Meanwhile two offensive armies, reinforced from a second army, march eastward. Northern Offensive Army: -300,000 Soldiers -200 Tanks -Setting up two AA bases Southern Offensive Army -100,000 Soldiers -500 Tanks -Setting up Two AA bases The Anti-Air bases set up, based in airports and airfields, will be used to launch new and improved drones as well as scrambling an air-force to take control of the skies. The AA guns in the camps will be used to block any Russian invasion from the sky, forcing infantry from the Russians to move through a country not their own. Air-Fleet: -50 Interceptors -100 Attack Aircraft -100 Gunship Helicopters -50 Attack Helicopters Many of the Russian supply ships are shot down and their caches of weapons delivered to the Italians, however some reach the Hungarians and little spurts of resistance inside Italian-Occupied land occur. The remaining army puts down the resistance with ease. All UEDI Members are called upon to send troops and aircraft in case of a Russian intervention. Resources that were formerly moved slowly via ships and sea to the separate parts of the nation are now transported by the roads across, vastly increasing the mobility of all elements of the nation, military and industrial capacity. Military operations are added to recruit more men, the numbers of the combined armies now close to three times what the Hellenic peoples fielded at the beginning of their campaign into Macedonia. Hundreds begin to roll of the production line in Achaea as they are moved to the borders with nations such as Bulgaria and Serbia, test runs being undertaken in Grecian military bases. While these new weapons are being deployed mechanised regiments move to Kriva Palanka within the Macedonian territory with a drone compliment, the new tank designs recently innovated being put to use and tests carried out on their mobility to see if they stand up to the purpose of the new designs. Macedonian troop divisions begin to be mixed up more and integrated with larger sources of Hellenic troops, beginning to blend with the average Grecian division and army. So had the socialist outcry. The King called an emergency session of Parliament into order to discuss what to do about the growing movement. But the Traditionalist Conservative Party was still very strong, and had gained even more support from the recent victories in France and the addition of new Normandy territory into the United Kingdom. Corruption starts to be sought after by MI6, on both sides of the political spectrum, and corrupt politicians would be brought in for trial in a British court. The King of Great Britain also agnoledges that he posses too much power, and vows to not accept another term as the Prime Minister of Great Britain, though he will continue to act as the United Kingdom's King and Head of State; a new Prime Minister would be elected and appointed at the end of his term from the majority government, which was still soundly and fervently Traditionalist Conservative. Other than this, however, King William notes to the media that he has not exceeded the power granted to him in the British constitution; rather, he has been exercising the same amount of power that his father, King Charles, had used during his reign. However, he will relinquish the office of Prime Minister in the next elections. He also demands that the Socialist Movement cease their bombings, or they will be classified as terrorists and be treated as such by the United Kingdom's Anti-Terrorism Police. ------------ The United Kingdom looks forwards to participating in this year's Ashes with Australia, and wishes them good luck. Secretly, the King hopes that these annual rugby matches across the former British Empirewill help to pull the Commonwealth together, and help convince their peoples to stand together as English speaking nations... Australia is offered a military alliance and a trading pact, and a meeting is requested of Prime Minister John Dohray by King-Prime Minister William Windsor as soon as possible. British troops would also seize several French nuclear weapons and copies of their designs for transport back to the United Kingdom to be studied. Farms would also begin to be planted across the fertile fields of Normandy, to help bolster the United Kingdom's food supplies. ------------ The United Kingdom offers to buy the French city of Calais and it's respective province from Germany, to be merged into the Territorial Republic of Normandy, for a negotiable price. They also offer to negotiate a price for French Polynesia. ------------ The government now turns to domestic issues across the United Kingdom. Due to the fall of Saudi Arabia, the UK is being granted rations of oil from the Russian Federation. However, it isn't enough. The UK requests that Commonwealth of Afrika sell oil to them, as well as the United States and the CSA. The UK government gives permission for mines to be established in Scotland and Wales, hoping to exploit the coal-rich areas to help bolster the UK's energy supplies. A program is also started to utilize more wind and hydro-electric power. ((??? The National Labour Service in the Baltics go to work on bolstering the agricultural industry there. With Denmark's finally accepting the invitation to the NBC, a feeling of greatness begins to build up within the Confederation. The