After a few exchange of words they all nod in unison as John walks out with his platoon of soldiers outside, he speaks.

John moves his small army of 10.000 towards chicago, killing any small oposition, seeing how most people hate Russia. When they do get to chicago they have a few skirmishes but by the end take the city.

Argentina

 

The Argentina government after a few meetings has finally decided to send an invite to the Chile's government and the Uruguay government all in secret as to avoid any tension between the Argentina government and the CSA government, while the Queen would send a short message informing the British Imperium of their plans on a high encrypted channel. The invite would request the two governments to join under the Argentina government, saying that 'They will all be safer from the threatening forces of the invading North American nations; All three of the governments would benefit greatly from the gained technology and resources and a more formidable nation would be formed if they accepted'. While these requests are sent out and the message, further money is put into the Argentina's educational programs and the research while a slightly equal amount is put into training the troops on how to use their new equipment once it was constructed and given out. 

 

The request for an defensive alliance with the CSA and the trade request is accept but the open borders is sadly denied as they do not fully trust them to allow them into their borders. Trade ships are sent over to the CSA to begin trade once allowed and the people rejoice at the amount of wealth being made from the trade industry, the old buildings in the nation being rebuilt to look a bit nicer and the government allow the people to hold a celebration in the Capital city-it lasting the whole day.

Research

The research on all the known animals and how everything works within them has gone well, the needed creatures data's having been completely gathered(Canines, Felines and a few others) and soon data is to be gained on elephants and even some data is to be collected on pre-historic dinosaurs seeing if something could be done with any of the best fossils found across the world. Ships capable of exploring(Two total) Are sent up into space, going to try and explore the two discussed moons orbitting Saturn and Jupiter(Gangmede and Encladus), They try to see if life on these moons could be possible with a few fixes. (POK PLEASE)

The Latin-Hellenic State

The King had fled. But not to another country, not to some loyalist base, to the Church. A life of holiness had stricken with him, and using his old connections was ordained within the coming year. "For a few decades, what seemed like an eternity, we were ruled under a new monarchy, first a feeble Empire and then a shrinking Kingdom. No more I say! These states tried to extend Italy's grasp to other nations, with utter failure. No more! For on this day we will no more be irrelevant. We will not be mocks of historical glories. We will be Italia, an Italia for glory! The strength of Italy is at the heartland of our history, of our former glory, of our future. An Italia for Italians. The crowd surges, the Senate behind the Pope and President shout proudly "L'aquila è forte , l'Italia è forte!" and the crowd echoes this sentiment of pride, the city shaking. The Eagle is strong, Italy is strong!

 

The President and the Senate vote in numerous reforms to the government instituting a new foreign policy. The Republic will provide soldiers to UEDI operations when needed, but rarely invade any lands for the Republic itself, unless for the betterment of the Hellenic-Latin State. For now however the focuses will be at home, stabilizing and working to get Italian land back. Meanwhile with the political instability slowly going back to normal with the shift of policy, new projects are commisioned. 

 

Project: The Spear of Scipii

 

The first real project of the new republic, the naval presence of the Latin-Hellenic Republic need to be boosted. This new attack ship will be fast, armored, and gunned heavily. First however, railguns are being developed. Each Spear will have a mounted railgun to be controlled by the pilot. Research is started on the railgun (mod will tell me page) while the rest of the boat is started in construction and research. Labour parties of unemployed are organized to be put to work on making these new boats.

THE IMPERIUM BRITANNIA

 

 

"Dublin, this is Colonel Belfast on board Dragonfly 1; we have safely landed."

 

The monitors cheered in happiness as a Dragonfly lander from the British Mothership H.M.S Jovian Clipper lands on the surface of Mars in Utopia Planitia.

 

 

Drones and supplies were soon ferried back and forth between the Mothership and the landing site; builder drones begin to assist the astronauts in constructing a Mars base, very similar to the one on Europa. But this time, the proper supplies had been brought along to successfully survive on the surface of the planet, decades of freeze-dried rations having been brought along, in addition to plants to create the base's self-sufficient greenhouse.

