LotC Talkshow: Thoughts on 7.0 live! Sunday Oct. 14th

Hello, everyone!

 

From the post I made a few days ago about our upcoming October community meeting, those of you that submitted votes indicated that tomorrow, Sunday October 14^th, would be the best date for our meeting.

 

Because the date was brought forward late (my fault!), the meeting tomorrow will happen in 1 of 2 ways:

 

1. Tomorrow at 12pm Pacific / 3pm Eastern / 7pm GMT, everyone who would like to attend the community meeting will gather in the LotC Discord, entering the “Community Meeting” voice channel. LotC staff members will be present to divulge information, including answering questions that they can about 7.0, development updates, etc. Questions posted in the previous Community Meeting post and this post will be addressed first.

 

 

 

In the image below, spot the channel called “Community Meeting”. If the option above is what ends up happening, you will need to connect to that voice channel in the LotC Discord to be able to be a part of the meeting.



 
 

 

In the case that many of our senior staff members will be unavailable, tomorrow’s community meeting will instead consist of the following:

 

2. Tomorrow at 12pm Pacific / 3pm Eastern / 7pm GMT, I will host the LotC Talkshow live on Twitch at twitch.tv/zacclay. I will personally discuss and overview the recent post unveiling 7.0, as well as discussing LotC with community members through Twitch chat. We’ll collate the community’s biggest questions and concerns and those will be what we address at the next community meeting!

 

I’ll update you guys ASAP when I know the attendance of our other staff members. Either way, we’ll be discussing LotC news tomorrow, so it’s gonna be interesting!

UPDATE: So it looks like we’re going for the easier Option 2 for tomorrow’s meeting. I’ll be streaming and we’ll be discussing 7.0 during the LotC Talkshow at twitch.tv/zacclay. Updates and broadcasts will be pinged tomorrow close to the start time (12pm Pacific / 3pm Eastern / 7pm GMT).

How are you in a position to answer the map change, new rules, raids, nation status questions, dev questions etc out of curiosity. Seems like a recipe for filler answers.

I’m not in a position to answer those things. That’s why in this post I used different language for each of the options. If it just ends up being the Talkshow, we’ll be discussing and overviewing the information that’s already been made public. I won’t be answering questions I don’t know the answer to, those will have to be held off until we have an actual community meeting with senior staff members present

Question for the live stream:

 

Will the Kadarsi Caliphate have a spot next map, We can provide the activity, and the rp claims of being a nation and the land...the only thing is fully independent... we are a protectorate of the Empire of man with full autonomy, but we are currently the ONLY FARFOLK NATION! not to mention backed with lore, and a strong history and participated in big nation player events and even won wars.

 

As you know the farfolks have been abused very much oocly past map and was revived its true culture and rp this map...The last map, farfolks were just modern-day drug dealers or terrorist memes.... even talk of removing the race because of going to far was heard. Now we are an active community, richened with the true farfolk culture as well as we been SHOWING this entire map from the start that these memes are not acceptable! We raised the farfolk rp to such a LARGE extent then it was before. The People of Haense, Renatus, Santegia, holms and much more can confirm from ashes of a race that was abused and shamed we returned its glory those nations listed will admit we left a large footprint in their history, and We do not want to have it all go to waste next map, whereas we had in this map around four farfolk terror groups pop up claiming rights to own all...In which all the Kadarsi Destroyed and merged them under the one banner.

 

Even Marimbamonk has come to us to ask about the culture and stuff confused of the memeing in the past! and we showed him what has happened and explained the culture. A matter of fact, the current leader of the farfolk race, Auda Kharadeen was predicted to come in the holy book! the farfolk oppression, and when the farfolks lost their nation and leader, a kharadeen would rise up and unite the farfolks taking them out of the oppression and remake the caliphate...alot of other details in the faith...but it has happened...where the farfolks were rply being killed and oocly targeted...which the staff should remember...they rose up and returned the caliphate.

 

to end it off...Will you allow the only FARFOLK nation, The KADARSI CALIPHATE, have a place next map! Our Numbers are large, our activity is strong, and our rp and culture enriched...

 

 

 

Remember Haria....now remember the old caliphate and its return...DO THE FARFOLKS JUSTICE!