Nordic and Baltic peoples were almost completely united, with only Estonia and Iceland remaining. What was important however, was that all the major nations that were perceived to belong within the NBC were united. National Socialism is implemented in Denmark, a process which the NBC officials had become quite used to by now. As before, Muslims, Africans, and Middle Easterners are deported. Additionally, any ethnic Russians, Belarusians and Eastern Ukrainians are deported, but not before they are instilled with revolutionist / rebellious beliefs and ideologies. [MOD PLZ] A Danish National Labour Force is formed and begin the process of retrofitting the Danish energy situation to use things such as tidal and hydroelectric power. Additionally, the construction of a bridge begins between Zealand and Skane. The current bridges between Zealand-Funen and Funen-Jutland have work done to make them more secure, and able to be better blockaded by a Nordic-Batlic force. In Greenland, prospecting begins for oil deposits / fields. They now create a globe-spanning alliance that incorporates a defense pact, shared technology and shared resources. Oil and other brute materials keep flowing into the NCR from Nigeria, as well as Australia. Their combined forces total over a million soldiers. The New Californian Republic, along with the CSA achieve the technological feat of adapting railguns for ship-based weapons. While the cost is high, the T.R.A.C allows them to produce a higher number than previous anticipated and many ships are retrofitted. Blueprints for these weapons are sent to Australia and Nigeria, alonge with blueprints for the Type 1 Static defense cannons. Along with these, the NCR sends a few models, as well as blueprints to The Commonwealth for F-22x fighters, their current jet. But it does not stop there, in face of the recent failed offensive by Egypt into Commonwealth territory, it also ships over teams of Navy SEAL’s to boost Commonwealth special forces training with their own experience. Once the Commonwealth has learned enough, they pull out and let them proceed on their own. The Transcontinental Accord in its entirety denounces Egypt and warns it that should it try to attack the Commonwealth once more, it shall face severe consequences. Australia agrees to produce ships for the NCR in their vast lands. After nearly a decade in obscurity, project Terminator is finally revealed. Over the years, it evolved from simple augmentations to actual cybernetic implants. These implants are aimed at three things. They increase speed, strength and eyesight by a certain amount. While it is still to soon to give the NCR a crushing advantage on the field, they will certainly boost their soldiers in their combat efficiency. However, this technology is sent to the CSA, the Australians and the Commonwealth. All of the T.R.A.C will profit from the developments achieved by the NCR’s scientists. While the production is still costly, it is expected to diminish with time. Production and implementation of these cybernetics begin at a small scale on some of the more recognized NCR battalions, as well as special forces. Some of these units try out their augments in insurgent territory in southern mexico with great success. The Submarine sent off secretly a year ago reaches its destination on the coasts of antarctica, where it unloads its contingent of scientists and building materials to create a laboratory. Most NCR troops pull out of Mexico, leaving garrisons in major cities. Down south, where insurgents still crawl through the hills, the MS-13 is given permission to continue their illegal activities under the less prying eye of the NCR government. However, they are told to clear out of San Diego. Most comply but a few cores remain in their home turf. The mexican army is given a choice. Either they join the NCR forces, submit to indoctrination and abandon their previous country or they are executed. While a few foolhardy patriots stand against the NCR, they are instantly executed and most other soldiers submit to the rule, giving the NCR an additional 150.000 men. However, these men are undertrained for NCR standards and will have to face the arduous task of going through boot camp once again. To quell the growing roots of rebellion in the south, the NCR sends in SEAL teams and Schwarz Polizei units. They work in tandem, interrogating suspects and tracking down leaders. Executions are public and brutal, in an attempt to discourage further uprising. While many southerners still harbor feelings of discontent, only a small group dares to oppose the iron-fisted Shwarz Polizei and while they prove to be an annoyance, there are few locations of strategical importance in the south and the NCR does not focus its full energy on them. Many Mexicans are put to work in newly built factory cities, while others are charged with rebuilding damaged towns or razing slums to replace them with cleaner, though not any more opulent, social housing. One railgun begins its movement from New Vegas to the point of Mexico in the Mexican Gulf. It goes under high protection. "We must stand united! This is not Portugal. It's Iberia. For us to succed we must be together! What will happen if we split? I'll tell you. You'll be eaten by bigger nations, nations which won't have tolerance for