 

 

As the base is being constructed, some members of the expedition team begin to drive around the surface in specially designed Mars rovers. Notably, several South African and Australian scientists and soldiers accompanied the British on their mission to Mars, but the majority of the Astronauts are from the Imperium. Upon scanning the radiation emanating from the planet, scientists are confused. They decide to do further research to find the source of the radiation later.

 

 

Drones begin to explore the surface of Mars as well, traveling much further distances than the teams of researchers. Special aircraft drones are employed on Mars, as it's atmosphere allows for air flight to become possible.

 

 

One of these solar-powered drones drops canisters, easily spottable with neon-colored parachutes, near outskirts of Japanese and S.P.E.A.R Mars territory, after miles of sustained flight. The pamphlets would wish good will upon them, and ​invite both expeditions to partake in a Christmas feast aboard the H.M.S Jovian Clipper on behalf of the British government.

 

Work would continue on the base until it is complete.

 

As the British Mothership orbits the planet, it would perform a barrel roll as it passes the S.P.E.A.R space station at a distance, obviously a salute of respect towards the S.P.E.A.R astronauts.

 

Meanwhile, automated shuttles continue to ferry resources from Europa to Earth, dropping their cargo into the North Sea in a series of heat-shielded containers with parachutes, where British ships stand by to pick the resources up and take them back to the United Kingdom for distribution and storing. These resources include H-3, various fossil fuels, and silver, amongst other things. The silver is transported to the treasury of the United Kingdom (as well as to various investors and a portion to Australia), helping to bolster the value of the Pound Sterling and pour money into the economy, as well last to pay off the debts incurred by the space program and the various wars and research projects around the Imperium.

 

Plans are made to create a new crown from some of this silver for the Empress. It is to be called the Starlit Crown​, and is to have the finest sapphires jeweled into it by Jewish jewelers from Jewish Cyprus. Other gemstones from across the Imperium shall be jeweled into it too, such as gold from Newfoundland, a diamond from Hong Kong, pearls from the Azores, and sphalerite gems from Spain. It is to represent Imperium power and prestige, as well as Her Majesty's rights to the British-claimed areas of Earth and Space.

Meanwhile, it's now election day in the Imperium Britannia's Imperial Parliament!

 

Though it appears that the Traditionalist Conservative Party will, once again, win by a long-shot, several other factions appear to be gaining recognition in Parliament. The parties include, from weakest to most powerful:

 

The Norman Independence Party-- This party believes that Normandy is an illegitimate claim of the Imperium, and should be released from it's rule.

 

The Greater Hong Kong Party-- This party wishes for Hong Kong to be promoted to a province of the Imperium, due to it's high population and monetary yield  They support the acquisition of island territories in the name of Hong Kong if this will grant them their right to become a province, as well as any other action necessary.

 

The British Normandy Party-- Support the Anglicization of Normandy, considering the Normans as their close relatives and the Provincial Normandy Republic as properly claimed British land.

 

The Russian Friendship Party-- This party misses the days of old when Britain was allied with Russia, and wishes for relations to be repaired with Russia after the conflict in Canada and Europe is over.

 

The Irish Catholic Party-- This party despises the Islamic Caliphate, and wishes to utterly destroy their empire. They particularly remember the slaughtering of Irish troops in Saudi Arabia back in the 2030s. Though they support the reunification of Ireland and the United Kingdom, they wish for more autonomy to be given to Ireland in determining it's own domestic affairs as is done in the Imperial Provinces.

 

The Party for the Greater Imperium-- This party supports the mending of relations between Germany and Britannia, and creating a more central authority for the Great Imperium of Europa.

 

The British Socialist Party-- This party demands more government control of the economy, and the withdrawal of the Crown from governmental affairs. They also wish to repeal many Catholic laws and policies past by Parliament, and for even more autonomy within provinces of the Imperium.

