When you don't know what happened or what is going on

You are clueless to the situation.  Cornivore has repeatedly attacked my settlement finding any reason possible to harass us.  For awhile the Rurics reigned in his TOMFOOLERY, but with the ban of malgonious they all vanished from the server leaving only devastation in their wake.  I re-designed what we still had as the only remaining leader and got only hate.  I took a short break from LotC after this and upon coming back, i was instantly met with more harassment from Uther Grimlee.  After being fed up with this, i messaged him to tell him that he was verging on OOC targeting and, if he continued, he would most likely have actions taken against him.  I did not phrase this as a threat and had no intention of doing so myself, because I kinda felt bad for him.  About 20 minutes later, Uther showed up once more in my settlement, drawing his axe on me.  i then emoted running away and escaped but his friend, havochunter33, began to pvp me.  Upon downing me he popped me, breaking the rules in which he must revive me and continue roleplay.  Seadaedra then called in LadyRebecca, who attempted to let us hash it out on our own while she mediated.  In the discussion I brought up the fact that cornivore had been at this for 4 months and I was beginning to feel like he only logged in to come harass me. 
~I believe LadyRebecca is in the right, and cornivore has spread enough toxicity on this server.  I hope he can come back a new man in two months.

Rurics reigned in Tomfoolery... lol. Anyway Uther Grimlee is a Norlander who despises you for basically rebelling against Norland which is only one of the reasons he wished to pursue combat with you. Do not bring role-play into OOC and say someone is OOCly targetting you, role-play it out.

I do agree that it was not needed to immediately pop you, but it isn't that hard to fix what happened and continue role-play. If you popped and they took your items instead of having them get banned tell them that you were coming back to receive your items and continue the combat role-play or PVP that should have ensued so it is a more fair match.
If that is the case, Havoc was the one who popped you, not cornivore.

She froze. Mid-warning point, she lost her grip and stilled, trigger fingers held aloft.

 

How could this be? This was not Kincaid_, nor was it Aengoth. It wasn’t even an offhand shitpost that had burst forth from the bowels of Iblees nest of, well, you get the picture. No… no this was different. This was @L0rdB0rd, the Honorable Attorney. How, out of all the LotC Lawyers Inc. employees was ((he)) the one whom she was up against?

 

She would have to be smart about this, after all, one slip up and she was donzo, gone, never to be seen again and thrown under the rug that is the archive and GM graveyard, left to have her router turn to soup for the rest of her days.

 

So she stopped, her inner Forum TyrantⓇ screaming incoherent noises within her sleep deprived skull.

She began her hunt, scouring Google high and low for applicable gifs (seeing as how the meme-makers were KOS). Filling her browser basket with many links, she continued her scavenging, wondering if she would ever learn to photoshop memes as expertly as @Aengoth.

 

She paused once more, glancing back to the forums once more as @cablam triggered her internal NSA.

 

“Well dang, that’s during the warclaim… and I’ll be at work. This will not do, nop, this will not do at all.”

 

She squints.

 

“Maybe I can pay @joey calabreeni to go in my stead. He’s good with carrying out a court case.”

 

It was then that the idea struck, as deadly as the Ban Hammer that has Spoken hours prior.

 

“I’ve got it! I’ll just talk to them about it! Oh my word, Rebecca, why have you never thought about this before?”

 

Naturally, she didn’t communicate back with herself because as psychologically imbalanced as she was, she hadn’t completely lost her mind yet, she had a few rounds of shitpost battling left in her.

 

And so she carried on, humming her happy Star WarsⓇ theme song as she slaughtered the forum shitposters one by one...

I can't tell if your post is a meme or serious, but let me clear some things up, first of all Cornivore is not a naturally toxic person and only really is on provocation, which you have done on multiple occasions as such all the times you came in teamspeak and harrased Cornivore while Norlandic leadership was still playing, which has some how been left out of this whole thing. Also, the second thing is none of him raiding you or us going to your settlement is ooc despite the fact of how rude you are to him oocly, he has plenty of reason as you stealing his titles banishing him insulting him in rp and also putting out a KOS on his leaders, yeah if you expect him to take that kindly okay then. The first time we attacked your settlement for these things was about two days ago when we raided in you, in this post you make it seem like after the raid we came 20 minutes later to raid you again when infact it was 24 hours and Cornivore saw that you had not put up a raid timer and attacked you again. Also Havoc is a newplayer so excuse him for any mistakes with the rules he may have made.

Just a little side note: I gave you your stuff back, and resumed Rp after apologizing to you. 2ndly did LadyRebecca ever punish you for having a glitched out axe and trying to sell this 20 attack damage axe for over 650 mina, I may be new, but I had a glitched Rusty sword and I gave that **** to @Malimom.

3rd thing is of course you think she is right the verdict was in your favor, there shouldve been no ban, but a threat of a ban if he were to return there again.