people of other languages and costumes. I assigned one Lord-Regent of the people choosing to represent us in your lands. If you're unhappy you can simply have a petition to get him removed. We shall not split that I tell you." He stands down from the podium. The new body armour made from a light weight carbon mesh, highly resistant to normal bullets (Exept in the weak spots), is manufactured in new facturies set up by the state. As soon as they've been ready soldiers start being equipted with the new body armour. The armour contains: War AI (Helps at aiming), Resistant anti-shatter glass, and light weight yet sturdy and powerful armour. Iberia spends alot of money doing this. Iberia starts developtment of new industry in france. Especially in raw materials. Much of the produce is exported to Iberia so they can build more of the body armour and other infrastructure. The Universities of Bandajoz, Madrid and Coimbra (The bio-fuel plan didn't go according to plan) start working on a new weapon and bullet ((MOD PLS)). Military in France leave garrison of about 40.000 men there. The rest come back home. A new army corp in france is getting recruited to protect the FDR. The welfare and sustainable production of agricultural and luxury goods caused the population to boom. Dissidence was at minimum, brainwashing at an all time high. Laws slowly turned more strict, police and military grew bigger, education became more advanced and the overall production increased as well. The government became an icon for the people, but Estonia and the French war effort remain a sensitive topic. The government of the FDR visited the memorial for the death paratroopers of the Russian military , but it was not the only thing they did. The FDR was now more of a producing republic thanks to Iberian investments, but the Russians wanted to see a military. They appealed to the Russian federation for more funds and supplies to stabilize the Republic and arm themselves, Russia complied. - The FDR receives a doubled budget for the repairs and founding a proper sustainable infrastructure. - The FDR receives 50 Armata-class tanks and a small police delegation of 200 to stabilize the region. - The FDR receives 20 Hypersonic bombers used in the French war to their disposal. - The FDR starts the construction of a wall at the German border, splitting Paris successfully in half. The SEC is abolished as the country is no longer in an emergency, but remains active to operate as a committee to be a stable icon for slavic emancipation. This caused for the foreign policy on the Slavic Confederation to change drastically. Suddenly, the borders opened for trade and travel. The SEC told the Slovakians to either join the Confederation or the Russian Federation, as they would not survive alone. The Slavic Confederation is offered heavy investing in military and infrastructure for Russia, but would like a more open foreign policy towards Pax Europa and the respective chairman state, the Russian Federation. Romania is meanwhile offered to be apart of Pax Europa and to be an individual ally of the Russian Federation. The Armata tank is being upgraded with a new computer system, auto-reloading cannons and faster engines. Research goes into its coating as well. {{11 pages}}. The African Commonwealth, also being apart of the IMU, is approached by Russian delegates with the request to act as a bridge between the Accord and the Pax Europa. While being offered more infrastructural investments and industry. --------MOD------- The Hungarian Defense: The Italians may had a successful offensive, but Hungary would not fall. The fatigued Italian offensive was eventually met with rains of rockets, aimed at the constructing AA fortifications and the first military line. Although more advanced artillery could not be delivered due to the dangerous airspace, the weaponry among the planes would explode with the ammunition on board. (Really, you shoot down a plane with kerosine and ammunition and you think that rockets and RPG's stay intact with no explosion?) Meanwhile, the Slavic Confederation is asked for intervention against the Italians. Hungary calls for the Iberian republic to cut the supply lines as well. --- Serbia replied to the Hellenic offer with two demands: Guaranteed autonomy and the re-unifcation with Kosovo. Only if those demands are met, they would join willingly. --- The Accord starts to boom economically as the unification makes them the strongest market on the planet, rivaling the more fragile IMU market. --- Protests intensify as some even take arms and open fire at government officials, raids throughout Berlin, Lisbon and the FDR become more common, and the economy in the European zones goes downwards with the unrest. Destroying all their infrastructure and fleeing the country...it was simply further confirmation that the House of Saud had to be removed. Thousands of men die to unexpected explosives, but once the advancing troops realize what is happening they hold back, moving forward only once it is deemed safe. This makes advance agonizingly slow, but it is simply prudent. Obviously the majority of the Arabian populace is not evacuated from their home country, but they now exist in other population ceters besides the ones that were bombed. It takes nearly a month before Islamic armies arew able to