 

The Traditionalist Conservative Party-- This party supports a policy of moderate crown authority, as well as the federative government that holds the Imperium together so successfully. It is, by far, the most powerful party in the Imperium, and maintains an almost 2/3rds majority in the House of Commons and almost complete supremacy in the House of Lords. It is, therefore, the party that is currently in power, it's head being Prime Minister Lord George Lancaster.

 

May the best party win.

 

Plans are also made to add feudal borders into the provinces of the newly admitted territory of the Imperium, and create a House of Lords to stand beside the House of Commons in the new Imperial Parliament.

Finally, the Churchill F-48 fighter has been completed! Of course, the plans to the fighter had escaped falling into Russian hands, as the designs were held by the British.

 

 

Outfitted with LION blasters, as well as convention missiles, it has protective armor built into it to better defend it from anti-aircraft fire and explosive weaponry. The British government orders almost 600 of these highly-advanced fighter craft to be put on the assembly lines, and plans to enhance them with Starlite armor pending negotiations with Britannia's UEDI allies.

 

Three prototypes are sent into the atmosphere, intending to target an aging British satellite that was just going to fall out of orbit soon in any case.

 

"This is Cleaver Leader; engage the 'enemy'."

The British fighters manage to enter space, though they could not stay there for more than a couple of hours due to fuel constrains. Their VI targeting systems lock onto the aging satellite, and the fighters unleash their LION cannons, bolts of blue energy blowing the satellite to smithereens.

Space Command in Dublin cheers wildly again, as the prototypes veer towards Victoria Station, intending to use the last of their fuel to dock in the hangar area there to refuel, and be stationed there permanently; two successes in a single month were sure to enthrall the Imperium public, and attract yet more funding towards the BSA. ((Mod Please on Public Donations))

The Israeli investigators from the Foreign Legion in France stop their investigations, returning to the front lines to meet up with the Legion.

 

The Legion had pulled back to recover from combat, ostensibly, but in truth, they refused to fight alongside the conquerers of Israel, the Caliphate. Military High Command had agreed, and pulled them back to recover for the time being.

 

The British Expeditionary Force in Europe continues to fight valiantly alongside the UEDI. LIONCUB rifles become more and more common by the day, and the Churchill fighter jet is tested for the first time in combat against the Russian Air Force as peace talks are underway. Though several fighters, obviously, have next to no impact in the long run of the war, these fighters are devastating when employed, far-outgunning and outclassing anything in the Russian arsenal. Of course, as the ceasefire is called for the conference, the British halt their advance, waiting with the other UEDI forces in the area.

Research begins on creating an armored drop-ship with much of the same technology incorporated into it as was incorporated into the stolen Project LION machines and the Churchill. ((15 Pages))

 

 

Research also stops on the St. George body armor, and resources are put into the designing and building of a prototype at Victoria Station for a new class of Mothership, meant to serve as both an attack and an exploration vehicle. It will carry several of the new Churchill fighters within it in a hangar bay, and will be armed to the teeth with LION cannons and missiles. It will also carry the same vehicles as the now-aging King Charles Class Motherships, and contain a greenhouse to create a sustainable food supply and atmosphere for the ship. ((25 Pages))

Confederate States of America

 

"They don't trust us?" The CSA politician murmured, dangerously quiet. "They don't trust us, after us giving them every reason to. Well then, let's give them a REAL reason to not trust us."

 

Things in Brazil have been stabilized, and the resources safely managed and harvested. It gave the CSA leeway to finally move on, to their next theater of operations. Peru and Equador forged a military alliance, to hopefully stave off CSA interest. They made a public declaration claiming the CSA as imperialist who wanted nothing but land. They were ready to protect that, their lands especially. Declaring war, they easily obliterate the small CSA regiment that was chasing rebels into their land and causing a ruckus. This obviously led to a declaration of war on the two allied nations, the CSA claiming they were unlawfully assaulted within their own Columbian borders. Everything was so muddled, the news reporters didn't know truth from fiction. The CSA people were largely behind the war however, resources pouring in from South America were making them rich.

