Throughout the lands of Arcas, large scrolls and posters bearing the official seal of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan are sent to heads of state and hung on every signpost and notice board. Beneath the seal, a letter penned in crimson ink eerily similar to that of blood reads…

“Issued and confirmed on this day, the 4th of The Deep Cold, 1767, from the seat of the Obsidian Throne and His Highness, Grand King Utak Ireheart of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan.

Honorable dwedmar of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, faithful allies to the Obsidian Throne, and honorable heads of state of the Realm of Arcas,

This past stone day -- a day of blood which shall forever live in infamy --  the leadership of the Warnation of Krugmar did knowingly organize and condone the cowardly and dishonorable bombing of the throneroom of Kal’Evraal. With this attempt at assassination of many of the dwedmar heads of state and the Grand King himself, the Obsidian Throne sees no choice other than to recognize this act of terrorism as a prelude to greater conflict.

Determined to right the wrongs done against the Dwedmar, the Grand Kingdom of Urguan shall henceforth enter into a state of open war with the Warnation of Krugmar.

Until such a time as the terms of the blood grudge are met, the legions of Urguan shall be tasked with hunting down every uruk on Arcas. Through force of arms, the uruk menace shall be driven from every hole and crevice they cower in until the realm is freed of those who would practice terrorism against the honorable creations of Yemekar.

Narvak oz da Dwedmar!

Narvak oz Urguan!

Kavir oz da Urukmar oz Krugmar!”

Mafraedon Irongrinder would cry a single tear for those injured so dishonorably in the act of terror, before donning his armor once more. Hammer in hand, he would shout with the rest of the dwarven throng, “NARVOK OZ URGUAN, NARVOK OZ URGUAN, NARVOK OZ YEMEKAR!!!”

Longbeard Clan Elder Hieden Grandaxe “the Heavy” would smile as the notice begins its way across the lands of all nations. He would muse to himself, having discussed previously in the stone day with the current Ork leader.

”...and so it begins once more.”

Hieden would pickup his armour, his sword, and kisses his wife as he heads off to war once more.

Thumbrindal Grandaxe would nod to the words of the Grand King while sharpening his blade and axe for the upcomming war. “we got scalps to collect....”he’d say thinking about his wounded cousin Beorn that survived the bombing but scarred.

Fiil’Yar, the Dominus of Krugmar, frowns as she reads the King who she spoke to only a few hours ago blatantly lying to the international theater.

“Duplicity is the forked tongue of the dishonorable. The duplicitous ash blahs ‘yub’ with his mouth, but ‘nub’ in his spirit. His blah can-nub be trusted, for he is a serpent agh a companion to serpents. With his face he grins agh flatters, but behind his back he bears a double-edged dagger to betray lat. Do nub be like such an ash, for the number of those who will hear him dwindles by the hour.”  --The Contemplations of Malog Vol. 2

High Keeper Alisa sighed, holding the corner of the missive over her flamebrand, watching it burn with an icy expression. “I do so detest dishonesty. On this scale, though, it’s just plain repulsive. How dishonorable.” With a roll of her eyes, the priestess brushed the paper’s ashes from her fingers.

Alaric is baffled how anyone is supposed to believe that the orcs had absolutely no idea what such a high ranking member of their own nation was planning or how he was able to do such without any co-conspirators. “Clearleh der is a largah conspiracy at work, and da Orcs seems more concerned abou’ pretendin’ dey had nothin’ tah do with da bombing instead of working wit’ da Dwahven people tah repair da mistakes one ah der own made.” The Dwed tossed the news of the recent bombing into a stack of more pressing documents on his desk as he returned to drawing out weapon schematics. “Shameful display, as always, ahn der part.”