exert control over the entirety of the country. In that time, a great deal of effort goers into stopping oil fires as soldiers cough on toxic fumes that blot out the sun. By the time they finally are all put out, nearly every oil well in Arabia is destroyed and will need to be entirely rebuilt.The Caliph seizes the remainder of the Saudi gold and funds, and 50,000 troops are assigned to occupy the country. The approximately 2,000 high-ranking members of House Saud become fugitives as they are hunted down and executed, never to rise again. The Caliphate blames the destruction of the Kaaba completely on them, the official story being that the explosives placed all around the city of Mecca had also been used there. The Arab Federation is urged to try to recover the Black Stone, if possible, so that the heart of Islam can be preserved.A small force breaks off to occupy the United Arab Emirates, which had spent their energy backing the wrong side of the war, and which would now serve the Caliph. They contine to the very end of the peninsula, owned by Oman, where they set up artillery to guard the Straits of Hormuz, the most important oil chokepoint in the world and the outlet for Iran's supply of crude. The Caliphate now has its finger on the entire oil supply of the Middle East.The Irish men still stationed in Arabia are defeated, with approximately 700 survivors captured. Their wherabouts are unknown for some time, until videos begin to appear on the internet. A week later, the Islamic State begins to execute these men: one dies every hour, on the hour. Each recites their name, and where their home is, before they are killed on camera as brutally as possible. Some are burned, others beheaded, some crucified and left to rot by the side of the road. Some have their guts ripped out by dogs or other wild animals, some are skined alive, others are drawn and quartered. But each death is always gruesome, and the screams of the prisoners haunt those who watch the videos. At the end of each one, the same statements is read out: "This is the fate of all western Infidels who dare to impede the Caliphate." The Islamic State marches into Jerusalem with 10,000 men and quickly exerts control over it as well as most of the rest of Israel. As promised, infidels are not harmed for one week, and are allowed to move to the Federation-administered area, where Islamic rule is more moderate. The roads fill with thousands upon thousands of Jews and Christians as they head south, fearing for their lives. As soon as the week ends though, things rapidly change. Crimes against infidels are subtly encouraged among the muslim populace, and slowly the living environment becomes more and more unlivable. Shops are raided, murder is common. In Jerusalem all infidels are evicted imediately, and the Caliphate makes the city their own. On the second day of occupation, the Church of the Holy Sepulcre is rigged with explosives and blown to bits. The ground on which it stood is turned into a public toilet facility soon after. On the thrid day the occupiers turn their eyes to the Wailing Wall, where they paint the Shahada in black lettering as large and permanently as possible.The majority of the force used to take Israel meanwhile travels north, to deal with the insurgency which is continuing to cause chaos in Syria. There would be no resistance allowed within the house of Islam.All eyes now turn to Iran. Having defeated Arabia, the remaining Caliphate troops in the region head north with their Turkish and Egyptian brothers in arms, smashing the southern arm of the Iranian siege on Baghdad. Together, these battle-hardened fighters and the defenders of the city have the numbers to push back the Iranian advance. It is a hard fight to the border, but slowly the Caliphate regains its land, mile by mile. The two air forces battle for the skies and neitehr side recieves much air support, but every bit of armor the Caliph has at his disposal is deployed to this front. Every yard has a price, and no drop of blood is spilled in vain. By the time the Islamic State crosses into Iran, they have suffered over a hundred thousand casualties to bring the total fighting force down to only 400,000 men. But the invaders have suffered far more.The border towns fall: Ahvaz, Bandar, Ilam, Kermanshah. Ahead lie the the Zagros mountains, and beyond them Tehran. It would not stop the march of true, Sunni, Islam. The Shiite dogs had not expected Israel or Arabia to fall so fast. They were on the defensive now, fortifying the passes northeast. It would not matter. General Saeed was at the head of this army, and as usual he was afraid to take losses if it meant victory. The Iranian air force was faltering now as it faced the full might of all Sunni Islam. It could not protect the defenders for long. Roadblocks are strafed and destroyed in advance of the coming armor and infantry. Paratroopers, newly trained as part of the Caliphate's initiative to modernize its army, land off the main passes and hunt down the hidden bunkers of Iranians. Progress is slow, and the enemy will have no trouble getting reinforcements to the front lines as needed, but in Tehran, those in the upper echelons of government begin to feel a twinge of fear.As Turkey supplies the Caliphate with standardized uniforms and weaponry, the army begins