 

In Columbia, the national guard is called to join their CPNA brethren in the march to war. Starting to muster on the border with Equador/Peru, they would begin the entrench as they waited for reinforcements and supplies for a major offensive. After everyone arrived, the northern army would consist of almost one hundred thousand troops. In Brazil, mobile infantry regiments are rushed to the border with Peru. Poised to strike into it's heart, they wait for the CPNA army that has remained in Brazil in force to arrive. The two South American nations would have to face a foe on two fronts, out numbered and out gunned. The force moving into Brazil to strike at Peru consist of half a million troops. The CSA offers a chance to the two to avoid war and enter the Confederation as full states. (Mod besides myself plzz) The CSA navy moves in to blockade the two nations, and hopefully draw their small navies out into an open battle to crush them.

 

In North America the push for D.C continues, most of the fighting elsewhere having died down. The large CPNA army smashed the Russo-American army that charged them, and were chasing the remnants to their capital. Most of the United States was not in CSA hands, but they did not come to conquer. They came as brothers, to keep their comrades safe. Relief groups pour in to help the U.S as the CSA tries to jump-start their economy with trade with low tariffs. The Sons 'O Liberty are contacted, the CSA asking them to help reform the U.S government. The CSA however made a point in the south. Not too sure the U.S could be left to govern itself after so many rebellions and wars the CSA would instate full control of the states of West Virginia, Colorado, Idaho, Delaware, Missouri, Kansas, and Indiana. With the government almost completely non-existant besides in D.C, the CSA brow-beated the states into entering the confederation. They would potentially join happy, eager to escape the turmoil the U.S has caused. The CSA was a stable and rich confederation, the clear candidate in opposition to a tattered and corrupt U.S government supporting Russians. ((MOD))

 

The situation in Canada was awkward and shrouded in half understood back hand dealings. The CSA made a declaration it was happy to work with the British Imperium to stabilize the nation, but made it clear that Canada would stay American. They had joined the U.S, had formed a government with them. Now they were alone, independent, and possibly influenced by Russians, British, or both. Help their former child, but don't force them back into the house, the CSA declared.

The Australasian Federation

 

In Melbourne Australia 

 

It was to be but a normal day in Melbourne, the second largest city in the entire Federation, ranked as the worlds most livable city since 2011 it was a perfect place for a family to live, with the Australian born population of Melbourne being at 80% the rest of the city were minorities, depending where they were from they were either treated well or in the case of those of Islamic backgrounds treated poorly.

 

It was a time where the local aristocrats had come together, along with elevated Lords from Papua Island, this gathering involved a Military parade in which the Lords of Papua were on their own float, waving to the citizens of Melbourne. However the day takes a turn for the worst, the float of Papaun Nobles explodes and fighting erupts in the streets with gunmen attacking Federation soldiers by surprise, with the attackers vanishing as quick as they came.

Slavic Confederation

 

The collection of the insect controlling fungus, Ohiocordyceps unilateralis from Thailand. It was a success although it was delayed as Slavic Confederation given this team a short holiday for their effort into the secret project 'Project Hellhounds'. Another team of Scientists believe blue street lights could lessen the crime and suicides rate in the major cities under the Slavic Confederation. Scotland and Japan have these lights so why should their joined alliance should not have them, it could raise the tourist ratings. The Western Ukraine are accepting refugees from the outrageous, destructive war in Ukraine. The numbers has been pouring in as the battle get worse every minute. A range of camps were set up to offer shelter to the refugees with the "Bogatyr" troops guarding the borders of the camp, the injuried were send off to another section of the camp to give medical aid but the treatment was little as there is too many and less funding to support. The medical team did what they can but many innocent people had dead. But there were those who are diosed of Neutron, the camp did not know right away and when they realised many were diosed with it. They were split away from those are injuired and perfectly alright, to another section of the camp heavily defended by the "Bogatyr". The team in that section wore radiation suits and did in their power to make the people's death not painful.

