A red hawk the size of a domestic dog flies overhead of the Ancillary of Ker'nor. It would deliver a letter to the Arbiter before promptly flying back to where it came. The letter carries the seal of Rex Kahn'Braduk and the Iron Uzg, and appears to have been scribed by a well read goblin.

Anklebiter of the Auxillary (?) of the Dark Elven settlement of Ker'nor

Dark Elves trespassed in the desert of the Iron Uzg, exploiting and using miraculous means to enter the sands. These Dark Elves threatened to come back and steal from us. I will be brief. I demand satisfaction. You will pay tribute to the Iron Uzg every week, buy all your material goods and service through the Elder Shaman Eath'Lur and pay the Wargoth Duruh'Gorkil whatever she requests for your lapdogs attempted to harm her. These are my terms. They will not waver. The High Elves were smart enough to adhere to me, and there is now a healthy relationship between us. Follow their example. Come to my desert to make this agreement formal, or I will come to you.

Refuse, and I will personally rip your lungs out through your rib cage. The green tide will drown your kin in blood and gore. I made similar threats to the High Elves who's crimes were on the base of ignorance. You have done me and my nation wrong. Think of what consequences await you should you refuse me. I have mentioned the High Elves numerous times in this letter, so I will close by asking the same favour of you as I did them.

Try us.

Rex Kahn'Braduk

"About time thaw dark elven bawndits and raidawrs get what is coming to thum. They constawntly steal awnd raid numerous nations awn then expect nothing. Fawr they hawv even commited crimes against thaw kharajyr, ranging frawm wearing kharajyr pelts awnd killing kittens. They desurve extinction."
Ju'Mukar mutters to himself in the tavern as he hears of the news.

"And how did they know these dark elves are apart of Keh'no... And why don't they give us descriptions of these elves? I hope those warhawkes arn't causing trouble again", grumbled Alirya while she sat in the Ker'nor tavern

"Mmm, one one hand I'd say we give tribute and satisfy whatever that warlord's needs are, but we sure aren't buying a greenskins goods! You've got me!... On the other hand, I've many friends who would like to help us chase the beastmen into the sea.." Mithius advises Dak'ir in the Council hall, smirking smugly.

"What a bunch of foolish imbeciles these greenskins are. The smallest Clan in Ker'nor alone could match their dwindling numbers and yet they still possess the gumption to demand tribute from us? Whatever the case, Clan DeNurem supports the decision of the government, be it tribute or glorious combat!" *remarks Grimwald as he pours over his work in the DeNurem forge.

((May I remind everyone, the only people who should know of this are the Rex and whom he told, and the Arbiter if he has read the letter.))

Elizabeth DeNurem received the Rex Kahn'Braduk and  Dominus Wargoft Drak'Lur at the gate, and learnt of the Darkies whom had been causing trouble in the lands of the Iron Uzg. She reassured the Rex that these Dark Elves were likely rogue members of their race whom were not under (and actively evaded) the Ancillary's authority. However, she gave her word that the Arbiter would be informed of these troubles had the letter gone awry in its delivery, and that these rogue elements (politely referred to as "Darkie shitters" by Eliza) would be investigated with fervor. Additionally, she promised a weekly tribute of rotten food to the Iron Uzg as a gesture of respect to the Uruks.

She would report of what transpired to the Arbiter when he was next around.

Shadrik, when he hears of this, would burst into uncontrollable laughter.

Upon hearing rumours spread of a letter delivered to Vivec the previous morn, said to bear the seal of the orcish Rex, Varon of Clan Indras takes a simple lean back in his chair, as he awaits word of the Arbiter's reply. He flicks his gaze towards his eldest son and heir, Vik'kon, informing him to prepare for any eventuality to come.

"We are no people to be threatened, nor subjugated at the heel of a foreign tyrant. If the Arbiter so wishes it, the orcish deserts shall stain red with the blood of the uruk warmonger."

A letter of reply would make its way back to the deserts on the back of a small grey jay.

"Ancestors bless you, honourable Rex. But I'm afraid two wrongs do not make a right. You see, as one of my citizens informs me, he was kidnapped just outside the Caliphate and brought to your deserts. For what reason, I am unsure. But as I understand a few of my people followed suit and the situation was defused without violence. Which is what I wish to happen here. I will order that none of my citizens are to return to your deserts, no dark elf of Ker'nor shall bother your people, and those who do may be at your mercy for their crimes. I do not wish for war as blood spilt is blood wasted. Let us simply go our separate ways and do away with this nonsense."

The Warhawke Elder would laugh at another blatant attempt to frame the Warhawkes for something they have not done. Again. If he heard of this letter.