to look like a modern fighting force. From this point forth, militia-type fighters will be seen less often, increasingly replaced with real, professioanl soldiers. As the Middle East's oil supply is now completely controlled or blocked by Islamic forces, the Caliph leverages his newfound power. The price of oil is raised to 250 USD/barrel for all infidel countries wit the exception of Germany, who had supported the Muslims' righteous struggle to exert control over their land. The countries of Britain and Ireland are fully embargoed, unable to recieve any oil from the Middle East or any goods transported through Caliphate lands. Other countries are of course able to undercut this artificially inflated price, but by the law of supply and demand, oil prices will have to spike up, causing a global crisis. The Caliph is not worried about losing money on such a situation. There will always be buyers for Middle Eastern fossil fuels, and the strategic positioning of his realm means that other sources of riches are readily available. In any case, it is prudent to conserve the supply: the engineers in Arabia assigned to retap the wells have reported that something is amiss...Finally, slavery is once more made legal across the lands of Islam, with the stipulation that no Sunni muslim may be a slave. the underground industry begins to grow once more, and within months slavers are crossing the Red Sea regularly to kidnap Africans and bring them back to the Caliphate to be sold. A steady slave trade also begins to evolve in the Balkans, brining eastern Europeans into Turkey. Similar trades pop up in Sudan and the countries south of it where Christians are more common. Over time, the trade spreads down the east coast of Africa as the pirates and warlords there realize the profit to be made.Clarification of Arab Federation troop movements:The Federation army in North Africa spreads out in sustainable positions in the desert in order to guard the border. The Comonwealth's decision to station troops so close was an unacceptable provocation, and the Federation's air force turns its attention from the Middle East to conduct massive bombing raids on the Commonwealth's positions. The objective is to destroy their ability to threaten the northerners.((Hex's original action was not to invade, but to simply position his army along the southern border. However after taking terrain into account, it was decided that it is impractical to march an army that large into the middle of the desert and camp there for an extended period of time. craotor 617 Share Posted March 24, 2015 Commonwealth of Afrika The Ukuwu’s palace square was once again full of citizens from around the Commonwealth, every time the Ukuwu T’challa addressed his people there seemed to be more and more people in the square, more dialects, more culture and more ethnicities, a sign of the true unity that the Commonwealth could provide the people of Africa. The people applauded their leader but soon went silent wanting to desperately hear his words. “ My people! I wished to make this announcement at a better time and about a better subject. I wished to talk about how happy it makes me to know that the people of Togo, CAR and Chad chose to join our nation. But instead I’m forced to talk about how foreign powers tried to crush our unity and cease our time of prosperity, the Arabs from the North tried to invade our countries and make us slaves of foreign powers. BUT WE NOW STAND UNITED!! Our land is an ancient one and with the union of our people the spirits have decided to expel the invaders from our lands. Africa will never again submit to a foreign power! The illegal act of aggression committed by the arabs has already been condemned by our most trusted allies:NCR,Russia, Iberia, Australia and the CSA. We stand together as a people so we cannot be defeated!” The people in the square raise their fists in defiance shouting “ MY life for Africa!!” and chanting the national anthems of the Commonwealth. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ukuwu T’Challa arrived at the training field in south Niger early in the morning. Gathered on this training field were 20.000 men all of them veterans from the fights against criminal warlords. The soldiers saluted their Ukuwu and he waved them to stop. T’Challa began to walk through the ranks while he talked to the troops “ You gathered here hail from the nations of Chad, Niger, Nigeria and CAR. You were summoned to this camp because of the skills you have gathered during your services to your previous nations. Now I require those skills again. You will form the first 2 divisions of the special forces of the Commonwealth. Those from Chad and Niger shall form the Division: “Sahara Protectors”, a division focused on fighting in the harsh climate of the Sahara. The troops from the CAR and Nigeria shall form the division called “Black Panthers” focused on guerrilla tactics in the jungle.” Ukuwu T’challa gestures to the Navy Seal instructors that stand behind him “ Our allies will train you to become the best. The people of Africa expect nothing less.” ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Demographics and Resources: With the addition of Togo, Chad and the Car the population has gone up from 500milion to 540 milion. The Oil fields of Chad have increased the total oil Production ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Legislative: The Maka otu is now composed of 600 delegates from Southern Nigeria, 200 delegates from Northern Nigeria. 