The Slavic Confederation request funding from The German Empire to support refugees from this war, medical aid and sheltering.

 

The Western Ukraine and the Slavic Confederation presses diplomatic pressure onto what is left of Ukraine, that the Russians has only brought war to your doors by their foolish attemption to form a big empire and did not think of the consquences of their actions. The Government of the Ukraine failed their country, only the united Ukraine may you thrive. The Russian Aftermath

 

 

The Beijing Accord brought the Medvedev administration to the realization that when they would walk out of the room, Russia would be no more either way. Almost a century ago, Chairman Mikhail Gorbatsjov of the Soviet Presidium told the world of the first nuclear disaster ever. It was a shock to all people that something so beneficial to mankind could also be so dangerous. Fukushima would be a grave reminder of those dangers after.

 

The fact that Russian nuclear sirens overwhelmed the distant sound of artillery was a shock to most Russian people, wasn't the front victorious? Only after the Russian people enabled their televisions, they saw the true aftermath of the war. The entire western and southern border met the most terrible demise one could imagine. Dmitry Medvedev spoke to the people in assurance, but both the people and Dmitry knew that this was the end of Russia.

Recently, a disaster struck a failure in over 24 Russian nuclear facilities that were caught in the middle of the war zones. The Russian Presidium of State understands the concerns and wishes to express its sincere condolences to the 6500 innocent lives that fell victim to the eagle and dragon of imperialism. Although this war was not our fault, the taint upon Europe is too sincere for that matter to be relevant. The Russian people have fought bravely against the entire world, we have stood for multiple years even though we all knew that eventually we would face loss. We shouldn't be defeated, we should feel proud. We have not betrayed our Slavic mentality like our Balkan brothers, we have not broken our principles like most empires currently inhabiting this world. They wanted to exterminate the Russian people like we were a pest, but like every pest remover, it leaves a bad taste in the mouth of the user.  In this case, a very nuclear one.

 

I feel obligated that after serving the Russian nation for generations, making her last through two wars and return in an even stronger form afterwards twice, to resign as the Chairman of the Federative Russian Empire. Whatever the fascists will do with the tainted European and Russian soil is beyond our knowledge, but a Russia will in no way remain to exist. I will not mislead the people, I will not be the embodiment of a state that is not the state of and for our people. I have fulfilled my duty to serve the Russian Federation and I have never stopped doing so. The world has changed too much, the Russian bastion of civility and diplomacy succumbed to the international iron gauntlet of fascism. There is nothing we could do, even if we wanted to.

 

I hereby dissolve the Federative Empire of Russia, releasing all of its 93 Republics as independent nations. May they be the inheritors of the Russian culture, the Russian idea and the Russian people and may they one day celebrate a re-unification of our glorious homeland.  With the absence of all our natural resources, we hope that these Republics will follow our footsteps and create a sustainable and ecological nation. Thank you for your wonderful support and magnificent iron will to protect what was ours. Although we will not have history books to celebrate our long lasting existence, we will not die in vain. As our Russian Partizani would say "Liberty or death". Our last breath will not be a desperate one."

 

{{I enjoyed playing in one of the longer lasting FRP's, although the entire experience wasn't stainless. From the ceremonial downgrading of my political competency due to my "Homosexuality" or the 'punishment' I received for leaving the FRP when I couldn't be bothered to RP a long war in the middle of a test week, I did witness myself enjoying to RP Russia less than usual. Although most disputes are solved and respect is restored between the individuals contributing to the past climate and myself, I want to make it clear that the aftermath was not an OOC goodbye. I simply thought it was realistic and something a genocidal, deluded and imperial government would do when all the odds are against them. I will be continueing playing the Union States and hope that the quality of RP we had from the beginning and now during the end remains constant. Putting all BS aside, it was a very enjoyable experience!}}

John smirked scottishly as he takes chicago. A flag is hoisted up.

