Her sharp eyes scanned the delicate script before a hushed gasp escaped her lips, a smile tugging at the corners of her lips. Her niece. The daughter of her only brother, soon to be wed "Joy overcomes me," she murmured, her tone filled with care. "Leufroy, how proud you would be." A pause then, she pondered. "May this union bring you boundless happiness and enduring prosperity, dear Philippa." So, she lifted herself from the desk and commanded a maid to plan for the wedding.
