Your Community Admin

Hello there everyone! I’ve recently been appointed as the new Community Admin and you’re probably asking yourself, “Well, what does that actually mean?” Therefore I’ve simply wrote this post to explain what I’ll be doing and what direction I aim to take the server in.

 

As of late the administrative team has been lacking and admin to deal solely with the community which honestly isn’t too great! Although many of the admins did try to reach out to the player base, it’s simply too large of a role to take on with the others they were doing. My job involves some of the following:

• Being a direct line of communication for players to the administration team.
• Responding to feedback that players have and make sure that the feedback is heard by the corresponding team.
• Verifying that the player bases opinion has been thought of when decisions are made.

 

Essentially I’m here for you guys and I want to make sure you guys have a good time on the server. If you’d like to contact me about anything feel free to message me over the forums, on my Discord (Luke#5154) or Skype (Luke7361). That being said if you have in-game issues that could perhaps be solved by a GM or even in /help channel try asking there first as I’m already getting tonnes of PMs! I’ll also be trying to hang out in the Public Discord if you ever want to come in and speak.

 

I hope to be working with you guys for a while as I do enjoy listening to you and making sure that your opinion is heard. Other than that, I hope you all have are having a nice day; here’s a gif of a fluffy cat.

I actually have already read through the post! In my opinion you've jolted down some pretty true and evident things. It's a good post in all honesty and I think you've highlighted some key issues that the server has - albeit they're not the easiest issues to fix since it focuses on changing the attitude of a majority of players! However there's always a solution to a problem!

I also read your topic back when you posted it, and agree with Wrynn. You've got your finger on the pulse of the issue.

Your post is part of the feedback we are assessing as we agree that serious roleplay needs a focus over OOC & toxicity.