The New American Union, secretly just a facade of British control, but it gave hope to the Americans living in Chicago that John was their saviour.John declared himself First President of the NAU under the name of James Smith, founder of the NAU, keeping his identity undercover. After having his troops resupply in the chicago they march out under their new flag. Many towns give up while other put up a fight but seeing how everything is in chaos, they easily subdue any resistance.

But John eyed a new city, he called on his Lieutenats for a meeting.

 

The Lieutenants all saluted, one in the left said.

"Good day Mr.President."

John Smirked.

"Good day to y'all fine gentlemen. Now, to continue our expansion to free our good American brethern from the ruskies' grasp we must take Milwaukee.They have an important location along the great lakes."

He looks at one of his Lieutenants.

"Paterson, you are one of my best lieutenants, I give you command of 5.000 men to take Milwaukee."

Paterson nods.

"Thank you for your trust sir."

John looks at Richard, Michael and Joshua.

"You three are in charge of the defense. Make sure no one, no pro-russian no bandits no noting gets through. Set up border guard of sorts with Chicagons and if needs be use the other 4.000 of reserve."

He looks at Johnson.

"And you will be in charge while I'm gone."

Johnson raises a brow.

"Gone sir?"

"Yes Gone. I'm going to the Great Rapids and attempt to get them on our side with 1.000 soldiers.Are we all clear?"

They all nod.

"Very well, God bless america."

The USAC

The United States of America & Canada

 

 

The situation for the Union states was a dire one. It was a mistake to side with the imperial Russians, it was a mistake to distance the continent from their ancestors. The government had resigned, nearly abolishing the Union States as it was today. Foreign troops occupying the Canadian realm, the south technologically superior states seeking more land. Protests in excess, with no movement towards improvement.

 

 

Once the greatest superpower in the world had tumbled into anarchy.  People wanted a government for the people, a return to the great old days. Where America went wrong was unknown, but the congress simply couldn't handle the nation alone. Bills of reform never got past the corporate or Pro-British congressmen, there simply was no change. After Chicago declared itself independent, Congress received a shocking wake-up call. The American Dream of today was dead, a new one must be made.

 

 

People wanted a conservative, traditional man of the people. "One of them", not a corporate puppet or one with a hidden agenda. Ronald Reagan went into American history as exactly that. People spoke that America needed policies "From the Reagan Era", a president like Ronald, simply an optimistic future. Francis J. Underwood understood the new demand for a conservative man of the people very well. A humble man from Gaffney, South Carolina and a strict Republican.

 

 

He captured the hearts of the people rather quickly. Someone with a promise and a vision, two things that America was build on by its founding fathers. Winning the majority of the electoral votes in nearly all states besides Alaska, the new president was assigned.  In the first month of his presidency, radical reforms were made for the first time.

 

- Institutions were established throughout the country with the purpose to deliver unemployed citizens with jobs in sectors were the USAC was lacking in.  Police, military and the educational sector had a sincere lack of jobs. A free program is offered to re-educate citizens willing to serve in those sectors.

 

- Congress is purged to ensure that any remaining Russian influence is ousted, a controversial vote for the new heads of the Republican and Democratic party would be held once the US is stabilized. People understood that congress would slow down progress anyway, they have done so for a century already.

 

- An emergency call is made towards the British and Australians for military support in stabilizing and protecting the country from invaders, Francis makes it clear that they wish to work together with their fellow Americans and the remnants of the Commonwealth.

 

 

- Canada gains a major autonomy boost as they get their own government system and Prime-Minister. Former Canadian social laws are re-established but the same currency and military binds the two nations together. Francis had his suspicions on Stephen due to his former warm relations with Dmitry Medvedev, but there wasn't much he could now that the USAC stepped up its game.

