“Who does this guy think he is?” questioned Caliope upon seeing a man with little to no real power over a situation, name someone the head of a house that he had no control over.

"What the hell does this mean." Esfir queried to the Prince of Monterosa ( @Stal27) who brought her the missive. "Who are these people? Wasn't Carolustadt an Orenian Novellen title?"

Owyn Hector let out a long, dismally bored groan of annoyance at yet another individual deciding on his legacy.

"Trueborn descendants of Lucien Aurelle and King Olivier are put aside, and some Ivorian dunce thinks he can decide upon who is to be 'named'. Wow. . ." He sneered lightly, and continued. "No flaws on the man. . . besides clipping a young Elven child's ear, and sending his men to attack two children in a foreign nation. Quite interesting. . ."

He passed the missive to his cousin, then.

"They got beaten by teens and now require a noble- any noble,
that is not a basterd to side with them... what did that Hughes call this phenomenon... Aura loss?
"
Laughed Louis to his true-born cousin, sitting atop an ottomon cross-legged, within his families comfy manor.

Johanna Vuiller reads over the missive about four times to make sure she read it correctly. She burst into laughter over the silly writings of the Ivorian, then threw the missive into the hearth.

The Countess of Enswerp blinked as she read the missive that lay before her. With a wry smile, she remarked, “The Keens are always eager to insert themselves into matters, desperately seeking to elevate their own significance. They have no right to comment on the Ashford situation, just as they had no voice in the Enswerp affair.” With a light chuckle, she crumpled the letter, preparing to use it as kindling for her fireplace.

"Absolutely stupid, siding with a child mutilator over the Savoies. Owyn and Theodoros are ten times the men of GOD that these arrogant jerks think they are." Estevot was not happy, but he could at least take pleasure in the fact that he knew that it was unlikely anyone who knew the Savoies would use this as little more than a outhouse rag.

"hmmph..." Lamention hums as he reads over the missive, "the goodly princep's mind is keen on this matter."

The ghost of an infamous Renatian army officer screamed in horror at the mere mention of Oren. Let alone in the same context as his beloved Carolustadt!

Spoiler

Look how Chey massacred my boy

The ghost of the infamously racist Renatian legionnaire Crevelius of times' past is surely screaming endlessly into the void as the achievements of the great House of Horen are attributed to an ignoble cadet branch of a cadet branch, now being claimed by an even more ignoble house.