36 from Niger. 20 from Benin, 45 from Cameroon, 10 from CAR, 20 from Chad and 15 from Togo ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Internal Ministry: Schools, Hospitals and Highway are built all across the new states, all using money from the oil and mineral fields. Fresh water and food is distributed to all citizens who need it. Begins a campaign to capture and judge all war criminals and warlords in the newly acquired states. Offers to join the Commonwealth based on the premise that all states will be treated as equals are sent to the following countries:Gabon, Ghana and Congo. Humanitarian aid in the form of fresh water, food and medicine is sent to the following countries:Democratic republic of the Congo and Ghana. Sends a counter offer to GB asking for blueprints for aircrafts in exchange for oil Sends a counter offer to the CSA asking for tech in exchange for minerals Asks all the IMU countries to help the Commonwealth against the Arabs. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Army: ((MODS)) With the addition of the new states to the Commonwealth the manpower reserves have increased and the amount of troops as well 500,000 infantrymen 2,600 tanks, 1,150 armored fighting vehicles 0 Aircraft carrier 8 destroyers 15 cruisers 10 submarines 20 B2 stealth bombers, 125 russian Sukhoi Pak FA aircrafts, 30 Experimental fighter crafts, 100 attack helicopters and 40 new F-22X’s from the NCR 350.000 infantrymen, 2000 tanks and 900 AFV are deployed as following:((The Line is a defensive line composed of the 350.000 troops. Its a heavily entrenched position with AA guns and landmines. The dots across the Sahara and the Jungles are the special operation troops)) http://imgur.com/x67COjN The first special operation dvisions are created focused on desert and jungle fighting. 10.000 are sent to the Sahara desert to act as guerrila, forward scout troops with the purpose of causing attrition to any army and 10.000 are sent to the jungle to the east. A new legislature had been elected by the Normans, and they worked in cooperation with Lord Nick Parker, the new Governor of the territorial republic and the British war hero of the Franco-Iberian War, to make Normandy a better place. A new all-Norman peacekeeping force had been instituted throughout Normandy, and Frenchmen supportive of the British cause in Normandy join the 3rd Norman Army, a British military force made up entirely of Normans to help protect Normandy. However, it is ensured that every Frenchman who applies to join the peacekeeping force of Normandy and the 1st Norman Army is background checked. Resistance or ex-French military, who have not sworn allegiance to the British Crown or it's government, would not be accepted for fear of them turning on the Brits. *** Britain continues to send financial aid to French businesses, homes, and farms in Normandy, attempting to rebuild the countryside. Normandy is beginning to claw it's way back up under British guidance. *** A large propaganda campaign is launched by the British government in Normandy, as they attempt to continue to win the hearts and minds of French civilians. Schools are reopened and repaired, and the children of Normandy are taught both English and French. To help further the propaganda, a memorial is built to commemorate the brave Frenchmen who fought in Normandy during the Franco-Iberian War is created by the Norman government using British funds in the new capital of the territorial republic, Rouen. --------- In response to the Islamic Caliphate's embargo on the British Isles, which was expected, the Straight of Gibraltar, still under British control, begins to tax Caliphate ships exorbitantly as they pass through the Straight, hoping to make them pay for placing a full embargo on them. Even though the British would obviously never buy oil from the Caliphate in the first place. Just in case they attempt to try something, the King dispatches 6,000 British Soldiers to protect the Straight, along with artillery pieces and missiles. A couple of destroyers and a number of RAF aircraft are assigned to Gibraltar to protect the straight as well. The British government also requests help from Iberia to secure the straight, requesting that they send a number of Iberian troops to help reinforce their defenses. They also formally ask the Iberians for the designs to their new body armor for the British military, along with a number of the suits themselves. The British intend to make the Straight of Gibraltar an unconquerable fortress. ---------- The Afrikans are returned a message: The British Government will give them the designs to the Panavia Tornado and to the Eurofighter Typhoon in exchange for adequate shipments of oil to fuel Great Britain. As a member of T.R.A.C they were obligated to go into action with their mutual allies. With all the wars settled in the south, troops were pulled from their positions. Fresh troops would rotate in from the homeland, garrisoning the new states and territories alongside state militia. Almost two hundred thousand veterans of the multiple small wars, they would muster in transports alongside the