 

 

- The old army is re-established with the calling to protect the last true America! Although it was far her former magnificence, a standing army of 600,000 of trained soldiers was drafted. The navy was being mobilized as well. Francis told the invading forces, including Chicago, to lay down its arms and embrace the USAC as their new ally, not enemy.  More soldiers are expected through the job program.

 

For the first time in years, when the American turned on their television screens, they saw hope.

 

 

"Our United States are confronted with an economic affliction of great proportions.  We suffer from the longest, and one of the worst sustained inflations in our national history. It distorts our economic decisions, penalizes thrift and crushes the struggling young and the fixed income elderly alike. It threatens to shredder the lives of millions of our people. Idle foreign industries cast the working American into unemployment. human misery and personal indignity. Those who do work, are denied a fair return for their labor by working for a purpose that is no more, a tax system which penalizes successful achievement and keeps us from maintaining full productivity. As great as our tax burden is, it has not kept pace with our public spending. For decades, we have piled deficit upon deficit to maintain an illusion of our supremacy and arrogance towards the world, morgaging our future and our children's future for the temporary convenience of the present.  A convenience, that is no more.

 

To continue this long trend, is to guarantee tremendous social, cultural, political and economic upheavals. You and I, as individuals can by borrowing live beyond our means. But only for a limited period of time. Why then should we think that collectively as a nation, we're not bound by that same limitation.  We must act today in order to preserve tomorrow.

 

And acting my people, is what I plan to do in this presidency. For too long have we consolidated ourselves behind a wall of exceptionalism. A strong sense of entitlement blinding us that everything we do is sustainable and right. This went on for decades and look at where we are now.  Not that long ago we used to be an united nation, where children would chant our anthem in pride. The red white and blue held aloft as our naive selves believed that America will remain. We are not entitled to a prosperous America anymore, we are entitled to nothing. This perhaps shocking realization should be enough of an incentive to wake up and start rebuilding our nation by hand. Not through the Russian Hammer and Sickle, not through the German Kaiser crown, but through the spirit of America! We will right the wrongs and take a step forward.  We hope that our American brothers and British friends, understand this. Good night America, tomorrow a new day emerges."

Nuclear Climate Disaster

The Russians had done it. They had initiated the greatest act of terrorism that the world has ever seen, and now much more than Eastern Europe would pay the price. Huge clouds of nuclear radiation would make their way over much of the European continent, pouring nuclear waste in the form of rain over much of the area. Crops immediately begin to fail, and thousands of animal species begin to die off. Thousands of people begin to report to the hospital experiencing radiation sickness, and soon major die-offs are happening in several European cities.

Notably however, a new sort of human is developing in this disaster. Some men, women, and children stood unaffected by the radiation, almost as if nothing were happening. Governments would soon take notice, and would be inclined to experiment on these people as well.

Because of the massive failure of food and civilian die offs, the armies of the European forces are all forced to downsize by nearly 40%. Should a government fail to do this, they will begin to see mass starvation and the failure of industry due to a huge decrease in population.

In America, the NAU's attempts to establish themselves in Milwaukee go rather smoothly as the city falls to the patriot forces relatively quickly. Many in the city welcome the NAU, witnessing piecemeal resistance in the form of Pro-Russian syndicates. 

Meanwhile, John enters the City Hall of Grand Rapids to meet the city's most intimidating individuals, the Seven Obese City Councilmen. Negotiations ensue. (Skype)

The war was over. Following the massive destruction wreaked by the Russians in what was indisputably the greatest act of war crimes ever seen by the world, the Hellenic Republic had to quickly turn their gaze to home. Their countries were on the border closest to the mass release of nuclear waste, and their country most affected. Military forces are halved, and while this will leave the country at risk for a while, the drone project that is being undertaken should reduce the negative effect this will have on the military. These 'advanced' humans that are able to withstand radiation are hand-picked by the state, with some entering special breeding programs, others entering training, and a select few being tested upon to discover this adaptation. This is done in secret, with alibis generated.

