ORDERS OF MOBILIZATION
“Nuts!” High Princess Ivarielle’s response to the Horde’s denial of peace; 78 S.A.

Published: 11th of Malin's Welcome 173 SA

DIRECTIVES OF PREPARATION

The Royarch of Celianor has issued an unequivocal decree that the Celia’diraar must mobilize immediately in response to any aggression that presents itself against the realm. There can be no compromise when it comes to the peace and sovereignty of our homeland. Therefore, every citizen and armsman of the Realm must prepare themselves for the defense of our Principality. As per the directive, the Celia’diraar must begin making all necessary arrangements for the risk of war without delay.

DIRECTIVE OEM: READINESS OF THE CELIA’DIRAAR

Every able-bodied elf who bears allegiance to the realm is summoned to take up arms in defense of the realm. Diraar is to be drilled relentlessly in case of the sudden opening of hostilities.

DIRECTIVE NIUT: PRIORITIZATION OF LOGISTICS & RESOURCES

The Quartermaster Corps of the Celia’diraar is instructed to begin stockpiling resources, arms, armor, and provisions for a potential extended campaign. These actions are to be coordinated with the civilian government to maximize the efficacy of resource procurement

DIRECTIVE HAEL: RESERVIST MOBILIZATION

All Reservists of the Celia’diraar are hereby summoned to report to the Celia’diraar Barracks to fully integrate into active duty.

DIRECTIVE VAILU: ON SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

All members of the diraar must carry on them at all times, a suit of armor, a longsword, a short bow, and a quiver of arrows. Diraar’s who do not currently possess these effects should report to an Officer immediately to rectify this issue.

DIRECTIVE KULIN: ON TRAVEL PROCEDURES

During this time, all diraar’s will be forbidden from traveling to foreign lands without being accompanied by another member of the diraar. Only those given expressed permission from a Parir or higher will be exempt from this ruling. This applies even while a diraar is off-duty.

Iolas hopes Illthrak isn't looking while he paces in anxious circles within the confines of the safe, cozy, lovely, library. This was his time to prove himself, wasn't it. The crucible had been lit, now it was time to see how hot the fire of change burns.

Dain was handed the missive as he finished bench pressing 350. The messenger seemed shocked at the elves physique. This may be medieval fantasy but two guns were at the ready. Their names were fire, and power. He simply nodded and upped the weight to 425 and got back to work. "The next time you interrupt me, you become protein."

Illyria Ibarellan would bask upon the missive in lofted gaze, yet such would only linger for momentary pause before she'd begin moving forth unto her office where only then she'd begin to pen the occupancy of the Pheonix company.... "Quite a missive indeed." The Ibarellan would murmur in simplistic compliment towards her son's directive, whilst to accompany her hushed utterance to her sole being, a humored visage seemingly settled upon her. What is to come she'd wonder? Or would she. Regardless, she'd hardly remain in idle stead as she'd pivot elsewhere, in pursuit of the nobilic Cerusil of whom leads the Draga'ar company.

Meira reads the missive and in shock of the sudden mobilization. Though she stood her position quite confidently, but wonders to herself why the sudden need to mobilize in this manner. She places the missive in a pile of other important missives keeping it at the top stating it was the most recent. Then off she went to go and tend to her favorite hobby.
