Orenball Thread

I as much as the next guy absolutely hate dreadlands!! But these shitty, one-sided orenballs are not polandball or orenball material. Put some actual thought and effort into them instead of just copy/pasting "Haha we won!" or "Get fucked!" This isnt a way to brag whos the better PVPer, its to make some funny insight into political happenings of the server not to be a shitshow of who's better at combat one day or the next. Stop, they're **** and repetitive.

To be fair @Heff no one gave me good suggestions so a raid was the best I had. I like to think mine could be applicable to any time Oren faces a raid, in that they could just be roleplaying in a tavern with a bunch of kids, and then rally a full force after someone (not even necessarily Dreadlander) comes and makes a big show of themselves. =')

 

I want to make one on a larger scale once I come up with something.

no offense but when dreadlands was at peak oren lost every 4v20, pathetic.

Good one, maybe you meant Dunamis, they sure slapt Oren several times while outnumbered. Dreadlanders did have better Pvpers in 1.8, but I like to think the rurics smooth that out to a lower level. I still keep seeing 50% of dreadlandic raiders spam click. And they're terrible at cav, and if you look back Dunamis and Dreadlanders were the ones mostly using cav while Oren barely had any.

The Dreadlands are a completely different player base than what they were during early mid Vailor. We have grown but I'd say only about 5% of us currently were there for the 1.8 era as Dreadlanders. Although not as good as the OG Dunamis, I like to think we had an edge on Oren in Vailor (I was always mediocre though). The people responsible for pulling of 4 v 20s are in no way a representation of our current skill level.

I agree, Dunamis really did have precision but the Dreadlands diluted Dunamis when they added people like Courland and Norland to their ranks which although has given them numbers has made them less threatening and hasn't really filled in Dunamis' shoes. Dreadlands will never be anything compared to the original Dunamites.

dunamis had numbers but early dreadlands was easily the most dominant force in the vailor pvp scene B)
also its difficult to compare early dreadlands to dunamis seeing as most of the core was also in dunamis (drunkenbagel csalz onslaughted) and added some who were part of the barmy army (dunamis rival in 4.0, them being dragonslayer775, ngo_ pascalheit nordicgod and chuckaboo)

Haha, yeah I have to agree. I was never really a dunamite but I was there when the dreadlands started out(during 1.8) and that was definitely one of the most positive periods, and when the rebellions were lost everything went downhill, then hit timers came out and it all went to ****.

Half of the people are statused up and in armor (including you, check the recording if you've got a bad memory of it)

Half of those in the camp attacked oreners when they were coming, which I can imagine would make it hard for the oreners to choose who to kill and who not to when you all were so badly organized.