 

Foreign aid is cut down, and the peace-keeping force in Italy recalled to save costs. These funds are transferred to setting up emergency radiation treatment centres, and healthcare is boosted to help struggle through these trying times.  Despite all these fast-moving counter-measures, thousands are lost. While the Hellenes may one day recover, for now they are significantly weakened. The USAC is contacted with a request to trade in food and agricultural products.

 

These men and women who prove resistant to radiation and have military experience are drafted into a special combat unit, given the best training possible in the period of two weeks in covert operations. Following such they are loaded into an attack helicopter and given a single mission, bring Dmitry Medvedev to justice for the shocking war crimes he had wrecked upon the world. Launched covertly to his last-known location, they are first installed in a non-military operation to discover his position. ((Mod for if they find him.))

 

Meanwhile,the current technological efforts are going well - and expected to finish soon. The Olympic planning is of course delayed due to this disaster, though they hope that the final building will still be finished in time.

After several weeks of searching the Russian wastes, interviewing survivors in the ruins of Moscow, and scouring the countryside, the Hellene special forces find an interesting lead. They discover that the Russian President may no longer even be on this planet any longer. Several last minute reports indicate that the Dmitri took himself, his cabinet, and several healthy Russians into space aboard a collection of rockets purchased from Reclaimer Corp. for an incredible amount of money. 

Should the Greeks wish to follow them, they would have to first follow the money.

Confederate States of America

 

As the CSA kept on, it seemed their American brothers were back. They seemed to be getting on their feet, having ousted the Russians. Heeding the new USAC's call, the CSA ends the war victorious on the Russo-American government. The new one would have to yet prove itself to the CSA, but there was now the chance to re build friendly relations. However in the states that were accepted into the Confederation in the war, the CSA does not offer them back. Falling just short of D.C, the CSA armies head back to the south. The CSA offers the new American government trade deals, but withholds on any alliance. They wished to see what their new American brother would do.

 

In South America the various nations calls are heard. Wishing not to escalate into an open war, the CSA ends the short war with Ecuador and Peru. As peace settled over South America, the CSA sent trade deals to all of them. In a new attempt to prove their halt of aggression, Argentina is asked to enter a military alliance with them. The CSA also implores T.R.A.C to allow Argentina to join, if they so desired. It would bring in a new era of cooperation between the two American continents, and hopefully all the other free South American states would join as well. The CPNA moves to solely garrison role as Brazil's newly raised State Militia steps up to the plate. They would have a standing navy to use, a potential tool to defend the coast.

 

Dismayed at Japan's warning, the CSA sends assurances they were no where near their waters. Wishing for a fresh start, the CSA offers to host the Empress in their capital of New Orleans. They wanted to show their gratitude for the Japanese, one of the sole benefactors that saw their Confederate's revolution succeed. 

 

Elijah Wintersun finishes his one seven year term with much celebration. He had successfully kept the CSA out of various global wars, preserving their strength. His statue would go up in New Orleans city park, to remind the CSA of their roots. A new president is voted into Confederation National Government, his name being Fernandez Galarza. He was shockingly from Brazil, the newest state in the Confederation. It went to show how influential he was if he scored president after barely entering the Confederation's political scene. Fernandez is a charismatic, young, and good looking man. He was passionate, and would not stop to see what he saw as right come to be. To the South American countries, he imposed strict neutrality on CSA forces there. It was no longer time for war, the Confederation needed peace and friends in South America. If the Japanese Empress came to New Orleans, Fernandez would be the one to personally greet her.

 

In preparation for the next Olympics, the CSA plans to enter only one field. They wanted to go for the gold on fencing, many fine southern gentlemen enjoying the sport. They would form an olympics team and begin to train. Unlike the Japanese who had huge facilities and all sorts of training rooms, the gentlemen focused on body and mind. In the jungles of Brazil, they began to practice their mastery of fencing and complete control of the body. Jungle druids would guide them on the path to absolute focus, that would give CSA fencers a distinct advantage.
