GM Update Log - March 2018

 

 

Following Nate’s resignation, the position of GM Director fell upon Ioannis. Providing reconstruction of an orderly fashion, Ioannis pushes for teamwork and competency. With the ideals of restructuring the team to be more willing and capable for providing to the community, Ioannis looks to doing this with more observant management and concreting what really is ‘GM Protocol’.

New Trials and Training

 

Welcoming six trials from March - We’ve brought on Corpean, Tarrebear, ShadowedOblivion, CordialOblivion, MrMineLoveDude, MCVDK, and Corvoo. Promising candidates, we hope to see them still along in the following future. With new trials, we’ve also brought on a new fashion of training to assure further competence and understanding within the team. The new process of training being managed and coordinated under the GM Trainers, is in the ambition that the needed standard of an ideal GM is met up to.

Now, as the month ends, you might have noticed that some might not have that bright blue tag on them. We would like to thank Candylandman, Sir_Niccum, _Elad_, Haintrain and FlyingHalfMast.

 

Also, I would personally like to thank z3m0s for being in the GM Team for a really long time and sharing his knowledge on the Team.

Current Team Roster

 

Joining the team as full Game Moderators within March, we have Knox213, FalconByte, and GloriaPreussens. As for new Trainers, we introduce to the server - Blago, Murlocs, and Youngie5500.

Monthly Statistics

 

The current quota for the GM Team is 3%. Listed below will show the general statistics for all moderators of the team. In March we can see most to all full GM’s with the exception of two, meeting above the quota. New trials which were selected only a week before this month’s end were exempted from having to meet quota.

 

 

Special thanks to Blago, Knox213 and Youngie. Now, except from the simple modreqs, the GM Team has also the Point Claim Form, which is made for the purpose of modreqs that require time, like raids.
