a friendly relationship in diplomacy and rivalry in sports. With its Sports relationships around the world it also seeks closer ties to Argentina and South Africa. It also looks to Asia seeing the bustling economies there as perfect for trading due to the short distance and Australia having much untouched resources due to the vast size of the Island Nation sending diplomatic missives to China, Japan and South Korea.

 

Militaristic Actions: The Government of Australia having its own standing army also secretly over the past few decades have set up Proxy PMC's (Private Military Companys/Contractors) for research and development in weapons technology and also private security in order to use these assets with deniability the PMC's in Australia include Raven Corp, The Emu Company and The Crocodile Group. All based in Australia and controlled by the Government. The R&D Departments of each Company are tasked with the start of the development of new weapons technology including research into advanced V.I (Virtual Intelligence) [Mod Approved complete in 10 pages)