navy. Recently outfitted with rail-guns, three modified heavy frigates were ready to sail. Alongside them were three carriers, fifteen frigates, thirty destroyers, and twenty submarines. Thanks to the rotation of troops in the various theaters throughout the years, all CPNA had seen action. Ones in America fresh from R&R were called back to duty. Alongside them would be state militia from the various states willing to send their armies. Two hundred thousand of said men will soon be supplied, and sent in the third and fourth wave. The first wave was mainly composed of ten destroyers, five submarines, and a detachment of three frigates to protect them. They would guard and set the course to Nigeria. Advanced naval warfare drones would range ahead, being the eyes of the navy. If any hostile ships lacking proper air defenses engaged, they would be sunk with hull breaking missiles.The second wave would be the three carriers, three heavy frigates with rail-guns, ten frigates outfitted with advanced anti-air systems, twenty destroyers, more drones, and ten submarines. The transports would come with them, divided into several smaller groups led by frigates and protected by destroyers and submarines to reduce any risk. When the troops arrived, they would file into camps waiting for them. Taking a quick break to rest and resupply, they will start to organize. One hundred thousand troops will be put under Nigerian command, with Confederate generals to watch over their men. The others would be directly led once they arrived. The army would bring with them blueprints for advanced naval warfare drones, advanced anti-air systems, and suits of Japanese armor. The CPNA air force dispatched for operations from the carriers will keep the air space safe over Afrikan Commonwealth land, not attacking yet. The third and fourth wave would come more slowly and better prepared. With them would come Firebrand volunteers outfitted with NCR cybernetics and divisions of veterans in Japanese made armor.Transports led across the seemingly safe for now atlantic by destroyers and submarines. The U.S is asked to enter the war as well, to deploy troops to Nigeria and keep the Atlantic trade safe. Brazil, India, Japan, and the Baltic Sea Confederation are called to honor their alliances with the CSA in some way. The UK is allowed access to the CSA oil trade, with the suggestion of joining the war against the terrorist and Islamic nations that dare deny the King and withhold oil. The Irish are also asked by the CSA government to enter the war, asking if the Irish wanted a second chance to avenge their fallen who were so brutally slaughtered. Chinese hackers work to combat against the cyber warfare being conducted by the Indochinese Union. The Chinese government makes a bold statement claiming they will not retreat from Indochina until it is firmly under the Chinese Empires rule. The Chinese administration claims that this is the only way to protect them from Western Imperilism and that it is the will of god for all of the East to be under a united China. An Aircraft Carrier, as well as 5 Destroyers and 3 Submarines are dispatched to the Chinese ally of India. They are under their command within reason. 10 Destroyers as well as 15 Frigates, and 2 Submarines are sent to the Chinese allies of Japan to aid in their conquest of Indonesia. All trade agreements offered to the Chinese empire are graciously accepted. The new troops had had their half-year of intense training, and the Imperial Japanese Army was reborn. The recent acquisition of massive stores of titanium and iron from Madagascar after its puppeteering ((decided by d20 by Sneaky)) allowed the Empire to churn out F-3 Sakuras and newly acquired AA and Anti-Naval drones from India, along with the LAS equipment for its troops. If Japan went to war again, its enemies would find themselves facing perhaps the most modern army, navy, and airforce in the world. Its people are sophisticated and their country rebuilt to glory not seen since the advent of the 20th Century World Wars. Tradition built them and would continue to contribute to their rise. For at least the time being though, a rush of economic changes are pushed through: -Japanese technological assets in American countries are sold, and blueprints are brought back to Japan or destroyed. Japanese factories are stripped of equipment, which is promptly sailed back home. -Japanese stores in Africa outside of the Middle East close at an unprecedented rate, expatriates moving back to the Japanese main. -Indonesian and Filipino populaces of the Japanese Empire begin to be taught Japanese, in a hope to repatriate them to the Japanese cause. Any navy and airforce not destroyed in the fighting are consolidated into the Imperial divisions, but troops are not forced to continue and instead are recruited again and undergo the Japanese training regimens. -Government bonds are heavily advertised in the country, increasing investment in the Throne. -Madagascar's puppeteering leads to its old government being reinstalled and left to self-govern, a small regiment of just 100 Japanese troops staying as a skeletal defense force. The Armada of Japan begins to form off of Tokyo Harbor, a massive blob of ships being repaired, retrofitted with Indian AA, and equipped with anti-naval drone launchers. Composition: Aircraft Carriers: 3 Frigates: 30 Destroyers: 40 Corvettes: 35 Submarines: 20 CDC: 153 Mine Warfare: 36 Ship-Based Flak: 172 Drone Transports: 150 The Imperial Army, being sufficiently replaced by regional troops in Indonesia, is recalled to the HQs in Japan and Taiwan for a number count: 675,000 Infantry 2,800 Tanks 8,500 AFVs 600 SPGs 1,800 Artillery Units 250 MLRSs Finally, the aeronautics departments of the Empire are counted at the various airbases: 568 Fighters/Interceptors 672 Fixed-Wing Attack Aircraft 931 Transport Aircraft 723 Trainer Aircraft 1,217 Helicopters 215 Attack Helicopters 1 72% finished Spaceship w/ Extraterrestrial Base equipment The Japanese Empire appears to be refit for war - it's equipped with the best that its government could get it, and its equipment powered by oil that appears to have come from nowhere. The populace is fueled by propaganda cleverly hidden in anime and billboards in city centers, painting Japan as well as possible. Japanese NEETs continue to join the training corps, and are joined by their new Protectorate counterparts. Research continues on finding more efficient ways to run engines. The climate controlled heavy armor enhances the wearers strength and cognitive abilities, while at a slight disadvantage of also slowing the wearer. With the facilitated technology trading between the UEDI and Islamic states, Federation forces also begin to manufacturer the lighter variant of advanced armor, meant more for tactical side of the Federation's armies. The advanced armor is also sent to the Caliphate and Turkey as per agreement. ----==---- Hard fought and highly trained, 200,000 soldiers are classed as top tier, many making up tactical divisions for special operation. The continued state of perpetual war and heavy training has led to a generation of the most ferocious fighting forces the continent had ever seen. These soldiers are the first to be outfitted with newly developed advanced armor technology and are deployed back into the waiting armies north of Chad and Niger. Several tactical scouting teams meant to intercept and harass any inferiorly armed forces are sent forth into the Sahara desert. General Sedki Enan sat in his war room, a live feed of current happenings televised before him and his fellow officers. It appeared that TRAC were landing more and more men every day on the African continent, each ready to kill. However, rather peculiar was the fact that they all seemed to pile up in the desert. Surely, such a large army, especially with soldiers from foreign states lacking experience in such terrain, could not last long. Attrition would take them with heat stroke and lack of supplies in all likelihood. Unlike the foolish TRAC, the Arabs were well supplied and spread to account for supply limits. Further more, Arab supply trains could easily reach the stationed armies, while TRAC forces had to cross by sea to first get to the continent its self. The Africans would starve trying to feed them all. Why did they think the nations they had unionized retained such small militaries in the first place. And if intel served to be correct, they were even deploying tactical troops meant for the jungle into the middle of the desert. It was as if they had never even seen a map. The entrenched forces had merely set up their position on steppe grasslands, perhaps the most open area one could be in. Never the less, even with TRAC backing, the Commonwealth and her allies would soon face real threats, namely the giants that made up the Islamic Caliphates alliance webs. The situation within Chad and Niger seemed to suddenly become quieter as bombers are pulled from the area, the enemy's anti air guns having reportedly shot down a few on the last air raid. Fighters are more reluctant to back down however, the firth generation TAI TFX battle the skies against the newly developed opposition jets. They too are also soon grounded. Newly built HFAA turrets and Iron Dome variants soon arrive and line the entrenched position, replacing old Egyptian versions. The air now remains contested, any plane from either side risking obliteration by either forces anti air guns. Mobile rocket systems are put into heavy use to counter this, and bombardments resume in due haste. Thousands will likely die with each hit, the commonwealth and her allies lacking advanced anti missile systems unlike Federation forces. A direct battle between the opposing armies is unlikely to occur in the foreseeable future, no land gains occur as such. If alone, Commonwealth victory was seen as unlikely, 300,000 of their 500,000 strong armed forces being made up of newly recruited soldiers having never seen violence. The line represents the defensive line, while dots represent tactical teams. German supplies are accepted and a missive of thanks is sent back. The Federation sends word that they were ready to back the Germans, and expected such to be reciprocated. ----==---- The production of defoliants and herbicides begin en mass, and are sent out to front line forces. A diplomatic envoy is sent to Morocco (Mods) requesting that they join the Arab Federation as many other of their Islamic Arab brothers had. With their arrival into the fold, many markets would open for the Moroccan people, and imperialist abroad would be repelled by Arab cooperation.
